基于无线局域网标准的天然气长输管道通信系统的整合

通信系统在天然气长输管道的生产运营中起着至关重要的作用。目前陕西省天然气股份有限公司通信网由公司总部、西安、延安、杨凌分公司及22个输气场站等多个不同的独立建设的系统构成,各自独立建网形成了一个个“信息孤岛”。采用基于无线局域网标准的VOIP系统整合陕西省天然气股份有限公司通信网,一方面可使闲置的带宽得到充分利用．另一方面也能有效降低系统内部通信费用,有效消除通信障碍,提高工作效率和企业管理水平。     

完善评估准则体系 服务市场经济发展

近年来,随着我国经济结构战略调整的加快和增长方式的逐步转变,资产评估行业得到了快速发展。为了满足评估执业、报告使用和监管的需求．资产评估准则建设步伐不断加快．有力地提升了评估行业的社会公信力,使评估行业的专业服务能力明显提高,也使资产评估在维护公共利益、服务市场经济方面发挥着日益重要的作用。近日,中国资产评估协会又发布了两项新准则,进一步完善了评估准则体系,必将有利于规范相关领域的评估执业行为,使评估行业走上更加规范发展的轨道。     

“十三五”期间我国经济——能源——环境系统变量发展预测

本文以动态可计算一般均衡模型为基础,2010年投入产出表延长表为基准数据,对“十三五”期间我国经济--能源--环境系统相关变量进行了预测。分析结果显示：“十三五”期间我国经济将实现新常态下的稳定适宜增长,GDP增速保持在65%左右,产业结构进一步优化,第三产业比重明显上升,第二产业明显下降。由于经济增长的原因,能源消费总量与碳排放总量依然较高,但能源消费结构进一步优化,碳排放强度明显降低,节能减排的形势依然比较严峻。     

会计稳健性根源探析

利益相关者之间的信息不对称是会计稳健性产生的根本原因。损失函数的不对称包括契约性的和非契约性的。遭受损失的契约方会向管理当局和非契约方寻求帮助以降低其损失,准则制定机构和法律制定机构会分别制定更加稳健的会计准则以及执行严格的法律法规,从而保证处于信息劣势方不发生损失或者降低损失程度。准则以及各项法律法规在一定程度上形成了外部公司治理机制,从而产生了会计稳健性。     

二灰碎石基层在沈阳低等级公路中应用分析

为了研究二灰碎石基层在沈阳低等级公路中的功能和应用特点,二灰碎石进行了室内试验,并得出结论:不同配比二灰碎石最佳含水量、无侧限抗压强度随着石灰剂量增加粉煤灰剂量减小而逐步增大。因此道路基层施工建议采用二灰碎石基层配比为石灰:粉煤灰:碎石=10:20:70,可充分发挥二灰碎石的功能,提高资源利用率,最终提高施工质量和经济效益。     

关税升级与中国汽车产业发展——基于空间经济学的经验研究

本文利用中国与主要汽车生产国的汽车产业有关数据,在一个关税升级体系下垄断竞争产业发展模型的基础上,运用校准法进行了初步的经验研究。与以往汽车产业贸易政策基于寡占市场结构的经验研究不同,本文试图在垄断竞争市场结构下考察关税升级对中国汽车产业发展趋势的影响。研究表明,集合主要汽车生产国的数据后,汽车产业具有集聚发展的倾向,而我国目前较高程度的关税升级体系在其他条件不变的情况下,能够降低汽车产业实现大发展的临界条件。     

Interpoint Distance Test of Homogeneity for Multivariate Mixture Models

Finite mixtures offer a rich class of distributions for modelling of a variety of random phenomena in numerous fields of study. Using the sample interpoint distances (IPDs), we propose the IPD‐test statistic for testing the hypothesis of homogeneity of mixture of multivariate power series distribution or multivariate normal distribution. We derive the distribution of the IPDs that are drawn from a finite mixture of the multivariate power series distribution and multivariate normal distribution. Based on the empirical distribution of the IPDs, we construct a bootstrap test of homogeneity for other multivariate finite mixture models. The IPD test is applied to mixture models for matrix‐valued distributions and a test of homogeneity for Wishart mixture is presented. Numerical comparisons show that IPD test has accurate type I errors and is more powerful in most multivariate cases than the expectation–maximization (EM) test and modified likelihood ratio test.     

A dynamic perspective: local interactions driving the spread of social networks

ABSTRACT

This study takes a micro standpoint to quantitatively verify the extent to which local interactions affect the expansion of dynamic social networks. By reviewing and synthesizing the theoretical literature in this article, we seek to establish a pragmatic analytical framework to capture the underlying functioning of local interactions. It then aims to produce findings on seven distinct marketing campaigns in which the real-world virtual communities offer intact time-series connections. In our considered cases, the firm-to-consumer interactivity plays a pivotal role in social media marketing while the customer-driven influence advances individual information transmission. The significant positive relationships demonstrate features of interactivity within subgroups including reciprocal edges and directed 3-cliques associated with the evolution of the virtual community by electronic word-of-mouth (WOM) of both firm-to-consumer and consumer-to-consumer interactions. More importantly, the attenuation of local interactions to a large extent leads to the cut-off point of the growth of the dynamic social network.

目前,中小企业已经成为东北地区经济社会发展的重要组成部分,但发展水平还有待进一步提升。金融危机下,东北地区中小企业应通过加快实现产业升级、完善融资渠道、提高自主创新来提升发展水平。
