中国与美国、南非煤矿通风技术标准对比分析

矿井通风对煤矿安全至关重要,受到了世界各国政府、企业、研究领域的广泛关注。我国逐步制定了一些通风相关的法规标准,并在生产实践中贯彻落实,虽然取得了一些成绩,但仍不够完善。文章总结了中国、美国和南非煤矿通风标准的概况,对比了我国与美国、南非煤矿通风标准具体技术指标的异同,在此基础上,给出了对我国煤矿通风技术标准的发展建议。     

Policy-driven ecosystems for new vaccine development

This paper examines the relationship between biomedical policies and entrepreneurial R&D strategies. Public health programs have been unable to provide effective and affordable treatment of infectious diseases for the poor. While governments have become more open to private sector contributions to policy objectives, it is rare to find new ventures commercializing healthcare innovations for neglected diseases. Two case studies of entrepreneurial ventures, in the UK and China, provide evidence on how resource-constrained firms mobilize participants in policy-specific ecosystems to achieve their goals of new vaccine development for tuberculosis. Ecosystem analysis reveals how the innovators’ business models can align their strategies with national policy objectives.     

基于新旧会计准则的上市公司盈利反应系数实证研究

2006年我国颁布了与国际会计准则趋同的新企业会计准则,新准则的实施是否改善了会计盈余信息的信息含量和决策有用性是一个亟待检验的问题。本文采用事件研究法和盈利反应系数模型,基于沪深两市A股2004年至2006年以及2008年的数据,检验新准则的实施是否提高了会计信息的决策有用性。结果发现:新公允准则对经营决策有用性显示不强,就此提出相关的政策建议。     

IPO、公司治理与企业价值——资本成本视角的理论综述

本文认为,首次公开发行上市(IPO)是企业生命周期中的里程碑。企业IPO行为改变了公司资本结构,通过资本结构对公司治理发生积极作用(融资机制、价格机制和并购机制),使得公司治理在经营者激励、信息披露、投资者保护等方面得到改善将提升企业价值,进而实现企业价值最大化的理财目标。     

A Dynamic Study on Ecological Disaster,Government Regulation,and Renewable Resources

This article develops a dynamic model to investigate renewable resource markets under different property rights. We find that different property rights regimes in renewable resource markets yield very different equilibria. Under private property rights, the valve point increases with the natural growth rate, productivity, number of firms, and marginal costs. Under common property rights, “the tragedy of the commons” inescapably occurs. This study suggests how to avoid ecological disaster by implementing a set of public policies.     

Robust influence diagnostics for generalized linear models with continuous responses

This article introduces two parametric robust diagnostic methods for detecting influential observations in the setting of generalized linear models with continuous responses. The legitimacy of the two proposed methods requires no knowledge of the true underlying distributions so long as their second moments exist. The performance of the two proposed influence diagnostic tools is investigated through limited simulation studies and the analyses of an illustration.
