本文通过考察“试验区”建设发展现状,分析金融支持“试验区”建设发展存在问题及原因,探索如何构建金融服务平台、创新金融服务手段,以促进“试验区”的建设发展.     

中国商品期货指数与GDP指数的关系研究

本文在借鉴国内外商品期货指数编制方法的基础上,编制了我国商品期货指数.基于1998-2005 年的时间序列数据,对我国商品期货指数与GDP指数之间的超前滞后关系进行了实证研究,研究结果表明在样本区间内存在商品期货指数到GDP指数的因果关系,其先行时间达2个月.我国商品期货指数与GDP指数两者之间存在长期均衡关系,但是期货市场的价格发现功能依然存在某些缺陷.因此,应当进一步完善我国的期货市场,使商品期货指数成为监测我国经济景气的指示器.     

盐城市大纵湖旅游度假区乡村体验游的深度开发策略

本文针对大纵湖旅游度假区的资源现状和特色,从乡村旅游的体验角度,通过对乡村旅游客源市场的调查与动机分析,设计了乡村体验游的深度开发策略:乡土风情体验、乡村文化体验、乡村劳作体验、乡村娱乐休闲体验、乡村特色餐饮体验、乡村儿童素质教育体验和利用网络,加强游客之间、游客与度假区之间的深度联系。

Regional differences in a national culture and their effects on leadership effectiveness: A tale of two neighboring Chinese cities

We argue that regional differences in a large culture influence leadership effectiveness. Studying the differences and their consequences on leader–member exchange (LMX) and the employee performances in two neighboring Chinese cities, our empirical results show significant differences between group supervisors in Hong Kong and those in Shenzhen. Hong Kong supervisors apply the LMX technique more aggressively, and also more successfully than their Shenzhen counterparts in terms of improving employee performance and reducing turnover.     

农业剩余转化与动态发展牵扯:以工补农新机制解析

"以工补农"不能单纯地从同情"三农"态度出发研究"单向的以工补农",而应从深入剖析工业化过程中的工业和农业互动关系出发,积极探索"双向的以工补农"机制。从工业化过程中工农互动机制中寻找到一个"以工补农"机制的新视角,通过构建基于工业化的"农业剩余转化"模型,重点分析工业化过程中的农业剩余转化和农业深化发展动态关系的"以工补农"机制。在工业化过程中,要根据工农关系不同阶段的特征,采取不同的工农互动关系调节方法,即不同的"以工补农"策略,促进工业和农业互动协调发展。     

Trending time-varying coefficient time series models with serially correlated errors

This paper studies a time-varying coefficient time series model with a time trend function and serially correlated errors to characterize the nonlinearity, nonstationarity, and trending phenomenon. A local linear approach is developed to estimate the time trend and coefficient functions. The asymptotic properties of the proposed estimators, coupled with their comparisons with other methods, are established under the α$\alpha$-mixing conditions and without specifying the error distribution. Further, the asymptotic behaviors of the estimators at the boundaries are examined. The practical problem of implementation is also addressed. In particular, a simple nonparametric version of a bootstrap test is adapted for testing misspecification and stationarity, together with a data-driven method for selecting the bandwidth and a consistent estimate of the standard errors. Finally, results of two Monte Carlo experiments are presented to examine the finite sample performances of the proposed procedures and an empirical example is discussed.     

洗钱罪刑事立法之完善——以《联合国反腐败公约》为视角

《联合国反腐败公约》对洗钱犯罪作了规定,我国现行《刑法》对洗钱罪的规定与《公约》存在较大差异,从而使我国对洗钱罪及其上游犯罪的预防和打击的效果受到影响。我们有必要根据《公约》的规定完善我国关于洗钱犯罪的立法。
