基本建设投资须量力而行

去年底,自治区质量技术监督局副局长斯拉木率调研组,对吐鲁番地区局及所属托克逊县局、巴州局及所属轮台县局和和硕县局的基本建设情况进行调研。调研组成员实地考察了各单位的现有住房和正在建设中的基本建设工程,并听取各单位领导计划投资的基本意向和当前资金使用状况,既准确地掌握了实际情况,又从中得出一些启示。     

用变化的降雨一径流资料通过反向传播人工神经网络模拟径流

用变化较大的、精度不高的数据组建立多层反向传播神经网络（BPANN）模型，用以模拟印度纳尔默达河两个小流域Banjar～Hridaynagar和Narmada-Manot的3种时间尺度（周、10d、月）的降雨径流过程。采用梯度下降优化技术建立BPANN径流模型，并通过交叉检验进行概化。用变化相对较大、精度不高的数据资料建立起来的BPANN，在几乎所有情况下，计算迭代次数较少，概化程度较高。计算结果表明，BPANN模型的性能优于线性转换函数模型（LTF）。     

THE TENSILE STRENGTH OF WATER IN DEPRESSION TANK

This paper presents the data of tensile strength of water in depression tank whichwere measured by small venturi during cavitation investigation of a series of real project models.These measurements show that in depression tank water has slight tensile strength in case of highvacuum.But it influences the incipient cavitation number.In tests we also studied the influenceof tensile strength on scale effect of cavitation models.     

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON EFFECT OF MAIN-FLOW SWING ON FLOW TURBULENCE STRUCTURE

It is mentioned in this paper that the adjustment of flow structure occurs when themain-flow swings.The changes of turbulence structure and flow energy loss in the indoor rivermodel are measured.The experimental data are presented for the first time for the further studyof complicated river flow structure.

NUMERICAL STUDY ON QUASI- STEADY FLOW OF NONNEWTONIAN FLUID IN SUCK-ROD PUMP

This paper presents a numerical method for simulation of the flow and thecalculated results of the quasi-steady axisymmetrical flow field and pressure distribution on valveball with power-law model for Non-Newtonian fluid in suck-rod pump.We believe the methodcan provide a foundation for further research and improvement of the design of suck-rod pump.
