本文采用广义矩方法估计开放经济下中国新凯恩斯混合菲利普斯曲线，结合中国现实选择工具变量。结果表明，使用混合成本作为通货膨胀的驱动因素在统计和经济意义上具有显著性，影响我国通货膨胀主要是资本成本与进口中间品成本；厂商定价行为既有前瞻性又有后顾性，但前瞻性处于主导地位，且价格具有较强的灵活性。     

企业需求、企业能力与企业社会责任的匹配探讨——一种新的企业履行社会责任的理论分析框架

本文首先研究了企业履行社会责任的模式并提出了企业社会责任的层次模型;其次,将企业需求与个人需求在企业生态学的范畴下进行了类比,提出了企业需求层次模型,并将企业需求归纳为企业履行社会责任的动力;再次,本文运用企业生命周期原理,将企业成长状况看作是衡量企业具有一定的履行社会责任能力的体现;最后,通过将企业需求、企业能力与企业社会责任进行匹配探讨,揭示了企业履行社会责任的动力和能力原理及其可能的行为,并得出了一些有意义的结论。     

浅谈如何进行环境管理体系的文件审核

本文主要对环境管理体系审核中的文件审核进行了分析,具体对第二阶段现场审核前的文件评审(文件初审)和现场审核时的文件继续审查进行了阐述,指出了不同时期文件审核的目的和作用、方式方法、内容及重点,为环境管理体系的审核员提供指导和参考。     

Brighter prospects? Assessing the franchise advantage using census data

This paper uses Census microdata to examine how starting a business as a franchise rather than an independent business affects its survival and growth prospects. We assess factors that influence the decision to become a franchisee and use various empirical approaches to correct for selection bias in our performance analyses. We find that franchised businesses on average exhibit higher survival rates than independent businesses; but importantly, the difference is small compared with claims in the trade press. The effect is also short lived: conditional on surviving a year or two, we no longer find survival (or growth) differences. We then explore two potential sources for this small survival advantage, namely franchisors’ screening process and the benefits arising from the brand and business know‐how provided by franchisors. We find evidence that both of the sources contribute to the franchising advantage.     

Testing Part of a DSGE Model by Indirect Inference

We propose a way of testing a subset of equations of a DSGE model. The test draws on statistical inference for limited information models and the use of indirect inference to test DSGE models. Using the numerical small sample distribution of our test for two subsets of equations of the Smets–Wouters model we show that the test has accurate size and good power in small samples, and better power than using asymptotic distribution theory. In a test of the Smets–Wouters model on US Great Moderation data, we reject the specification of the wage‐price but not the expenditure sector. This points to the wage‐price sector as the source of overall model rejection.     

A context-based service matching approach towards functional reliability for industrial systems

ABSTRACT

As service-oriented computing is commonly used in industrial systems to deal with the continually changing business environment, matching processes with existing services becomes one of the most important phases in constructing, integrating and optimizing information systems. The precision of semantic service matching becomes a critical factor in ensuring the correctness of functionalities in system processes. However, the dependability of semantic service matching cannot be warranted in complex contexts. To improve semantic service matching for industrial systems, a context-based semantic service matching approach named ‘Process-Based service MatchMaker’(PBMM) is proposed in this paper. It selects the suitable services for the process from candidate services through taking the dependencies of related services process into consideration.     

Powerful tests for structural changes in volatility

Detecting structural changes in volatility is important for understanding volatility dynamics and stylized facts observed for financial returns such as volatility persistence. We propose modified CUSUM and LM tests that are built on a robust estimator of the long-run variance of squared series. We establish conditions under which the new tests have standard null distributions and diverge faster than standard tests under the alternative. The theory allows smooth and abrupt structural changes that can be small. The smoothing parameter is automatically selected such that the proposed test has good finite-sample size and meanwhile achieves decent power gain.

美国反残疾人就业歧视法律制度及其借鉴研究

美国有着完备的反残疾人就业歧视的法律体系,包括宪法、基本法律及专门法律三个层次。通过颁布《康复法》及《美国残疾人法》,确立了反残疾人就业歧视的基本法律制度,并设有独立的平等就业机会委员会作为反残疾人就业歧视的联邦执法机构,通过接受投诉、展开调查、进行调解、提起诉讼及执行等程序来保障其权力的行使,有效地维护了残疾人就业的基本权利。美国的反残疾人就业歧视基本法律制度及其执法程序保障对我国完善反残疾人就业歧视制度有重要的借鉴意义。     

基于多目标优化的电子商务物流指派问题

考虑了由多个供应商、在线零售商、第三方物流公司组成的供应链网络,分析在线零售商的物流配送指派决策过程,运用数学规划方法建立一个多目标电子商务物流指派模型,并基于模糊集理论对多目标优化问题进行求解,最后以算例分析验证了模型和求解方法的有效性。研究结果表明,电子商务物流指派模型能够从供应链角度出发,综合考虑在线零售商、第三方物流公司以及供应商的成本因素,实现供应链的整体最优。
