加工贸易、企业生产率和关税减免-来自中国产品面的证据

本文研究两个问题:一是不断深化的进口关税减免对我国企业生产率提升有何影响,二是企业参与加工贸易能否有助于促进企业生产率的提升。一方面,最终产品的进口关税减免强化了企业间在本土市场的竞争,从而有助于提高生产率;另一方面,企业参与加工贸易能得到额外的贸易所得,从而促进企业生产率的增长。通过采用2000—2006年间我国外贸产品的海关数据和规模以上制造业企业生产方面的大型微观数据,本文构建了各企业所面临的关税税率,并精确计算出企业的全要素生产率。基准回归结果显示,关税下降10%,企业生产率会上升大约3%—6%。更重要的是,在考虑企业间由所有权造成的差异性后,发现加工贸易企业相对于非加工贸易企业有更高的生产率。     

模块化与服务外包

模块化已成为服务外包产业中一种重要的发展趋势。本文比较了模块化服务外包与传统服务外包的特点，探讨了模块化背景下的服务外包产业链结构形态及服务外包产业中的治理形式及其演变。最后，从四个方面提出了模块化背景下中国服务外包产业的发展方略。     

莎士比亚传奇剧艺术特征探析

莎士比亚晚期创作的传奇剧通过神话式的幻想,借助超自然的力量来解决理想与现实之间的矛盾,其独特的艺术特色在莎翁戏剧史上独树一帜。文章主要从其情节的神秘怪异、结构的模式化发展、背景的恬淡怡然等三个方面,对莎士比亚传奇剧的独到特色进行了探析。     

论文检索系统及检索算法设计

针对文献检索这一问题,文章共设计了字母分类-相关度模型、ASCⅡ码分类-相关度模型两个模型。字母分类-相关度模型运用了字母分类法对所有的文献进行分类,并引入了相关度的概念,比较人性化的给出了不同相关度的检索结果,较为全面。ASCⅡ码分类-相关度模型运用了ASCⅡ分类法对文献进行了分类,将关键词库转化为一个阿拉伯数字集进行检索。     

Public infrastructure provision and skilled–unskilled wage inequality in developing countries

In this paper, we develop several static three-sector general equilibrium models with diverse labor market structures to investigate the effects of government provision of public infrastructure on the skilled–unskilled wage inequality in developing countries. The basic full employment model shows that the production sectors' relative dependence on the public infrastructure provision plays a crucial role in determining the skilled–unskilled wage inequality. Different relative dependences on public infrastructure may even result in opposite changes in the skilled–unskilled wage inequality. The above results are robust even when we extend the basic full employment model to three fundamentally different cases.

单供应商——单销售商两级供应链批量模型及算法研究

针对单供应商-单销售商两级供应链,建立了“批对批”、等量延迟送货和等量非延迟3种生产-补货模型,研究了供应链上下游企业在集中式决策和分散式决策下的最优决策策略.给出了各种情形下供应商和销售商各自的最优决策以及与之相对应的库存水平和供应链系统总成本函数.最后通过数值仿真实验分析了模型的最优解特性并对结论做了进一步的说明.     

企业兼并重组的文化机制研究

企业重组过程有着复杂的动机,但其过程表现为混沌动力学过程,其实质则是文化重组或文化基因的重新构造和复制。由此提出企业重组的文化机制建设问题,包括战略性的文化DNA识别机制、测试机制、复制机制、维护机制和整合机制,以及起辅助作用的容错机制和反馈机制,从而形成动态的文化整合机制。     

The spillover effects of biofuel policy on participation in the conservation reserve program

This paper studies the spillover effects of rising biofuel production on participation in the Conservation Reserve Program. Landowner participation decisions are modeled using a real options framework. We develop a land use decision model that captures biofuel-driven structural changes in market demand and derive threshold conditions that trigger participation in the program. We then quantify the impacts of biofuel production on participation at both the national and state levels using Monte Carlo simulations. The model is also used to analyze how changes in the persistence of the biofuel production boom and in the volatility of farming returns affect conservation participation decisions. Policy implications of the results are discussed.
