小微机构以互联网方式接入金融信用信息基础数据库问题探讨——以吉林省为例

为支持小微机构健康、快速发展,中国人民银行长春中心支行按照省级平台一口接入的模式,积极组织小微机构有序开展接入金融信用信息基础数据库工作,但由于小微机构认识程度不够、业务管理不规范、接入费用高等因素,严重影响了接入进度。近期中国人民银行征信中心推出了互联网接入方式,并进行试点运行。以吉林省为例,分析接入模式转换时需要解决的问题,并提出相关政策建议。     

How to inhibit a partner's strong and weak forms of opportunism: Impacts of network embeddedness and bilateral TSIs

This study investigates the moderating effects of a firm's network embeddedness and a partner's transactional specific investments (TSIs) on relationships between the firm's TSIs and its partner's strong- and weak-form opportunism, and compares the efficiency among these moderator variables. The regression results suggest that (1) a firm's TSIs are positively related to partner's opportunism when network embeddedness and the partner's TSIs are relatively low; but (2) a firm's TSIs are negatively related to partner's opportunism when network embeddedness and the partner's TSIs are relatively high. Furthermore (3) network embeddedness is more effective in inhibiting partner's weak-form opportunism than in inhibiting strong-form opportunism resulting from the firm's TSIs. Finally (4) with regard to the relationship between TSIs and weak-form opportunism, the negative moderating effect of network embeddedness is greater than the negative moderating effect of partner's TSIs. This study explains reasons why conflicting views exist about the relationship between TSIs and partner's opportunism, reveals the differences in the moderating effects of network embeddedness and partner's TSIs, and makes new contributions to both transaction cost theory and embeddedness literature. It also provides, for firms involved in TSIs in a buyer–supplier relationship, insightful managerial suggestions about ways to reduce their partner's varying forms of opportunism.     

基于跨境社交平台的产品推广模式研究

论文调查分析了近年来热度较高的跨境社交媒体平台以及相关使用数据,利用相关性分析方法分析了多个平台的数据,在此过程中发现了各平台间具有相当高的互惠性,并运用互惠比例和推广方式适配度模型完成了对跨境社交平台的运行模式以及推广方式的对比分析,最终研究得出跨境社交媒体平台的产品推广模式。     

Vicarious warfare and dynamic efficiency of companies in the aerospace and defence industry

This study explores the economic performance that vicarious warfare can bring for the aerospace and defence industry. First, this study measures the performance of 22 companies using a nonradial dynamic data envelopment analysis model from 2011 to 2017. Second, this study evaluates whether vicarious warfare can influence the performance. The efficiency analysis suggests rooms for improvements meanwhile, the projection analysis suggests that market value should be significantly increased, and the number of employees should be reduced significantly. The regression analysis suggests that the number of times a country takes a side in wars would positively affect the efficiency of companies.     

From elite capture to marginalization of the poorest: a new social exclusion in anti-poverty programmes in China

Based on a case study of state-directed aid resources in anti-poverty programmes, we detected a new phenomenon of social exclusion in China. In a period of several years, a shift is observed from elite capture to marginalization of the poorest. This phenomenon occurs under the administrative pressure from the authoritarian state and the morbid democratic mechanism. Contemporary structural changes in economic and social culture also make it difficult for marginal people to escape from this predicament. From a social structural transformation point of view, we suggest that the marginalization of the poorest should be seriously taken into consideration in rural development programmes and policies.     

疫情下的国际应急采购管理实践与思考

新冠肺炎疫情发生后,个人、组织和社团、企业等都参与到全球采购的大军中,并且体现出各自的特点和重要意义,我国的国际贸易采购、国际综合物流能力在国际应急采购中得到检验。在现代信息技术和互联网广泛应用的时代,线上组织和实施应急采购和物流运输既为国际应急采购管理带来挑战,同时也带来了机会。本文通过分析疫情下国际物资采购的数据,总结紧急防疫国际采购多样化的特点,并针对互联网环境下信用体系的扩展以及包括采购、贸易、物流、人才积累等综合能力的发展,初步分析其对国际应急采购的影响。     

城乡融合的生态样本

城口县森林覆盖率达到70.2%,县内拥有大巴山国家级自然保护区、九重山森林公园和巴山湖国家湿地公园等三个国家级生态区。但城口耕地面积却只有6.8%,“九山半水半分田”的地形条件,限制了城口的发展。在城乡融合发展上,城口依托生态资源优势,走出了一条独特的生态之路。     

利用相位差变化趋势的多源信号关联

针对多源信号关联难度大、关联准确率低的问题，利用同一目标平台上搭载的多个辐射源信号具有一致的动态变化趋势这一特点，提出一种利用相位差特征的多源信号关联方法。已知阵列形式和侦测点位置，通过对侦收到的多个辐射源信号进行处理，获取相位差信息并累积形成相位差变化趋势；对比提取疑似相似段，根据相似性判决策略进行有效关联。该方法能有效避免不同传感器对位置测量的误差影响，相比传统基于位置信息关联的方法，能有效提升关联准确率。仿真和实测数据分析证明了该方法的有效性，在阵列形式和侦测点位置已知的条件下该方法具有重要工程意义。     

智慧专业化视角下区域资源集聚与区域创新驱动发展

传统发展动力逐渐式微，创新驱动成为区域经济发展的新引擎。走创新驱动发展道路，需要新的经济理论解释、构建并指导各区域经济增长方式和发展模式转型。智慧专业化是一种新兴经济理论，能够较好解释区域创新驱动发展的内在动力。智慧专业化有效支撑区域资源集聚与区域创新驱动发展相关性研究，从资源内存性和外向性、资源技术和经济属性以及资源支持程度3个方面，论述区域创新驱动发展的动力来源与动力持续性，进而解释区域创新驱动发展资源集聚对区域创新驱动发展绩效的影响。     

Do ESOPs enhance firm performance? Evidence from China’s reform experiment

China introduced employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) in 1992 purely as an employee incentive scheme. The government initiated the policy experiment on ESOPs as part of China’s reform of its state-owned enterprises, and it was abruptly terminated 2 years after initiation. This policy experiment resulted in an exogenous sample of ESOPs that allows us to provide the first evidence from Chinese firms on the performance-ESOP relation. After examining a variety of performance measures, including ROA, ROE, Tobin’s q, and productivity, we find little difference in performance between ESOP firms and non-ESOP firms.
