Host tourism aspirations as a point of departure for the sustainable livelihoods approach

The sustainable livelihoods (SL) approach offers a holistic framework and a practical toolkit to analyze tourism's impacts and interactions within a community. This study argues that the usefulness of the SL approach in tourism can be enhanced by ensuring that the approach is built on a genuine people-centered starting point. The exploration of the local community's representations of, and aspirations for, their roles in tourism as a future livelihood choice meets this need. To verify the value of this approach empirically, this study examined the case of Lhasa, Tibet, and local youth as the research respondents. The findings suggest that the young hosts in Lhasa urban area were heterogeneous in their responses to tourism as a future livelihood choice. They fell into four subgroups: in-betweeners, ambivalent supporters, alternative supporters, and lovers. Further, this study examined the profiles of these four subgroups and explored their responses. The study enhances the SL approach by taking tourism as an example and clearly defining the departure point for its adoption within the context of broader livelihoods portfolios. Additionally, it suggests some potential directions for tailored management strategies to meet youth and community perspectives.     

货币流通速度的再认识--对中国1993-2003年虚拟经济与实体经济关系的分析

经济虚拟化的发展和货币需求函数的不稳定性 ,使传统货币流通速度公式的前提条件不复存在。本文根据变化发展的客观经济环境重建货币流通速度公式 ,结合货币循环流模型提出货币流通速度的“两分法” :虚拟经济和实体经济货币流通速度。在对我国 1 993— 2 0 0 3年虚拟经济与实体经济关系进行量化分析后发现 ,2 0 0 0年以来两者协调性较差 ,原因在于进出虚拟经济的资金出现大幅波动。对此本文结合我国实际 ,根据新货币流通速度公式设计了一些长短期资金流量监控指标。     

上市公司审计意见类型影响因素实证研究——以2004年沪、深两市A股为例

以沪、深两市A股2004年年报和中国注册会计师协会发布的2004年《年报审计情况快报》为基础,采用实证方法研究了上市公司财务指标、上市年限长短、审计意见变更、事务所规模、事务所变更、是否ST、地域位置等因素与注册会计师出具的审计意见类型之间的关系。研究表明,当前影响我国上市公司审计意见类型的主要因素是反映上市公司偿债能力、盈利能力和盈余管理情况的财务指标。审计意见变更对审计意见类型有较大影响,但研究并未发现事务所规模、变更与审计意见类型之间具有显著的关系。     

中小企业板上市公司独立董事特征与财务绩效实证分析

独立董事制度是现代公司治理的一个重要组成部分。独立董事引入董事会,理论上分析能提高公司决策的独立性、客观性、专业性,进而能改善的公司财务绩效。但通过对我国中小企业板上市公司的实证分析,发现中小企业板上市公司的财务绩效与独立董事之间存在不显著的相关关系,在很大程度上并不受独立董事的影响。因此需要采取措施完善我国上市公司独立董事制度才能发挥其在改善公司业绩上的积极作用。     

丹霞山客源市场旅游需求的调查与分析

近些年兴起的旅游开发热促进了我国旅游业的发展。同时造成了旅游供求矛盾的日益加剧，在旅游规划中加强对客源市场旅游需求的研究也就愈发具有实际意义。传统的客源市场旅游需求调研方法往往主观性较强、欠深化。不能够真实地反映客源市场的旅游需求现状。以丹霞山世界地质公园为例。对旅游地客源市场旅游需求的调研方法、调研内容、调研分析等问题做了一些新的尝试。     

我国汇率制度的现状分析及改革策略

本文首先阐述了我国目前采取固定钉住汇率制度的原因,然后结合我国经济发展的走势对固定钉住汇率制的缺陷和管理浮动汇率制的优势进行了分析,得出了有管理的浮动汇率制度才是我国汇率制度的最佳选择。最后笔者对我国汇率制度实现由固定向浮动转变的政策建议。     

本土文化资源向文化创意产业转化的机制研究——以辽宁省为例

分析了本土文化资源产业化的重要意义,总结了辽宁文化资源产业化现状,提出了本土文化资源向文化创意产业转化的机制,包括创新文化资源开发观念、创新本土文化资源开发模式、创新本土文化资源传播方式和完善本土文化资源产业化制度。     

我国上市公司财务危机预警系统研究

通过将Logistic回归分析法和因子分析法进行有效地组合,对我国上市公司的财务危机状况进行了研究。利用SPSS软件并以24个财务比率指标和5个因子变量为基础,建立了上市公司危机预警模型,并检验了其预测的准确率,结果表明判断准确率达到89.5%。同时对财务危机预警模型的两类错误成本进行了分析。     

Cultivating Quality Employee-Organization Relationships: The Interplay among Organizational Leadership,Culture, and Communication

Based on a random sample of employees (n = 391) working in various industrial sectors in the United States, we examined the respective linkages between employee–organization relationships (EORs) and authentic leadership, symmetrical internal communication, and organizational culture. Results indicated that authentic leadership, organizational culture of supportiveness, emphasis on reward, and stability were significant predictors of the symmetrical internal communication system of an organization and EORs. Symmetrical internal communication cultivates quality EORs and mediates the effects of authentic leadership and cultural dimensions of supportiveness on EOR outcomes. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings were also discussed.
