对城市更新融资体系的几点思考

历经30年的改革开放,中国正面临着城市空间资源再生、再分配的问题,需要进行城市更新。在此过程中,城市更新投融资需求的快速增长与供给短缺的矛盾日益突出。尤其在当前我国执行货币紧缩政策的形势下,拓展、拓宽融资渠道显得尤为迫切。为了寻找解决这一矛盾的办法,本文希望通过对国内外城市开发建设、企业经营等在投融资方面成功经验的总结,结合我国特有的经济发展背景,总结对我国城市更新投融资制度建设的经验启示。在此基础上,本文进一步研究提出我国城市更新投融资制度建设的思路与构想,从而为城市更新投融资服务体系的进一步构建和完善奠定一定的基础,最后对我国城市更新的投融资体系建设提出建议。     

Bayesian U-type design for nonparametric response surface prediction

This paper deals with Bayesian design over U-type designs of n runs and s factors with q levels for nonparametric response surface prediction. The criterion is developed in terms of the asymptotic approach of Mitchell et al. (Ann Statist 22: 634–651, 1994) for a specific covariance kernel. An optimal design is given in approximate design theory over the all level combinations. A connection with orthogonality and aberration is established. A lower bound for the criterion is provided, and numerical results show that this lower bound is tight.

近代上海标金市场是国际金融市场的重要组成部分,也是上海成为国际金融中心的标志。本文通过实证分析得出,近代上海不仅拥有门类齐全的货币市场和资本市场,重要的是拥有当时世界上最发达、最先进的金融期货市场,这对于当代上海重建国际金融中心具有一定的启发意义。     

Extending the “P” perspective: An institutional account of management research in Australia

In commenting Meyer’s article “Asian management research needs more self-confidence” in APJM (2006), Yang and Terjesen (Asia Pacific Journal of Management, 24(4):497–507, 2007) described ground realities in Australia that may have inhibited the development of a robust management research community. As an Australia-trained and Australia-based Asian management scholar, I extend the “P” perspective by exploring how the formal and informal institutions interact in shaping Australia-based scholars’ publication strategies and research performance. Reflecting on my experience in Australia, I argue that like in any other businesses, institutions matter in our business of research and publication. They matter because they can shape the local “rule of the game” within which a country’s or a region’s scholars conduct and publish their research. A full institutional account of the current state of management research in the Asia Pacific region requires a deeper understanding of both formal and informal local institutions. From such an institutional perspective, this commentary concentrates on why Australian management research lags behind that in the US and Europe and yet leads the Asia Pacific region.

HRBP转型路径研究——基于战略柔性角度

面对不断变化的外部环境,越来越多的大型企业尝试引进HRBP模式,,但是效果不甚明显。本文在对我国企业实施HRBP的现状及效果进行分析的基础上,认为战略柔性应成为HRBP实施的重要条件。在战略柔性背景下,企业应当在技术层面、组织层面和个人层面三方面进行调整,才能成功实现人力资源工作由HR向HRBP的转型。     

An investigation of ingratiation as a career management strategy: evidence from Singapore

In spite of the recognition that career politics, and therefore ingratiation, is widely used to manage careers, there is a dearth of empirical studies on ingratiation as a career management strategy. Consistent with Ferris and Kacmar's (1988) suggestion, the study reported here investigated the conditions (defined by situational variables, career concerns and personality variables) under which ingratiation is used as a career management strategy. Data were obtained through a structured questionnaire from professional employees (N = 214) in public and private sector organizations in Singapore.

Factor analysis of the 21-item career concerns scale revealed four solutions representing internal and external career concerns. The results of the hierarchical regression revealed that situational variables explained most of the variance in ingratiation, followed by career concerns and personality variables. Among the individual variables, task ambiguity, supervisor reward power, managerial responsibility and need for achievement were significant while personal success approached significance. Internal career concern of autonomy development was unrelated to ingratiation. Of the interaction terms, only supervisor reward power and Machiavellianism approached significance. Directions for future studies are suggested.

文章认为创业投资的后续管理是创业投资机构或专家减少投资风险,确保预期的投资收益率的重要手段。文章以某创业投资公司设计的积极干预型后续管理模式为例,探讨该管理模式把增值服务揉合在监控过程之中,使其能有效地介入创业企业的管理,并进一步突破信息不对称的束缚、减少各种代理风险。     

医疗救助制度与社会主义和谐社会

本文介绍了中国医疗救助制度的概念及其基本特点。医疗救助制度是医疗保障制度的"兜底"制度,对维护人民健康发挥着非常重要的作用。建立健全医疗救助不仅是保障人民健康权利的重要途径,还是实现我国社会发展目标的重要保证,是我国社会保障制度发展的必然趋势,是构建社会主义和谐社会的有力保障。

为适应激烈的竞争环境,中国的大型国有企业根据自身的情况,不断的探索符合自身要求的预算管理模式,并在探索中积累经验。本文总结了大型国有企业在预算管理方面的经验,并提出了问题和建议。
