会计师事务所服务营销体系探讨

为了在日益变化的国际国内环境中求得生存和发展,我国会计师事务所必须充分利用市场营销的方法与手段来扩大自己的市场占有率,从而在竞争中处于优势地位。本文以“7Ps”服务营销组合为理论框架,将营销组合“7Ps”整体作为营销体系,提出建立我国会计师事务所营销体系的方案。     

基于泰勒公式的交错级数审敛准则的改进

本文利用泰勒公式,对文献[2]中交错级数的一种收敛准则给出了新的证明,并将此准则进行了改进,使其可以应用于由复合函数构成的更复杂的级数形式。     

The societal relevance of management accounting innovations: economic value added and institutional work in the fields of Chinese and Thai state-owned enterprises

This paper contributes to the ongoing debate about the relevance of management accounting. In doing so, we widen the definition of ‘relevance’ from the largely managerialist focus dominating this debate to examine how management accounting innovations get imbued with a broader range of societal interests and how actors representing vested interests go about entrenching and resisting such innovations. We explore these issues with reference to the institutionalisation of Economic Value Added (EVA?) as a governance mechanism for Chinese and Thai state-owned enterprises. Adopting a comparative, institutional field perspective, we theorise our observations through the conceptual lens of institutional work, or the human agency involved in creating, maintaining and disrupting institutions. We extend extant research on institutional work by exploring how the evolution of such work was conditioned by differences in field cohesiveness, defined in terms of how consistent and tightly coordinated key interests clustered around EVA? are. Our analysis also draws attention to how different types of institutional work support and detract from each other in the process of upholding such cohesiveness. We discuss the implications for future research on the societal relevance of management accounting innovations and institutional work.     

信用如金:纳税信用评级披露与股价崩盘风险

本文以纳税信用评级披露为准自然实验,从股价崩盘风险的角度,考察作为社会信用体系重要组成的纳税信用对金融市场稳定的影响.研究发现,纳税信用评级披露后,评级高的企业股价崩盘风险显著降低.纳税信用评级披露通过发挥监督效应,提高企业信息透明度,抑制管理层的机会主义行为,同时发挥声誉保险效应,增强投资者信心,避免企业出现负面新闻时投资者因恐慌情绪抛售股票,从而降低股价崩盘风险.研究还表明,高纳税声誉对股价崩盘风险的降低作用对于民营企业和位于税收征管力度较低地区的企业更为显著.为此,应进一步完善包括纳税信用管理在内的社会征信体系,使健全的征信体系成为保障资本市场和金融体系稳定有效的重要基础.     

传统文化对中国动画创作的影响研究

中国动画艺术作为文化传承与传播的一个重要载体,在经历过上世纪辉煌之后,在经济高速发展的当今却面临着文化失衡的问题,研究传统文化元素对动画艺术创作的重要性,必须以这一问题为切入点,梳理不同年代具有代表性的动画作品的文化属性,从艺术创作的角度具体分析文化缺失的现象与原因,从而在动画创作的实践中挖掘、继承传统文化并加以融合、创新.     

Corporate recidivism in emerging economies

Prior research on corporate misconduct pays extensive attention to single misconduct behaviors. However, little research has addressed recidivism – the repeated behaviors of corporate misconduct. Based on institutional theory and using the context of emerging economies where recidivism plays a considerable role, we propose the path dependency of corporate recidivism and suggest that three influential factors exist: internal preconditioning, inter‐organizational imitation, and the prevailing external evaluation. Our event history analysis of 1,036 listed companies in China over the period 2001–2008 statistically confirms our hypotheses. We conclude the paper by outlining the implications for both theory and practice.     

Railway development from the Japanese occupation period to the present – using Kaohsiung city as an example​​​​​​​​

This study intended to discuss the interactive influence of the emergence, transformation and decline of the railway in Kaohsiung Port on urban development, the population, the activities and the economy in the region during the period of 1895–2010, from the perspectives of urban planning, railway development, population and industry. This study used the crossover analysis method, and used the factors of railway development and urban planning, within a fixed time period, to explore the chain dependence relationship among the industry, the population, the regional economy and the railway stations in Kaohsiung city. This study found that urban planning, economic development, railway development and industry have an interactive influence on the overall urban development. Urban planning promotes the rapid growth of the population, and economic development propels the growth and shaping of the regional economy, thus increasing employment opportunities. In addition, the railway development process moves forward with urban development.     

SWOT分析视角下城镇失能老人医养结合服务模式研究

随着老龄化进程的加快,我国城镇失能老人数量也在不断攀升。传统的养老、医疗资源相互分离的局面给失能老年群体带来了诸多不便,为满足城镇失能老人的需要,解决我国老龄化进程中的养老困境,本文基于SWOT分析模型,在优势、劣势、机会与威胁四个维度的基础之上,对城镇失能老人实行医养结合服务模式进行研究分析,并挖掘该模式在筹资渠道、人力资源、长期护理保险、政策落实、资源整合等方面存在的问题,最后针对其不足之处提出了具体的路径参考。     

绿色发展理念在高职教师队伍建设中的应用

绿色教育是现代高职教育持续健康发展必须坚守的理念,而践行绿色教育理念核心之一是在师资队伍建设中切实提高教师的整体素质。从生态教育思想出发,针对教师队伍的建设与完善问题,找寻绿色教育发展理念在教师队伍素质提高、知识结构调整、师资队伍学术氛围营造及稳定教师队伍等方面应用的基本思路,对高职教师队伍的建设与完善有一定的指导意义。     

围绕绿色设计理念 创新人才培养模式

"绿色"、"低碳"、"环保"是近年来街头巷尾热议的话题,特别是在设计界,绿色设计成为各类设计的创意出发点。文章引入从工业化生产发展以来所进行的一系列绿色设计活动,分析绿色设计给人们当前生活带来的变化。在此基础上,探讨高校艺术教育如何培养具有绿色环保理念的未来设计师。
