中小城市天然气公司的天然气能量测定方法探讨

在天然气的贸易结算中，体积、质量、能量分别是3种不同的贸易结算依据，同时也是天然气计量发展过程中先后使用的计量方式。由于一系列的原因，我国大陆地区至今仍然采用体积计量作为天然气买卖双方的计量方式。然而，作为燃料使用的民用天然气，天然气燃烧的价值主要体现在其热值．即天然气的发热量。因此，能量计量显然更科学与合理。此外，随着我国天然气市场的扩大，能源需求日益剧增，引进国外天然气将变成现实，因而我国的天然气计最方式很有必要与罔际接轨（目前，国际天然气贸易普遍采用能量计量方式）。但是，在我国大陆地区实现天然气的能量计量，需要有政府相关的法律法规支持，需要制定能量计量标准，改革现有的价格体制、进入市场竞争，发展能量计量技术研究等诸多方面。目前，国内天然气行业已经开始了这方面的研究和准备工作，且取得了一定的成果。     

区域金融发展与经济增长关系的理论与经验分析

有关金融发展与金融深化的理论着重研究一国金融发展与经济增长之间的关系,经济发展区域化是大国经济发展一种普遍的现象。本文试图从中观层面以特定区域为研究对象,通过建立计量经济模型探讨在我国区域经济发展不平衡以及市场发育程度差异的情况下,区域内金融发展对区域经济增长的作用和机制。     

The influence of risk preferences,knowledge, land consolidation,and landscape diversification on pesticide use

Researchers have spent substantial effort to identify factors influencing pesticide use intensity. However, few studies have compared the relative importance of these factors. This study examines four categories of factors that potentially influence farmers’ pesticide use decisions by evaluating incentivized experiment data, farm survey data, and remote sensing data in China. Our results suggest that land diversification has the largest effect on farmers’ pesticide use. Compared with the most rice-intensive landscape type, less rice-intensive systems cause farmers to spray less on middle rice. Heavy pesticide use intensity is associated with land fragmentation as small-scale farms still dominate crop production. Farmers’ integrated pest management knowledge has significant effects on pesticide use. We also find that loss and ambiguity preferences, rather than risk preferences, are more likely to affect pesticide use intensity.     

浅谈价值工程在地下管线探测项目设计方案评价中的应用

价值工程作为一种将功能与成本、技术与经济相结合而进行技术经济评价的方法,又称为价值分析。本文通过结合地下管线探测项目的具体实例,探讨了在具体的施工过程中,为了在降低工程成本的同时能够有效的保证施工工程的质量和进度,如何采用价值工程的方法选择以及优化施工组织设计的方案。实践证明,在施工项目中应用价值工程的方法不仅能够完善施工方案,还能有效确保施工进度并且能够有效提高利润,最重要的是还能够很好的保证施工质量。     

刻板印象对考官评分偏差的影响:考官决策方式的调节作用

面试中,基于过去的有限经验产生的对特定群体的刻板印象会有意识或无意识地影响考官的判断决策,为了维持刻板的一致性,人们会故意忽视与刻板印象不一致的信息,这在很大程度上损害了面试的有效性和公平性.为了探究减弱面试刻板印象影响的方法,本文通过2(刻板刺激:有/无)×2(考官决策方式:直觉性决策/分析性决策)组间因子设计,利用眼动技术模拟教师行为事件面试,探讨了面试中刻板印象影响考官评分偏差的作用机制,以及考官决策方式与刻板印象对考官评分偏差的交互作用.结果表明:(1)存在刻板印象实验标的刺激时,考官对刺激的视觉注意更多,考官评分偏差更大,即刻板印象通过视觉注意的中介作用影响考官评分偏差;(2)刻板印象和考官决策方式存在显著的交互作用.实验结论对如何有效削弱刻板印象对面试决策的影响,提高面试有效性具有一定的启示意义.     

巷道围岩能量及支护研究现状

地下工程的开采扰动打破了岩体内原有的能量平衡,为了达到新的平衡,岩体内的能量会发生动态变化,从而导致巷道围岩发生变形破坏,而支护结构可以改变围岩的力学状态及吸收引起围岩变形破坏的一部分能量,使其达到平衡稳定.基于此,本文阐述围岩能量及支护的研究现状.     

从词汇史看?木兰诗?的语言年代

从语言上看，?木兰诗?非北朝时所产生，很可能成诗于唐代前期。?木兰诗?中的很多词语都可见于唐代文献，如“鞍鞯”“点兵”“惊忙”“儿”“地”“爷娘”等。这些唐代新词在诗中出现比例较高，是该诗成诗于唐代的较好脚注。     

Selecting people based on person‐organisation fit: Implications for intrateam trust and team performance

Teamwork is widely adopted in organisations. Although much evidence indicates that using person‐organisation (P‐O) fit as a selection criterion benefits individual employees, little is known about how this practice influences team functioning. Drawing on the input‐mediator‐outcome model and the research on value congruence, this study built and tested a model that links P‐O fit in recruitment to work teams' performance. Based on data collected from team members, team leaders, human resources managers, and chief executive officers in 96 firms, we found that P‐O fit in recruitment had a positive relationship with team performance and that intrateam trust mediated the relationship between P‐O fit in recruitment and team performance. Further, this mediated relationship existed only when the organisation had a weak, rather than strong, respect‐for‐people culture. This study contributes to the P‐O fit and team literature and has practical implications for human resources practices and team management.     

Determining the integrated volatility via limit order books with multiple records

The integrated volatility plays an important role in risk management and portfolio selection, the estimation methods regarding the quantity have been widely investigated, either under low-frequency data or high-frequency data, or a combination of both. In this paper, we propose a measure for the integrated volatility via limit order book data with possible presence of multiple records. The estimator is valid under mild conditions and it is easily implemented. The finite sample performance of the proposed estimator has been verified by simulation studies and we apply the method to some real high-frequency data-sets as well.     

温泉度假村旅游服务质量评价实证研究——以河源御临门温泉度假村为例

以河源御临门温泉度假村为例,以温泉旅游服务质量评价问卷为基础,对影响温泉旅游服务质量的20个因素进行了分析,探讨游客对温泉度假村整体旅游服务质量的总体评价。建议度假村从"原生态"温泉文化、温泉旅游解说系统的建设、特色客家温泉饮食文化、员工培训等四个方面进行完善与提高,提升服务满意度。
