由上海、江苏和浙江二省一市构成的长三角洲地区是我国经济最发达的地区之一。该地区年生产总值占国内生产总值四分之一左右。随着国民经济的快速发展，近几年长三角地区的现代物流业总量规模持续扩大，仓储业作为现代物流业的支柱基础，总体呈稳步增长态势。无论仓储行业规模、仓储保管业务、仓储增值业务等均以每年10％以上的幅度稳定增长。以上海地区为例，行业调查资料显示，

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF ROCK BREAKING MECHANISM WITH HIGH-PRESSURE WATER JET

Based on the analysis of experimental results.the rock damage model and the damage coupling model suitable for the whole rock breaking process with water jet were established with continuous damage mechanics and micro damage mechanics, and the numerical method was developed with continuum mechanics and the FEM theory. The rock breaking mechanism with water jet was studied systematically with numerical simulation for the first time in the field of water-jet rock breaking. The numerical results agree with the experimental ones which shows that the presented method is reasonable and can reflect the reality of water-jet rock breaking. The conclusion can be applied in practice.

从美国专利看跨国公司研究开发国际网络化的本质

本文对取得美国专利权的19家电子行业的跨国公司研究开发的国际化程度和趋势进行了实证分析.论文确认了19家跨国公司研究开发国际网络化进程中的差异,同时对日本电子行业的跨国公司在基础研究层面的研究开发活动进行了分析.结论是:在"市场竞争的全球化"和"向IT时代转型"这样的外部竞争环境中,为了开发适合全球化市场的新产品,跨国公司必须要在企业内建立一个在世界范围内进行优秀研究开发人才最佳配置的全球网络体系.

再论中国市场经济地位--兼评欧盟对中国市场经济地位的初步评估

2004年6月,欧盟对中国市场经济地位做出了初步评估意见,认为中国还没有完全达到其反倾销法律规定的市场经济标准.欧盟评估的这一结论引起了国内政界、学术界的不满,也引发出国内学术界和媒体对向欧盟争取市场经济地位必要性的疑问与争议.本文从中国是否应申请市场经济地位、中国能否算是市场经济国家和如何看待欧盟的初评意见三方面谈了自己的看法.     

正交镜象滤波器组的理论及应用

正交镜象滤波器组(QMF)是一种新型的滤波系统.与普通滤波器组比较,用它实现对信号的频域分析及综合时可大大减少所需的计算量.本文除阐述了双信道及多信道QMF的概念及频响要求之外,还对有关的设计理论及执行方式作了简述.最后对QMF的主要应用领域作了介绍.     

Has Germany Been Europeanised or Has Europe Become (too) Germanic?

It has often been argued that European monetary unification must basically be seen as a device to Europeanise re-unified Germany. For the Germans it seemed to be the best possible way to prevent a German “Sonderweg” and end any German ambition for hegemony. For the rest of Europe, and particularly France, it seemed to be the best way to curb German monetary dominance and to secure a French imprint on EU policy-making. In this article, however, it is argued that the German impact on the economic governance regime of EMU and its fencing off the French proposal of a “gouvernement economique” is so substantial that the term “Germanic Europe” seems in fact to be appropriate. More importantly, the economic governance system of “Germanic Europe” has locked the European Union into a politics of disinflation which makes it difficult for the EU to prosper and reap the potential fruits of European integration.
