城市轨道交通经济带的形成机制与发展策略

轨道交通建设是近年来各地城市基础设施发展的重点，在我国已经步入高速发展时期。截止2005年，全国已有31个城市提出了建设轨道交通系统的计划和申请，获得国家有关部门建设规划批复的城市已有15个，计划建设总长达1460多公里，总投资规模在5000亿元左右。     

后危机时代我国外贸发展方式亟须转变

2008年世界金融危机爆发，使我国传统的外贸发展模式遇到诸多挑战。由于外部需求难以全面恢复、全球贸易摩擦加剧、人民币汇率升值、生产要素的成本优势下降和国内转变发展方式等原因，追求规模速度的粗放型外贸发展模式将难以为继。世界金融危机和经济衰退所引发的国际经济结构性调整客观上要求我们对原有的外贸增长方式进行调整，加快出口产品结构升级，在“扩内需，调结构”的同时，积极扩大进口，实现进、出口贸易均衡发展。     

论召回制度中缺陷产品认定标准之冲突与对策

根据现行法律,召回制度中的缺陷产品认定存在不合理危险标准的地域冲突、不合理危险标准与技术标准及企业标准之间的冲突。解决冲突的症结在于明确召回制度的价值取向。应采用不合理危险的单一标准来界定产品缺陷;结合有关的国际标准,建立健全我国的法定标准体系;实行产品召回保险制度。     

我国民族地区学校教育的社会支持力分析

教育是一种社会活动,教育事业必须必需得到社会支持才能顺利开展。在我国由于民族众多,每个民族所处自然环境和社会环境不尽相同,因此在国家统一的教育体制中下,各民族对教育的社会支持力也各有差异。尤其在自然环境差异和民族语言差异方面,其教育经费的扩大化,制约了社会对学校教育的支持力,严重地影响着民族地区的教育发展。这就需要对民族地区的教育体制进行改革与创新,使我国的民族教育获得长足的发展,以推进少数民族地区的社会经济发展。     

Real-time forecasts of economic activity for Latin American economies

Macroeconomic policy decisions in real-time are based on the assessment of current and future economic conditions. Crucially, these assessments are made difficult by the presence of incomplete and noisy data. The problem is more acute for emerging market economies, where most economic data are released infrequently with a (sometimes substantial) lag. This paper evaluates nowcasts and forecasts of real GDP growth using five models for ten Latin American countries. The results indicate the flow of monthly data helps to improve forecast accuracy, and the dynamic factor model consistently produces more accurate nowcasts and forecasts relative to other model specifications, across most of the countries we consider.     

The Service Industries and Input-Output Analysis

This paper makes an empirical investigation into the influence of service innovativeness on the relationship between market orientation and innovative performance, first as a moderator with specified interaction effects, and secondly as a mediator in the path from market orientation to innovative performance. A sample of 169 new service development (NSD) projects in Chinese knowledge-intensive business service firms provides the data for an empirical test of these issues. The results indicate that service innovativeness does not play a moderating role in the relationship between market orientation and innovative performance, but a mediating role in this relationship. For NSD, project, innovativeness is only a temporary trait. The impact of market orientation is to spur innovativeness, which, in turn, affects innovative performance.     

Regulated absolute ruin problem with interest structure and linear dividend barrier

The uncontrolled surplus of an insurance company is a classical risk model. Now the risk model includes three features, namely debit interest, short-term and long-term invested interest, and linear dividend barrier. In this paper, the PDMP method and martingales are used for solvency studies in the risk model under regulation of minimum cash requirement. The integro-differential equations are derived for the expected discounted dividends under absolute ruin. In the case of exponential claim amounts, explicit expressions are obtained, as well as the numerical illustrations and their economic interpretation.
