我国中部地区创新方法推广应用现状与对策研究——以湖北省为例

本文以湖北省为例研究我国中部地区创新方法推广应用现状，在分析总结湖北省创新方法工作主要经验和现有问题基础上，从政策导向、示范推广、市场运营、基础研究 4 个方面提出针对性建设建议，以期为中部地区的创新方法推广应用工作提供政策参考。     

论中国现代管理理论的核心范畴

核心范畴是指既能够客观反映某一理论体系概念链条的本质内容,又能够充分体现该理论体系的特征、过程及其趋势的基本理论概括.完整的理论体系,不仅有相对独立的一般范畴系列,形成具有内在逻辑性的范畴链条,而且有反映该特定理论体系本质内容的核心范畴.管理在实践中行为要科学,理论上范畴要科学,阐释时结构与体系要科学,包括理论的发展与创新也要科学.科学化既是中国现代管理理论的要求、特征、逻辑与归宿,也是中国现代管理理论的体现、实现与生命.     

财务软件操作中常见问题解析——以金蝶KIS标准版为例

结合教学实践，分析金蝶KIS标准版财务软件的主要功能模块——系统维护及系统初始化设置模块、账务处理模块以及工资管理、固定资产管理、出纳管理等存在的常见操作问题，便于广大初学者熟练掌握会计软件。     

论我国西部区域间经济发展格局的变动

西部大开发的10年中,西部各地区都取得了巨大的发展成就,但彼此间的发展进度并不一致,导致了经济发展格局的变动。经过数据分析发现,西部各区域间发展差距有扩大的趋势,并且经济发展重心也有较大变化。认真分析这一变化,对于因地制宜的制定区域发展政策,促进区域协调发展具有重要指导意义。     

国际贸易与文化制度差异的理论模型分析

国家间文化制度差异可以成为专业化分工和比较优势产生的原因之一,且这种差异并不会随着贸易的开展而消除,贸易不能促成国家间文化制度的融合,其巩固国家间文化制度差异,即使存在替代性文化制度均衡且向这种均衡的转变是帕累托改进的;向优等文化制度转变可能发生分配影响,在可能性条件下,雇员在封闭条件下可以通过转变获得福利提升,而雇主则相反.     

应用皮肤光毒性实验仪进行化妆品皮肤光毒性试验的研究

[目的]探讨应用皮肤光毒性实验仪进行化妆品皮肤光毒性试验的试验条件和阳性对照物8-MOP的合适试验浓度。[方法]观测皮肤光毒性实验仪的UVA光强度与开机时间的关系,并根据测得的光强度平均值计算得出光毒性试验所需的照射时间;用不同浓度的8-MOP进行试验,排除8-MOP的原发性刺激作用,选择适宜的应用浓度进行皮肤光毒性试验;对两个防晒粉底按所选仪器条件进行试验。[结果]照射开始后2-100m in,UVA光强度稳定在4.3-4.4 mW/cm^2,平均值为4.4 mW/cm^2,故试验时的照射时间为38m in;用皮肤光毒性实验仪进行光毒性试验,0.05%8-MOP能引起豚鼠皮肤明显光毒性反应并且不引起原发性刺激反应;相同试验条件下未见两种防晒粉底引起豚鼠皮肤显著光毒性反应。[结论]用皮肤光毒性实验仪进行化妆品皮肤光毒性试验可行、有效。

Stochastic comparisons for the number of working components of a system in random environment

In terms of stochastic orders, the purpose of this paper is to show how the random environment can affect the number of working components of a system with heterogeneous components sharing a common random environment. Applications to a class of semiparametric mixture models, stress-strength model and warm standby system are presented.     

How does growth need strength influence employee outcomes? The roles of hope,leadership, and cultural value

Abstract

Strong growth need is essential if an employee is to be motivated to complete complex and challenging jobs. It is important for organizations to attract employees with high growth need strength and help them achieve positive outcomes. However, limited research has been conducted to examine the mechanism underlying growth need strength’s positive effect on employee outcomes. Based on hope theory, we hypothesized that hope mediates the effect of growth need strength on job performance and affective commitment by transforming employees’ general desire for personal growth into goal-related cognitive thinking, comprising both ‘will’ and ‘ways’. We further hypothesized the moderating effect of transformational leadership, and the joint moderating effect of transformational leadership and individual power distance on the relationship between growth need strength and hope. We tested our hypotheses with data from a sample of 265 subordinate–supervisor dyads from China. Data analysis results supported the mediating role of hope. We found that growth need strength has a stronger effect on hope when transformational leadership is higher, and this effect is the strongest when both transformational leadership and individual power distance are simultaneously higher. The implications of these findings for human resource management research and practice are discussed.

长江三角洲地区是我国经济发展的先导区域,其发展成功与否决定着能否实现中华民族的复兴。本文通过对欧洲莱茵河流域和长江三角洲地区经济发展的对比分析,提出了若干长江三角洲经济区的发展战略。
