Test of the MBA knowledge and skills transfer

In view of the growing popularity of the MBA degree as a management development tool, there is a need to examine knowledge and skills transfer among MBA graduates. This study then developed and tested a parsimonious model of perceived transfer of knowledge and skills of MBA graduates to the job. Respondents were those who had completed part-time MBA programmes in Hong Kong for at least one year but not more than five years. LISREL results revealed a modest fit of the model to the data. The path coefficients further revealed that seven of the fifteen predicted relationships were statistically significant and in the predicted direction. Specifically, self-efficacy, Type A personality, transfer climate, and transfer rewards were positively related to motivation to learn, while organizational commitment was negatively related to motivation to learn. The results also indicated that motivation to learn, continuous-learning culture, and utility of MBA programme were positively related to perceived knowledge and skills transfer.

成长性分析是企业财务状况非常重要的一个方面,然而,目前的成长性指标却常常让企业家产生困惑,比如有的成长性指标好,有的成长性指标差,那么到底企业的成长性如何?又如代表未来潜在成长性的指标显示不好,但几年后再看企业的成长性却没有当时所显示的差,这又是什么原因导致?是企业成长性指标分析失效还是有别的原因。本文通过对成长性指标进行深度剖析,得出企业成长性指标之间的逻辑关系以及未来潜在成长性指标所隐含的假设,以解释目前分析中存在的疑惑,并依此提出进行企业成长性分析时的注意事项。

粤港澳大湾区作为我国经济最活跃、最开放、经济发展水平最高的区域之一,制造业和信息技术产业发达,具有率先发展区块链产业的优质土壤和先行条件。论文主要通过分析粤港澳大湾区区块链发展的现状,对比世界上其他三大湾区的科技、人才、投资机构等方面,挖掘粤港澳大湾区在对比分析下的发展潜能,分析存在的优劣势,补齐短板,抓住机遇,提出发展粤港澳大湾区区块链行之有效的策略。     

Understanding sustainable development flexibility: An information perspective

Although flexibility has been considered critical in responding to uncertainty in a business environment, few studies have explored firms' flexibility in sustainable development. To understand the nature of firms that can respond better to uncertainty in their sustainable development practices, this study defines sustainable development flexibility and investigates the mechanism underlying its formation. The study proposes a conceptual framework on the interactions of managers' environmental attitude and cognitive style, as well as firms' information integration on sustainable development flexibility. A questionnaire survey was developed to test the corresponding hypotheses, and 241 valid responses were received from middle- and top-level managers in Chinese firms. The results show that (a) the higher the manager's environmental attitude, the higher the firm's information integration and greater sustainable supply chain flexibility, and (b) the more intuitive the manager's cognitive style, the greater the impact of environmental attitude on sustainable development flexibility.     

控股股东股权质押对债券信用利差的作用机理——基于断点回归的证据

近年来,控股股东股权质押风险成为资本市场面临的一个突出问题.在债券市场的信用风险日益受到重视的背景下,研究控股股东股权质押风险如何影响债券投资者行为显得尤为重要.本文基于我国2007～2018年公司债券和控股股东股权质押数据,采用断点回归的方法研究了控股股东股权质押对公司债券信用利差的影响.结果发现,公司股价触及控股股东股权质押警戒线后,公司债券的信用利差跳跃式上升;上述信用利差的"跳跃"仅存在于安全性较高的债券中.进一步研究发现,在跌破警戒线后的平仓线附近,信用利差不再跳跃式上升;良好的信息环境并不会抑制信用利差的跳跃式上升.这些结果排除了信息传递假说和隐瞒信息假说,支持了局部思维假说.本文揭示了控股股东股权质押对债券信用利差的作用机理,对于抑制股票市场向债券市场传导风险具有重要价值.     

基于安全建设管理评价体系下的供电企业安全管理方法探讨

阐述了以班组安全基础建设工作为切入点,对各层级安全生产工作内容进行梳理规范,通过信息化手段搭建安全数据采集、分析平台,开展安全管理评价工作,打造生产车间安全工作量化对标激励平台,进一步提高部门、班组安全标准化及规范化管理水平。     

电子商务环境下零售商分销渠道的选择

针对电子商务环境下的产品分销渠道,研究了由一个制造商和一个零售商组成的供应链中零售商分销渠道的选择问题。运用主从博弈和Hotelling模型,分别建立了单一线下渠道模型和在同价策略下的双渠道模型,通过对模型的分析,给出了零售商选择不同分销渠道的条件。研究表明:制造商会积极促使零售商选择线上线下双渠道;构建线上渠道的运营成本会影响零售商的渠道选择。研究结果对零售商的渠道选择有一定的指导意义。

Designs for estimating an extremal point of quadratic regression models in a hyperball

This paper is devoted to studying optimal designs for estimating an extremal point of a multivariate quadratic regression model in the unit hyperball. The problem of estimating an extremal point is reduced to that of estimating certain parameters of a corresponding nonlinear (in parameters) regression model. For this reduced problem truncated locally D-optimal designs are found in an explicit form. The result is a generalization of the results of Fedorov and Müller (1997) for onedimensional quadratic regression function in the unit segment. Received February 2002
