基于投入产出的辽宁省第三产业内部结构关联分析

基于辽宁省2007年投入产出表,结合DPS数据处理系统归纳和计算出2007年辽宁省第三产业16个产业的直接消耗系数、感应度系数和影响力系数,分析辽宁省第三产业的内部结构特征与关联。结果表明,辽宁省第三产业仍是以传统型服务业为主,而且各产业的专业化程度存在较大差异,旅游业和科学研究事业等产业发展缓慢等,基于此提出相应的对策建议。     

大学英语分层次个性化教学模式探索

21世纪初教育部正式启动大学英语教学改革,学者和教师针对课程设置展开了积极的探索和讨论。高校应该充分考虑学生的差异,对学生进行不同层次教学,进行个性化培养。要保证学生在大学英语学习中具有选择权和主动权。EGP、ESP和EGE的教学并不矛盾,可以融为一体创建大学英语分层次个性化教学模式,满足学生和社会对于各种人才的多样化要求。     

央地产业政策协同、外资参股与国有企业研发投入水平

结合混合所有制改革,实证分析了外资股东参股对国有企业研发投入水平的影响及央地产业政策协同对两者相关关系的调节作用.研究发现:第一,外资股东参股可以显著提升国有企业的研发投入水平,尤其是当外资来源地相对发达、外资股东以战略合作为主要入股动机时,其参股后提高国有企业研发投入水平的效果更为显著.而央地产业政策协同有助于进一步强化外资参股股东对国有企业研发投入水平的正向作用.第二,机制分析表明,央地产业政策协同可通过提高引资企业创新意愿、增加引资企业创新资源的内在渠道,有效提升引资企业的研发投入水平.第三,进一步地,从地区环境出发,当地区对中央的财政依赖度越高、地方重要官员无中央任职经历时,央地产业政策协同的正向调节效果会越显著;从国有企业自身特点出发,当企业层级越低时,央地产业政策协同的正向调节效果越显著.实证分析结论丰富了国有企业创新的影响因素研究,并为政府充分发挥央地产业政策协同的积极效应提供了政策启示.     

The Interaction between Capital Requirements and Monetary Policy

The interaction between capital requirements and monetary policy is assessed by means of simple rules in a dynamic general equilibrium model featuring a banking sector. In “normal” times, when economic dynamics are driven by supply shocks, an active use of capital requirements generates modest benefits in terms of volatility of the target variables compared to the case in which only the central bank carries out stabilization policies. The lack of cooperation between the two policymakers may result in excessive volatility of the monetary policy rate and capital requirements. The benefits of introducing capital requirements become sizeable when financial shocks, which affect the supply of loans, are important drivers of economic dynamics; the availability of capital requirements as a policy tool yields a significant gain in terms of macroeconomic stabilization, regardless of the type of interaction between monetary and capital requirements policies.     

商业信用与合作型客户关系的构建——基于提供给大客户应收账款的经验证据

利用我国上市公司前5名应收账款欠款人信息以及前5名大客户信息的披露数据,本文较为直接地考察了企业是否以及如何利用应收账款的产品质量担保功能与大客户构建合作型客户关系。研究结果表明,客户集中度越高,企业提供给大客户的信用政策越宽松,即应收账款金额越多,信用期限越长;进一步研究发现,在与主要客户地理位置相似度较低的企业、处于竞争性行业的企业以及营商环境较好的地区,上述两者之间的正相关关系有所增强。最后,本文发现,在与大客户构建合作型客户关系时,企业向这些大客户提供的应收账款越多,企业的业绩越好。     

浅析我国农村公路交通安全问题及对策

农村公路作为我国公路网的重要组成部分,对于全面建设小康社会和构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义.截至2008年底,全国农村公路总里程达到321万公里,占全国公路总里程的87.2%.到2020年,全国农村公路总里程预计将达到370万公里.     

THE ROLE OF EXCLUSIVE CONTRACTS IN FACILITATING MARKET TRANSACTIONS*

We examine the relationship between market conditions and the adoption of exclusive contracts. In particular, we develop a matching model in which agents may decide to adopt exclusive contracts to reduce bilateral bargaining inefficiencies in the presence of private information. We show that it is optimal for agents to adopt exclusive contracts in thin markets but not in thick markets and that for intermediate levels of market thickness strategic complementarities lead to multiple equilibria. We study the welfare properties of market equilibria and discuss under what circumstances courts should enforce exclusive contracts.     

Progress, decline, growth: product and productivity in Italian agriculture, 1000–2000

This article estimates agricultural production and output per worker in Italy, from about the year 1000 to the present. The millennium may be divided neatly into three periods. Output per worker increased until the fourteenth century, declined, with some fluctuations, until the end of the nineteenth century, and then recovered, booming in the past 50 years.     

The Transmission of International Shocks: A Factor-Augmented VAR Approach

The empirical literature on the transmission of international shocks is based on small -scale VARs. In this paper, we use a large panel of data for 17 industrialized countries to investigate the international transmission mechanism, and revisit the anomalies that arise in the empirical literature. We propose a factor augmented VAR (FAVAR) that extends the model in Bernanke, Boivin, and Eliasz (2005) to the open economy. The main results can be summarized as follows. First, the dynamic effects on the UK economy of an unanticipated fall of short-term interest rates in the rest of the world are: real house price inflation, investment, GDP and consumption growth peak after 1 year, wages peak after 2 years, and CPI and GDP deflator inflation peak during the third year. Second, a positive international supply shock makes the distribution of the components of the UK consumption deflator negatively skewed. Third, in response to a domestic monetary shock, we find little evidence of the exchange rate and liquidity puzzles and little evidence of the forward discount and price anomalies.
