An improved bootstrap test of stochastic dominance

We propose a new method of testing stochastic dominance that improves on existing tests based on the standard bootstrap or subsampling. The method admits prospects involving infinite as well as finite dimensional unknown parameters, so that the variables are allowed to be residuals from nonparametric and semiparametric models. The proposed bootstrap tests have asymptotic sizes that are less than or equal to the nominal level uniformly over probabilities in the null hypothesis under regularity conditions. This paper also characterizes the set of probabilities so that the asymptotic size is exactly equal to the nominal level uniformly. As our simulation results show, these characteristics of our tests lead to an improved power property in general. The improvement stems from the design of the bootstrap test whose limiting behavior mimics the discontinuity of the original test’s limiting distribution.

大型工程类科研院所技术增加值考核应用研究

我国工程类科研院所每年在专利、科技成果、论文等方面成绩显著,但最终转化为产品的不多,结果是浪费了大量的科技资源,究其原因是考核导向不对,很多科研院所片面的追求专利、科技成果、论文的数量考核,对质量考核关注的还不够。该文分析了我国工程科研院所的考核现状,在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,提出了工程类科研院所应采用技术增加值考核。同时,结合某科研院所的年终实际考核情况,给出了技术增加值的具体考核方法,指出引入技术增加值考核有利于科技成果的转化。     

某型末制导炮弹惯导段弹道对气动参数灵敏度分析

目前的灵敏度分析往往需要依赖于某种寻优算法,并要求目标函数能求取偏导数。而末制导炮弹左右舵片上的控制力是突变的,无法对其求取偏导数。为解决这个问题并保证灵敏度分析精度,本文提出用解析法与有限差分法法有机结合的方法对气动参数进行灵敏度分析。结果表明,该方法能很好的解决了该弹道灵敏度分析问题,且分析速度快、精度高。     

高速公路经营企业的内部价值链优化研究

以价值链理论为基础,研究建立了优化高速公路经营企业内部战略环节的模糊线性规划模型,并进行了实证研究.结果表明:高速公路经营企业价值链各环节依重要性排序分别是路产购建、路产维修改造、收费环节、内部监督、基础设施和后勤服务、服务区、保通环节、多元化经营.     

土地集约利用评价模型现状综述

城市土地集约利用评价已经逐渐成为国内学术界的研究热点,主要研究内容包括评价对象、指标体系构建、评价方法和结果的应用,其中评价模型的构建是难点。在参考大量文献的基础上,对现阶段常用的几种土地集约利用评价模型进行了总结,分析了各自的优缺点以及今后的研究方向。     

When workplace ostracism leads to burnout: the roles of job self-determination and future time orientation

Abstract

Given that ostracism is a common occurrence in the workplace, scholars and practitioners alike have identified its range of negative effects. This study aims to examine the association between workplace ostracism and burnout level as well as the moderating effects of job self-determination and employees’ future time orientation, using a survey questionnaire. This was completed by a total of 248 employees from a hotel group. We hypothesized that: (a) workplace ostracism was positively associated with burnout; (b) this positive relationship was contingent upon job self-determination such that the relationship was weaker for higher, rather than lower, job self-determination; and (c) the positive relationship was also contingent upon employees’ future time orientation such that the relationship was weaker for employees who have higher, rather than lower future time orientation. Results confirm all three hypotheses.

在工业化与信息化融合的不断推进中,以信息技术为核心的计算机软硬件飞速发展引发信息产业的飞跃,其中嵌入式智能系统(包括软件和硬件)的产业化将成为实现工业化与信息化融合的重要纽带和突破口。欧盟通过建立"联合创新平台"来推动嵌入式智能系统开发和应用,并对联合创新成果的归属、许可、保护、传播、分配、转让制定专门的知识产权政策,确保项目推进。欧盟的知识产权政策将为我国在新型信息技术领域知识产权战略的确立、知识产权管理机制的创新和知识产权法律制度的完善提供借鉴意义。     

产业结构升级影响因素定量分析研究

本文利用建立的投入产出偏差分析模型,对一个地区的产业结构变化影响因素做出了判断、分析,并提出了产业结构升级的途径。
