高校作为高层次,高素质人才的集聚地，承担着太量的基础研究、应用研究和开发研究任务，创造出大量的科技成果。文章结合高校科研管理工作的现状与特点，从机制创新的层面出发，探讨了推进高校科研成果转化的方式与渠道。     

Passengers’ perceptions of airline lounges: Importance of attributes that determine usage and service quality measurement

The current exploratory study investigates passengers’ perceptions of airline lounges by measuring the importance of attributes that determine usage and service quality in those facilities. Data collection was the result of a survey of airline lounge users at the Incheon International Airport, South Korea. The attributes that determine airline lounge usage categorize as: image and accessibility, atmosphere, food and beverage (F&B) service, and facility’s dimensions. Atmosphere and F&B service prove to be the most important dimensions affecting passengers’ use of the airline lounge. Service quality variables determining passengers’ perceptions of the airline lounge categorize as: atmosphere, F&B service, employee service, and facility’s dimensions. Among the service quality dimensions, F&B service was the strongest predictor of overall satisfaction and lounge revisit intention. Furthermore, the study considers the relationship of overall satisfaction and lounge revisit intention according to airline selection.

156 delegates from all walks of life in Guangdong province composed the Guangdong delegation for the NPC this year. The import and export value of Guangdong makes up one-third of national total value, and accoums for one-eighth of national economic growth. Guangdong province has maintained its top spot in import and export value among China＇s many provinces and cities for several years, commonly referred to as ＂Big Brother＂. At the same time, it is the region where the global financial crisis has hit China hardest.     

中国经济趋势预测:稳定、调整和发展

关于高校贫困生“等、要、靠”心理的几点思考

近年来,无论是国家、社会还是高校,都在贫困生资助上做了大量的工作,但部分贫困生却滋长了严重的“等、要、靠”依赖心理,严重影响了对贫困生的实际扶助效果.本文分析了这种依赖心理产生的原因,提出了消除“等、要、靠”心理的对策,以促进贫困生健康发展.     

试论公共关系目标——公众合作

一直被多数人视为公共关系目标的塑造组织形象,应当属于公共关系管理的固有手段。形象是一种重要资源,但形象认知所具有的主观性使其不一定能为组织实现利益目标;在现实中,形象的有形性经常被宰割,为形象而形象也容易造成实践上的偏差;此外,塑造形象目标说在国际公共关系学界未得到认同,在国内学界也还存在着异见。公众合作的目标观能把工具理性与价值理性统一起来,赋予公共关系目标定位合理性。厘清塑造组织形象与促成公众合作的手段与目标关系,对明晰公共关系的学科边界和建立公共关系效果评估的客观标准也有重要意义。     

论教授终身制及其在中国高校的应用问题

自20世纪初美国大学建立终身教授制度以来,该制度在维护学术自由、平衡行政权力与学术权力等方面发挥了重要作用,促进了美国高等教育的繁荣发展。中国高校有与之相似的终身制度———职称终身制,但是在实际应用过程中出现了概念不清、大学教师为职称而研究等问题,为此,国内一直在进行教师聘任制度的改革。

FPGA在某型防空导弹发射机构测试中的应用

论文针对某新型防空导弹发射机构测试系统测试时间长、效率低、体积大、是专属检测设备等问题,设计了一种新型的基于FPGA的发射机构测试系统,并以信噪比检测为例,分析了系统的功能实现。该设计充分利用了FPGA的特点,测试系统体积小、可扩展性好,测试速度快、效率高。
