基于耗散结构理论的住房市场消费及其调控

本文从我国某些城市住宅市场"异动"及其危害性入手运用耗散结构论,分析说明住宅市场实现供求从"无序"向"有序"转化的机理和桥梁。阐述了房地产市场系统"涨落"的必然性及其影响因素,提出了宏观调控房地产市场的根本手段:一方面,要创造非平衡条件,即规定使用者占有或使用房地产资源的成本和限制条件;另一方面,要尽量减少系统流动阻力,即要保证房地产市场信息的透明度和资金供应的合理与畅通。     

低碳经济与中国房地产企业的发展方向

文章从实质和内涵方面对低碳经济进行了阐述,介绍了国外发展低碳房地产的努力,分析了中国房地产企业在低碳经济中的发展机遇,并剖析了制约中国房地产企业发展的主要因素,最后提出了房地产企业低碳化的建议。     

中国跨国企业的非市场战略与东道国环境的关联度

中国国内和东道国双重制度环境对中国跨国企业海外非市场战略选择(缓冲战略、搭桥战略)的影响表明:中国经济转型期的渐进式特征与中国跨国企业海外搭桥战略正相关。中国经济转型期的试验式特征与中国跨国企业海外缓冲战略正相关。东道国政府权力集中程度与中国跨国企业海外搭桥战略正相关,与中国跨国企业海外缓冲战略负相关。东道国政府的信用与中国跨国企业海外搭桥战略负相关。此外,中国政府的支持力度也影响着中国跨国企业海外非市场战略的选择。     

北京创意指数指标体系构建探析

本文在分析比较国内外创意指数特点基础上,利用系统的方法,搭建了北京创意指数总体框架,构建了北京创意指数的具体指标,为进一步对北京创意指数进行实证研究奠定了基础。     

Joint estimation of technical efficiency and production risk for multi-output banks under a panel data cost frontier model

This article generalizes production risk from a single output production function to a multiple output cost frontier, which is able to examine input-oriented technical efficiencies and production risk simultaneously in the context of a panel data. Furthermore, the joint confidence interval estimates for technical efficiencies are constructed by means of multiple comparisons with the best approach. Whether taking production risk into account or not offers quite dissimilar implications in terms of the average technical efficiency measure and the identification of multiple efficient banks achieving the optimal cost frontier. It is suggested that inferences drawn on the basis of the confidence intervals of technical efficiency provide much more fruitful and insightful information than the point estimation alone. Bank specific risk parameters are found to be highly and positively correlated with fixed-effect estimates, implying that the more risk-averse a bank is, the more technically efficient it will be.

通过对福建商专大学生的"亚健康"状况的现状调查分析,得出结论本校大学生亚健康人群占有一定的比例.大多数学生对"亚健康"的概念模糊不清,缺乏正确认识.针对此状况本文进行了分析并提出建议与对策.     

多维视角下FDI流入的中国贸易条件效应

最近十几年,FDI流入对中国所产生的贸易条件效应出现了新的变化。FDI流入对中国产生了"工资外溢"效应,但并没能通过该效应改善其价格贸易条件;FDI流入没有从根本上改善中国的贸易结构,从而导致较大的价格贸易条件波动性。FDI流入的大幅增加,使得中国对外贸易出口数量也大幅增加,从而在很大程度上弥补了中国价格贸易条件的恶化,带来了其收入贸易条件的改善。相对而言,FDI流入对中国的单要素及多要素贸易条件的改善幅度远小于收入贸易条件,因此,中国在大量引入FDI的同时,应大力提高生产率和技术水平,实现其单要素贸易条件和双要素贸易条件的改善最大化。     

浅析中越边境的旅游发展问题

中国与越南是山水相连的友好邻邦，相互间的交流与合作源远流长，近年来，旅游业成为了两国间发展的一大热点，并且两都在大力发展旅游业，特别是随着两国经济的快速发展，人们对旅游提出了更高的要求，为此我国必须加大对中越旅游的发展力度。本将结合我国目前在发展中越旅游的现状问题，对如何加快发展中越旅游作初步的探讨。     

Chinese Private Firms’ Outward Foreign Direct Investment: Does Firm Ownership and Size Matter?

This article investigates and explains the behaviors, motives, and characteristics of Chinese privately owned enterprises’ (POEs’) outward foreign direct investment (OFDI), and compares this with the behaviors, motives, and characteristics of Chinese state‐owned enterprises (SOEs), using the institutional perspective and resources‐based view. Through in‐depth interviews with senior managers and an extensive secondary data analysis of Chinese POEs’ OFDI, we found that Chinese POEs are increasingly active in committing both market‐ and strategic asset–seeking OFDI due to the unfavorable institutional environment they face in China and the different types of resources possessed. POEs cluster with their business partners or domestic peers for international market expansion and adopt several approaches to acquire strategic assets. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
