我国保险企业组织生涯管理问题探讨

组织生涯管理是近些年来在发达国家兴起的、颇受人们关注的人力资源管理领域的一项新内容,体现了一种全新的人力资源管理理念和模式。本文从组织发展战略和员工的培训与开发等几个方面,分析了我国保险企业组织生涯管理过程中存在的问题,并相应提出了一系列对策,试图为促进我国保险企业组织职业生涯管理水平的提升,以达到企业与员工双方“双赢”效果提供有益的借鉴。     

高职院校图书馆与素质教育浅议

高校图书馆是学校的三大支柱之一,是高校教育培养人才的重要场所,在大学生素质教育中具有课堂教学无法替代的作用和优势.在大学生素质教育中,图书馆要充分发挥它的教育功能和服务功能,真正起到服务育人的作用.该文从高职院校培养人才的目标出发,结合图书馆的教育功能及图书馆开展素质教育的问题,提出一些具体的措施.     

The role of top management team diversity in shaping the performance of business model innovation: a threshold effect

Business model innovation is one of the firm’s most important strategic decisions. Top management team (TMT), as the critical decision-makers, has essential influence upon such decisions. However, the role of TMT diversity in shaping the performance of business model innovation is less explored in the literature. Based on a sample dataset of 906 observations of small and medium enterprises from China Startups Stock Market during the period of 2009–2011, we find that TMT diversity exhibits a significant threshold effect on the relationship between business model innovation (in terms of novelty-centred and efficiency-centred business model) and firm performance. More specifically, when TMT functional diversity arrives at a certain level, the positive relationship between novelty-centred business model and firm performance becomes more pronounced. On the other hand, the positive relationship between efficiency-centred business model innovation and firm performance will be more significant when TMT tenure diversity increases to a certain level.     

Evaluation of the green technology innovation efficiency of China's manufacturing industries: DEA window analysis with ideal window width

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) window analysis with ideal window width is applied to evaluate the green technology innovation efficiency of 28 manufacturing industries in China during 2006–2014. The obtained results are compared with those calculated using the traditional DEA model, and convergence analysis of the efficiency is conducted. Five years is the obtained ideal window width and DEA window analysis with ideal window produces results closer to reality for China's manufacturing industry. The overall efficiency of the green technology innovation in the manufacturing sector is low following a wave-shaped curve – first decreasing, then increasing and decreasing again, with large inter-industrial differences. There are 8 high-, 14 medium- and 6 low-efficiency industries. A convergence trend in the green technology innovation efficiency within the 28 manufacturing industries exists, implying a catch-up effect between them.     

基于知识产权的组织间关系网络的演化特征

分析了基于知识产权的组织间关系网络的基本内涵和构成要素,将基于知识产权的组织间关系网络的生命周期划分为5个阶段——创立阶段、成长阶段、成熟阶段、衰退阶段和解散阶段,具体论述了各阶段的组织间关系网络的演化特征。以对450家企业的深度访谈和问卷调查为基础,通过描述性统计分析、因子分析以及多元方差分析来实证研究目标一致性、信息沟通以及信任等关系属性在各阶段的传递规律。研究结果表明,基于知识产权的组织间关系属性的顶峰阶段并非都出现在关系生命周期的成熟阶段。     

城市居民住房平均支付能力研究——以江苏省盐城市为例

居民平均可支付房价与当期住房平均价格的比率决定了当地居民的平均支付能力.住房平均支付能力是检验住房平均价格是否超出了居民的平均经济承受能力、市场是否过热及市场是否存在泡沫的关键性指标.由于不同地区的收入水平和房地产市场的行情不同,各地的支付能力也未必相同.居民平均支付能力的研究旨在度量各地房地产市场行情,为管理部门及时提供监管市场的依据.     

互联网金融规制与市场有效性改善*——来自中国网络借贷行业的证据

中国的互联网金融经历了一个先创新发展后监管规制的过程,本文通过对网络借贷行业的实证研究,分析监管规则的出台实施对新型互联网融资市场有效性的影响。实证结果表明,网络借贷平台资金的银行存管、持有ICP证等强制性规定缓解了投资者、平台企业与借款人之间的信息不对称,对克服早期平台间通过竞相承诺高回报率来吸引投资者导致的“柠檬市场”问题、对解决网贷市场上缺乏平台风险性高低有效信号的问题都起到了正向作用,有助于互联网融资市场的有效性提高。     

基于交换关系的薪酬解释

薪酬是雇佣双方进行交换的价值尺度。因此，从这种意义上讲，薪酬代表了雇佣双方基于雇佣合同的一种交换关系，这种交换关系可以从经济学、心理学、社会学、政治学等角度分别进行解释，薪酬交换关系的解释对企业建立薪酬制度有重要的现实指导意义。     

东亚货币一体化博弈分析

东亚发展中国家与地区如何选择汇率制度一直是个颇有争议的话题。在“欧元”单一货币区成功实施的背景下,寻求货币一体化便成为东亚各国与地区关注的焦点。实际上,东亚货币一体化就是各参与方根据其参与的成本和收益,权衡利弊得失的决策博弈过程,该过程具有两阶段博弈的特征。
