2004-2008年中国国有工业企业的竞争优势呈上升趋势。东部地区的国有工业企业竞争力水平是四大地区中最高的,但竞争力明显减弱;2004年珠三角经济圈的竞争优势系数是最高的,到2008年被长三角经济圈超过,环渤海经济圈仍然是三大经济圈中最低的。三大经济圈的市场份额下降了十个百分点,其中环渤海经济圈下降幅度较大,但仍然是三大经济圈中市场份额最高的。2008年中国地区国有工业企业的资本产出弹性为劳动产出弹性的两倍,对资本的依赖程度依然较高。东部地区应注意加快产业转型,各地区应注意提高资本效率。 相似文献

改革开放以来,我国国民收入初次分配呈现高效率,低公平运行状态。这是一种失衡状态,这种失衡将引致一系列连锁反应,对经济运行和社会发展产生不利后果。在初次分配领域之内,初次分配的高效率是一种以低公平为代价所取得的畸形效率,而初次分配低公平是效率提高的制约瓶颈;在初次分配领域之外,初次分配失衡导致再分配公平调节乏力,再分配不能解决初次分配中的低公平问题,从而使得社会整体的公平程度很低;最终对经济和社会发展造成不利影响,使得经济发展出现消费断层和内需不足,并使社会发展面临和谐危机和许多潜在风险。 相似文献

Tourism Management is a research journal and the short title of a book. This article examines the book as a resource for tourism students, tourism researchers and those who use tourism research in decision making. Part I of the book provides a framework for organizing 26 chapters into Parts II to VI. The chapters are research papers, some with exercises that help researchers and users of research understand good decision support by research. Analysis supports the book's value for target markets, particularly in providing good ideas and reference material about using research for decision making. However, Parts II-VI do not have introductions or conclusions. Analysis, drawing on extensive experience of the authors of this article, identifies the usefulness of a revised edition having information in each part about how the chapters fit into the book's framework and their practical significance. Discussion includes having expanded exercises for most chapters. Though suggesting changes to make a new edition better, the study here strongly endorses Tourism Management, the book, for teaching applications and as a resource for researchers and users of research. 相似文献

Following a review of previous research examining the success factors of new ventures and the role played by intellectual capital, our study sets out to achieve this objective by analyzing the impact of a set of intangible relational assets on the initial success of new business start‐ups. This paper examines the risk/return relations in eleven Asian Pacific stock markets and explores if the 1997 Asian financial crisis significantly influenced market behavior in the region. We use a plain vanilla time-series regression approach as well as various GARCH models. Although results significantly vary across model specifications, the overall evidence from GARCH models supports a significantly positive risk/return relation in several markets but only prior to the Asian financial crisis. These results accord with Glosten et al. (1993) and Harvey (2001) and suggest that the relative risk aversion is sensitive to both model specifications and structural breaks. 相似文献

Despite increasing awareness of the importance of customer behaviors in service delivery, understanding consequences relating to employees receives little attention. Therefore, using data from a large electronic firm relating to customers, employees, and managers, this study examines the effects of customer participation and citizenship behavior on employee performance, satisfaction and commitment, as well as indirect effects on turnover intention. Furthermore, the study examines how similarity and likeability moderate the effects of customer participation and citizenship behavior on employee satisfaction. In a study of 257 new ventures from China, India, Mexico, and South Africa, we find support for the mediating effect of strategic early internationalization on international sales intensity. We argued that when new ventures from emerging markets internationalize early and with commitment, the legitimacy they acquire helps them overcome liabilities of newness and foreignness. We develop a typology of international new ventures that, based on strategic intent and timing of internationalization, distinguishes strategic early internationalizers from persistent, serendipitous, and long‐term internationalizers. We show that strategic early internationalization accounts for over half of the explained variance in international sales intensity and either fully or partially mediates the effects of managerial knowledge and market orientation on international sales intensity. 相似文献
