创新教育与学生学习能力的培养

教师在教学过程中应积极探索有利于创新人才培养的教育内容和教学方法,以提高学生的创新能力。本文对如何培养学生的创新性学习能力提出了自己的见解。     

基于全过程管理的雾霾综合防治对策研究

以我国持续多发的雾霾天气为背景,在分析雾霾产生的多方面原因和危害基础上,运用全过程管理分析工具,构建基于全过程管理的雾霾综合防治模型,并将全过程管理的雾霾防治归纳为三个阶段、一个市场、三大主体、五大机制加以阐述,据此提出雾霾综合防治的政策建议。     

浅谈工程材料试验检测的技术要求

工程材料试验检测是对工程建设中所用到的各种工程材料及其制品的试验检测.通过试验检测能充分地利用当地原材料,并能用定量的方法科学的评定各种材料和构件的质量,合理的控制并科学地评定工程质量.所以在工程材料试验检测中,技术要求尤为重要.     

基于混合策略博弈的上市公司信息披露监管研究

证券市场是一个信息高度集约化的市场,但我国证券市场由于信息披露制度不完善、监管不到位等原因,内幕交易、操纵市场等事件不断发生,严重扰乱了市场秩序和损害了投资者利益。根据经济学中理性人假设,上市公司和监管机构都追求自身利益的最优化,相互作用过程中形成了博弈关系。     

SERIES EXPANSION OF THE SABR JOINT DENSITY

Under the SABR stochastic volatility model, pricing and hedging contracts that are sensitive to forward smile risk (e.g., forward starting options, barrier options) require the joint transition density. In this paper, we address this problem by providing closed‐form representations, asymptotically, of the joint transition density. Specifically, we construct an expansion of the joint density through a hierarchy of parabolic equations after applying total volatility‐of‐volatility scaling and a near‐Gaussian coordinate transformation. We then establish an existence result to characterize the truncation error and provide explicit joint density formulas for the first three orders. Our approach inherits the same spirit of a small total volatility‐of‐volatility assumption as in the original SABR analysis. Our results for the joint transition density serve as a basis for managing forward smile risk. Through numerical experiments, we illustrate the accuracy of our expansion in terms of joint density, marginal density, probability mass, and implied volatilities for European call options.     

某污水处理厂的设计与运行

某污水处理厂一期工程规模为4×104 m3/d，采用卡鲁塞尔氧化沟处理工艺。污水处理厂总投资为4600万元，单位处理成本为0.41元/m3，单位水量电耗为0.26 kw·h/m3。运行结果表明：污水处理厂各项出水指标均能稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级B标准。     

SEASONED EQUITY ISSUERS’ R&D INVESTMENTS: SIGNALING OR OVEROPTIMISM

It is well known that investors often react negatively to the announcements of seasoned equity offerings (SEOs). We posit that issuers can use positive discretionary (higher than expected) R&D investments before the SEO to signal their investment prospects to mitigate the negative announcement effect. Alternatively, positive discretionary R&D may be attributed to managerial overoptimism about future returns of R&D investments. We find strong support for the signaling hypothesis among high‐tech issuers: investors respond more favorably to the SEO announcements of high‐tech issuers with positive discretionary R&D; these issuers are more likely to use new capital in future R&D and they produce better post‐SEO operating performance. In contrast, we find some evidence of managerial overoptimism among low‐tech issuers: investors tend to penalize low‐tech firms with positive discretionary R&D at SEO announcements; they are more likely to hold new capital as cash and they fail to produce better post‐SEO operating performance.     

高校文化素质教育理性认知探析

文化素质教育是高等教育所大力倡导的。其基本出发点在于促进学生的全面和谐地发展。文化素质教育工作贵在落实,重点则在于课程的设计与建设。在文化素质教育课程的设置中我们应以涵盖人类知识的主要领域和每个必修领域内的课程为主,遵循两个原则,允许学生进行自我选择。从而达与学生的个性差异性以及课程计划的弹性需求相结合的目的。这一工作原则既是高校教育教学规律的体现,也是高校文化素质教育得以持续、健康、稳定发展的理论依据和重要保证。     

220kV变电站主变低压35kV侧加装限流电抗器的可行性研究

由于电力系统容量的扩大,系统的短路电流随之增大,主变低压侧抗短路能力嗜待增强。通过在主变低压侧加装限流电抗器来限制短路电流是可行的方法之一。如何消除由于增加限流电抗器给系统产生的负面影响无疑成为我们面临的非常重要的问题。本文就能否采用限流电抗器来解决系统容量增大导致河北南部电网220kV变电站主变低压侧短路电流过大这一问题进行了一些有益的探讨。
