论财产保险合同的转让——兼评我国新《保险法》第49条

财产流转在现代社会中十分频繁,财产保险作为流转安全之保障如果不能随财产流转,就会产生很多问题。现实生活中,因财产保险合同转让产生的纠纷众多。本文由案例所涉及的问题,论述了保险利益对财产保险合同转让的影响;在此基础上,对我国新《保险法》中关于财产保险合同转让的规定进行了评析,并对其中的不足提出了一些完善的建议。     

Family control,institutional environment and cash dividend policy: Evidence from China

Using a sample of 1486 Chinese A-share listed companies for the period 2004–2008, this study empirically tests the impact of family control, institutional environment and their interaction on the cash dividend policy of listed companies. Our results indicate that (1) family firms have a lower cash dividend payout ratio and propensity to pay dividends than non-family firms; (2) a favorable regional institutional environment has a significant positive impact on the cash dividend payout ratio and propensity to pay dividends of listed companies; and (3) the impact of the regional institutional environment on cash dividends is stronger in family firms than in non-family firms. Somewhat surprisingly, we find that controlling family shareholders in China may intensify Agency Problem I (the owner–manager conflict) rather than Agency Problem II (the controlling shareholder–minority shareholder conflict), and thus have a significant negative impact on cash dividend policy. In contrast, a favorable regional institutional environment plays a positive corporate governance role in mitigating Agency Problem I and encouraging family firms to pay cash dividends.     

基于多自主体系统的区域产业集群形成机制研究及城市产业发展政策选择

产业集群对推动区域经济发展起着重要作用,产业集群的形成受很多因素影响,其中,区域发展政策极为关键。本文借助多自主体系统方法建立了产业集群形成模型,研究了产业集群如何在特定区域形成以及不同市场环境下城市产业发展政策对产业集群形成的影响,并给出了稳定性证明和仿真结果。     

因子分析法在不同所有制工业企业经济发展评价中的应用

基于《中国统计年鉴》(2010)的数据,采用因子分析法对中国31个省市的国有、私营、外商投资工业企业经济发展情况予以统计排序,并进行了区域内部和区域之间的比较研究。分析结果显示,区域内部国有、私营、外商投资工业企业经济的发展存在不协调性;各地区工业企业经济的发展存在不均衡性,国有、私营和外商投资工业企业的经济发展水平符合中国区域经济东强西弱的总体特征;东、中、西部国有、私营和外商投资工业企业经济发展呈现出各自的特征。     

上市公司股权结构、现金股利政策与投资者保护

上市公司的现金股利政策受到诸多因素的制约,而不同的股利派发政策又对投资者保护产生了不同的影响.本文以2005-2009年间沪深两市A股市场1063家上市公司为样本对公司股权结构、现金股利政策与投资者保护三者关系进行实证研究,研究表明:公司股权结构集中度越高、国有控股水平越高的上市公司越倾向于分配现金股利;现金股利政策是一把双刃剑,既可以是投资者寻求权益回报的一种渠道,也可以成为控股股东进行公司资源转移的隐蔽工具.     

Entrepreneurial team's risk-based decision-making: A dynamic game analysis

It is well-known that some cognitive factors such as opportunity perception and risk perception influence entrepreneurial risk-based decision-making (RBDM). This paper proposes some rules of entrepreneur's risk decision-learning to address this RBDM taking cognitive factors into consideration. The learning mechanisms of entrepreneurial team's RBDM is derived based on entrepreneur's perception evolution. The paper employs a system dynamics model to analyze the entrepreneurial team's risk decision-learning. A case study is conducted to demonstrate the entrepreneurial RBDM process with cognitive factors.     

基于多自主体系统的区域自然资源开发利用问题研究

利用多自主体系统构建了人群开采区域自然资源模型,考虑自主体的开采策略与区域自然状态间的双向关系,利用博弈论中的雪堆模型定义了自主体收益矩阵,考察了区域自然恢复系数、收益矩阵取值与投入比例等参数对最终仿真结果的影响,进行了环渤海等地区的地下水资源开发利用问题的案例研究,得出了对理解人群实际开采行为及制定相关政策具有启示意义的结论。     

川渝地区输气管道第三方破坏故障树分析

第三方破坏是引起输气管道失效的主要因素之一,直接影响输气管道的可靠性和使用寿命。针对川渝地区引起输气管道第三方破坏的各个因素进行系统分析,建立了以第三方破坏致使输气管道失效为顶事件的输气管道第三方破坏故障树。通过对输气管道第三方破坏故障树的分析,得到了故障树的各阶最小割集和引起川渝地区输气管道第三方破坏的主要因素,并提出了相应措施以预防输气管道遭到第三方破坏。     

新时期我国能源安全战略的思考

随着经济的发展和世界能源资源的日益紧张,能源安全问题受到世界各国的高度关注。从能源安全的实质和内涵出发,分析了我国能源安全面临的基本形势,从供给安全、价格安全、通道安全和科技安全4个方面归纳总结了我国能源安全存在的主要问题;分析了我国能源安全问题存在的原因和实质,提出了我国能源安全战略思路。
