FDI对区域经济增长、就业影响研究——基于丝绸之路经济带我国西北段省区

本文基于丝绸之路经济带我国西北段区域1985～2014年的时间序列数据,采用VAR模型分析FDI 、经济增长与就业三者之间的动态关系。结果表明：FDI是经济增长和就业的格兰杰原因, 但经济增长不是FDI的格兰杰原因;FDI对经济增长有明显的促进作用,对就业的促进作用不 明显,经济增长未明显带动FDI流入。丝绸之路经济带我国西北段区域应牢牢抓住“丝绸之 路经济带”战略机遇,因地制宜地制定符合科学发展的引资策略,优化投资环境以吸引跨国 公司进驻该区域,并鼓励企业加大对研发、设计等价值链高端的投资。     

区域创新系统衰退机理研究

本文运用社会燃烧理论分析了区域创新系统的衰退以及衰退机理,并进行实证研究,结果表明：区域创新系统存在衰退现象;区域创新系统衰退可发生在区域创新系统发展的任一阶段;区域创新系统的衰退存在着阶段性。本文首次将社会燃烧理论引入对区域创新系统研究中,并首次用来分析区域创新系统的衰退机理,丰富了区域创新系统的理论研究,并对区域创新系统的发展具有指导意义。     

中国不同省份金融结构转变与产业结构升级关系的实证研究

随着我国社会主义市场经济改革的不断深入,现有金融结构已不能适应经济发展。本文从金融结构调整的角度出发,对中国较发达地区,欠发达地区以及基于全国的数据进行面板回归。通过对实证结果的分析,得出金融结构调整对产业结构调整并不是简单线性关系的结论,金融结构调整应有合理的范围,当金融结构在其范围内变化时,能够促进经济的增长,当金融结构的调整超过合理范围时,金融功能的负作用会逐渐增强,当负作用积累到一定程度,会对经济的发展起到阻碍作用,我国各省份应根据自己的实际发展情况和自然禀赋,选择合适的金融结构和经济发展模式。     

Investor Confidence as a Determinant of China's Urban Housing Market Dynamics

China's urban housing market dynamics suggest that evolving investor confidence may be a relevant demand shifter. Such investors are continually updating their beliefs about the state of the macroeconomy and the policy uncertainty related to national and local housing policies. We build a 35 Chinese city real estate confidence index that varies over time and across cities. This index predicts subsequent house price appreciation and new housing sales. We document evidence of heterogeneous effects of investor confidence depending on a city's demographics and the city's elasticity of housing supply. Our results based on a new household‐level expectations survey bolster the case that investor expectations are an important determinant of real estate price dynamics.

The mean-variance investment problem in a constrained financial market

This paper extends the mean-variance analysis and the two-fund separation theorem to a market with some constraints, such as, the incompleteness, prohibition of short-selling, and partial information, with stochastic interest rate, and with stochastic volatility for risky assets. By maximizing a quadratic utility of terminal wealth, we show that the efficient frontier for the problem is a straight line in the mean-standard-deviation diagram. The quadratic utility function exhibits mean-variance efficiency. Our results apply to portfolios of claims in a single period, multiperiod, and continuous time.

The effect of researchers' interdisciplinary characteristics on team innovation performance: evidence from university R&D teams in China

This study examines the effect of researchers' characteristics on the performance of R&D teams. Based on the multi-perspective of organization behavior and knowledge management, the authors adopt the framework of ‘Input-Process-Output’ regarding the process of the R&D team as knowledge creation. The theoretical model and corresponding hypotheses were tested empirically, drawing on a sample of 80 R&D teams from four universities in China. We concluded that knowledge communication, sharing, and integration play very important mediated roles in the knowledge creation process of the R&D team. Though researchers might have differing opinions on interdisciplinary research, they still tend toward communication and sharing their knowledge, experience, and viewpoints in the R&D process; this is an essential means for the achievement of knowledge integration. In order to achieve high innovation performance, management should pay attention to the process of knowledge communication, sharing, and integration.
