中国商业银行市场结构分析——基于Panzar-Rosse模型

运用Panzar--Rosse模型这一国际上前沿的市场结构判定方法，分析中国商业银行的市场结构，发现其目前正处于垄断竞争状态，垄断性较强。在此基础上本文提出了降低市场准入门槛、改善市场竞争环境的政策措施。     

A theoretical model of the relationship between value added elements and end product

This paper focuses on the development of a theoretical scheme describing the transformation of primary incomes into end consumption and savings in the Russian economy. This scheme is basically a system of interrelated tables reflecting the distribution of primary incomes across the institutional sectors and their further reallocation and use. The scheme makes allowances for the specific features of the Russian economy and existing statistics. In terms of methodology, it is coordinated with the interindustry balance in current buyer prices and, from the theoretical standpoint, describes the connection between Quadrant II and Quadrant III of the balance. Therefore, the proposed system of tables is treated in the paper as Quadrant IV of the interindustry balance. The theoretical scheme is used by the authors as a necessary basis for constructing an empirical model of the relationship between value added and end product, which will be published in the next issue of this journal.     

金融组织强制性信息披露问题研究

由于规模经济的原因,作为信息劣势方——投资者公共利益代表者的政府必然成为强制性信忠披露的主体。政府按照参与约束原则和激励相容原则进行机制设计甄别金融组织,引导其确定合理的信忠披露边界,形成分离均衡,金融市场上的非对称信息转变为对称信息。但政府强制金融组织进行信息披露时,应尊重其利益追求和考虑金融市场发育程度等。     

试析海德格尔的技术观

海德格尔通过对技术的追问阐发了现代人“无家可归”的病因，分析了技术时代人类面临的种种危机。同时，海德格尔又通过他独特的语言观和艺术观提出了拯救的可能性。海德格尔对技术本质的追问和对语言、艺术的沉思，都既具有其合理意义又具有明显的局限性。     

国产掘进机在龙门滩引水隧洞施工中的应用

在长隧洞的施工中，采用掘进机施工的工程越来越多，特别是国外掘进机的引进，加快了长隧洞工程的开发。而国产掘进机由于其性能和材质方面的原因，存在着一定的技术缺陷．通过国产SJ-45型掘进机在龙门滩工程的施工应用，分析和总结了SJ-45型掘进机的机械性能和存在的技术问题及处理结果，以利于国产掘进机的科研、生产和施工。     

完善农户商事主体制度与发展农村市场

解决“三农”问题的重要途径在于发展农村市场，广大农民是农村市场最重要的主体。然而，农户作为农村集体经济组织的成员——农村承包经营户，依照我国现行《民法通则》、《农村土地承包法》等规定，是一种民事法律关系的主体，享有民事权利和承担民事义务。在我国市场经济条件下的商事法律中，关于农民、农户在农村市场的商事经营主体资格的制度设计比较缺乏，从而在一定程度上制约了农民的市场行为。为了充分调动广大农民积极性，更好地建设和发展农村市场，有必要完善农户商事经营主体资格的法律制度。     

高精度非电起爆系统在围堰爆破拆除中的应用

高精度非电起爆系统在雷管精度、起爆可靠性、爆破减震作用等方面都有很大提高。本文介绍了构皮滩水电站导流洞进口围堰爆破拆除中采用非电起爆系统的情况,证明在水电工程的某些特殊爆破部位采用高精度非电起爆系统具有一定的优势。     

Fish assemblages and stream hydraulics: consistent relations across spatial scales and regions

General relationships between organisms and their habitat, consistent across spatial scales and regions, suggest the existence of repeatable ecological processes and are useful for the management of stream networks. From published data, we defined four guilds of European fish species with contrasting preferences for microhabitat hydraulics within stream reaches. At the scale of stream reaches and across 139 French sites (590 460 fishes sampled), we analysed how fish guild proportions were related to reach hydraulics (proportion of pools vs. riffles %POOL; median discharge by unit width Q50/W). The strongest correlations were observed between two fish guilds and %POOL (p < 0.001, r² ≥ 0.41) and between one fish guild proportion and Q50/W (p < 0.001, r² = 0.10). These reach–scale relationships were consistent across six large French basins, and consistent with the analyses made at the microhabitat scale. Therefore, microhabitat preferences for hydraulics are strong enough to generate consistent reach‐scale community responses to hydraulics across regions, despite the influence of other filters such as temperature, nutrient levels or history. The distribution of basic geomorphic features (pools, riffles) in streams and their modification (by dams, weirs and dikes) can modify the proportion of fish guilds by up to 80%, probably contributing to the long‐term decline of riffle‐dwelling species in Europe.
