力争构建一个以中国为中心的全球资源市场、商品市场和金融市场的整合分工,相当于中国进出口总额一半以上的海外市场的营收体系以呼应国内经济,就需要进一步加强官民结合的海外投资,推进民营企业"走出去"。宁波是我国东南沿海重要的港口城市,分析其民营企业海外投资情况对推动其他省份对外直接投资、促进经济发展有很强的借鉴意义。     

Do Customers Affect the Value Relevance of Sustainability Reporting? Empirical Evidence on Stakeholder Interdependence

In spite of the strategic importance of sustainability reporting in current business practice and the resulting increase in research on its value relevance, studies accounting for stakeholder interdependence are scarce. On the basis of the instrumental stakeholder theory, we investigate whether customers have an impact on the value relevance of sustainability reporting. Using a sample of US listed firms, we show that the value relevance of sustainability reporting is affected by customer profile differences, thereby confirming customer–shareholder interdependence. However, customer profile effects are only predominant if firms' profitability levels are low and disappear as profitability increases. Overall, our findings provide a more nuanced understanding of the value relevance of sustainability reporting. The System of Rice Intensification (SRI): a challenge for science,and an opportunity for farmer empowerment towards sustainable agriculture

Increasing demand for cereals produced from limited natural resources stimulated the Green Revolution in grain crops like wheat and rice. But the gap between potential and actual production continues. Concerns about sustainability, and the social and technical shortcomings of the Green Revolution, have triggered a number of alternative crop production strategies. One, in particular, the so-called System of Rice Intensification (SRI), is attracting attention by governments, civil society organizations and farmers in Asia and elsewhere.     

The World Credit Crisis: Understanding It,and What to Do

The origin of the world credit crisis has four stages: (1) too much credit – an international perspective; (2) too much risk – reaction to low real interest rate; (3) the fatal flaw – the new complex financial instruments; and (4) the panic – bank lending dries up. The paper also discusses how the crisis spread around the world from the US, whether the high credit expansion was the fault of Alan Greenspan, whether China is to blame, and how this crisis related to the often expected crisis of global imbalances. Some implications for long‐term reform are discussed.

Asymptotic results for the risk process based on marked point processes

Abstract

In this paper asymptotic properties for the risk process will be studied when the number of risk units tends to infinity. The paper extends asymptotic properties for the classical risk process to more general processes. In the classical risk process the claim amounts are assumed independent and identically distributed, and the claim number process is a homogeneous Poisson process.

The key tool is point process theory with associated martingale theory. The results are illustrated by examples.

在现代电力系统中STATCOM(静止同步补偿器)能对电力系统的无功潮流进行快速灵活的调整,从而达到提高电力系统综合稳定性的目的。文章在Matlab中搭建了基于阶梯波调制法的STATCOM的仿真模型并进行了仿真分析,阶梯波调制法是利用阶梯波逼近正弦波的原理,通过控制各个晶闸管的通断来产生相应的阶梯波,将各个H桥的阶梯波进行叠加来逼近正弦波的。
