中外所得税会计准则比较

所得税会计诞生于西方的会计学领域,并经长期研究和实践已发展得较为成熟.而我国所得税会计则还处于起步发展阶段.本文通过对IAS 12、SFAS 109,FRS 16和19与我国相关制度的比较,介绍了所得税会计准则的国际动态和我国的现状,为我国所得税会计准则的制定提供指导.     

重塑银企关系是保持小企业可持续成长的必然选择

小企业可持续成长原理,为我们进行成长型小企业的生命周期与金融周期的互动研究,进而进行其中的银企关系重塑研究提供了新视角。小企业的生命周期与融资结构息息相关,而以银行信贷为主体的间接融资是小企业外源性融资的主要形式。因此,要努力构建银企关系重塑的技术基础,特别要辩证处理关系型贷款。

Farmland Investment Under Conditions of Certainty and Uncertainty

This study investigates the potential for farmland to improve mixed-asset portfolio efficiency. Three major conclusions are drawn from the research. First, in a world with certainty, farmland can be shown to statistically improve mixed-asset portfolio efficiency. Second, with the introduction of uncertainty into the portfolio allocation model, investors can justify small or no allocations of farmland in a mixed-asset portfolio, although it appears that even with uncertainty prudent investors should evaluate the asset class. Third, with respect to farmland investment and geographic diversification, the results question the ability of an optimized mean–variance portfolio to provide substantial improvement in comparison to a naïve portfolio. The marginal improvement in portfolio efficiency of an optimized farmland portfolio versus a naïve farmland portfolio is not statistically significant.     

国际投资的价值分配格局分析

作为中央党校“深化劳动价值理论”课题的子课题 ,本文通过对不同时期国际投资特点的剖析 ,分析了国际投资领域的价值分配格局的变化 ,认为发达国家虽然在分配格局中仍居主导地位 ,但随着发展中国家经济发展水平的提高 ,不公正的分配格局开始改变 ,发展中国家通过吸引外资和对外投资 ,提高了其在国际经济中的比较利益。     

地面水与地下水联合调度非线性模型的求解方法

本文采用试验选优方法的地面与水与地下水联合调度非线性模型进行求解，同近似规划相比可大大节省计算机运算时间，为复杂的大型了面水与地下水联合调度系统优化提供了一条新的途径，同样也为其他复杂的非线性模型求解提供了一个新的方法。     

流域水环境集成规划刍议

本文从从环境规划方法学的历史演变入手，系统阐述了流域水环境集成规划产生的背景，基本概念，目标体系与路线，初步建立了流域水环境集成规划的理论框架，为我国流域水环境规划与管理开拓了新的思路。     

我国商业银行业公司治理结构与经营绩效的实证研究

通过对8家股份制商业银行的公司治理结构与经营绩效的关系做回归分析,结果显示:经营绩效与董事会规模正相关;与第一大股东持股比例负相关;与前5大股东控制权分散度正相关。因此,国有商业银行应当适度增大董事会规模、明晰产权关系、强化监事会职能、加强管理层激励与信息透明度。     

Board composition, regulatory regime and voluntary disclosure

This study, which examines the association between board monitoring and the level of voluntary disclosure, finds new evidence that firms with a higher proportion of independent directors on the board are associated with higher levels of voluntary disclosure. Although board size and CEO duality are not associated with voluntary disclosure, boards with a majority of independent directors have significantly higher levels of voluntary disclosure than firms with balanced boards. Notably, we find that the presence of an external governance mechanism, the regulatory environment, enhances the strength of the association between the proportion of independent directors and the level of voluntary disclosure. This association is some two to three times greater under a “disclosure-based” regulatory regime than under a “merit-based” regulatory regime.
