阜宁水利建设管理创新的实践

新旧会计准则中资产减值准则的比较

2006新准则的颁布，增强了会计准则的可理解性和可操作性，提高了我国会计信息的质量。同时，随着世界经济的一体化，我国企业制度进一步完善，经济环境越来越规范，对企业会计人员的专业素质提出了更高的要求，因此只有不断学习提高业务水平，提高对新准则的理解、应用能力，才能适应经济发展的要求。     

新型城镇化背景下的县域商贸物流业研究——以安徽为例

运用OLS法确定了城镇化率与县域商贸物流业的正相关性和程度,新型城镇化为商贸物流业的发展带来新的机遇和要求,商贸物流业加快了新型城镇化步伐,提升了城镇化内涵,有效的促进县域经济的发展。以安徽为例,通过分析县域商贸物流业的现状,提出在新型城镇化背景下采取科学、有效措施,促进县域商贸物流业的发展。     

智能LED照明控制系统设计与分析

该系统以16位高速MSP430F169单片机作为控制核心,可以选择以键盘手动控制和根据外界光照强度自动控制两种方式调节流经LED的电流,即可改变其亮度。键盘手动控制方式步进为1mA,可以实现电流增减;自动控制方式以光敏电阻作为光传感器,将外界光强度变化转化为阻值变化,进而实现智能调节LED亮度的功能。     

Workplace Guanxi: Its Dispositional Antecedents and Mediating Role in the Affectivity–Job Satisfaction Relationship

This paper examines dispositional sources of workplace guanxi and the mediating role of workplace guanxi on the affectivity and job satisfaction relationship. Data were collected from 808 respondents in multiple industries in a city in China’s northeast. The study found that both positive affectivity and negative affectivity have an effect on supervisor–subordinate guanxi and co-worker guanxi, which supports the proposition that workplace guanxi has a dispositional source. Supervisor–subordinate guanxi has a positive relationship with job satisfaction, although co-worker guanxi is not significantly related to job satisfaction. The research also found a mediating role of supervisor–subordinate guanxi on the affectivity and job satisfaction relationship, which suggests that supervisor–subordinate guanxi can extend the influence of affectivity to job satisfaction. Taken together, these results suggest that in a high power distance country such as China, supervisor–subordinate guanxi plays a more important role than co-worker guanxi in influencing job satisfaction. Theoretically, this study suggests the as yet unexplored possibility of dispositional antecedents of workplace guanxi and the role of workplace guanxi on the relationship between dispositions and workplace attitudes such as job satisfaction.     

联盟共同信任、信任差异与研发联盟绩效风险——基于社会资本理论视角

基于国内汽车行业的纵向研发联盟企业数据,构建并验证了联盟共同信任对于联盟绩效风险的作用机理,揭示了联盟组织间的信任差异对于联盟信任与联盟绩效风险关系的调节效应.实证发现,联盟共同信任对于研发联盟绩效风险具有显著负向影响;联盟组织之间的信任差异对于研发联盟绩效风险具有显著正向影响;联盟组织之间的信任差异对于研发联盟共同信任与联盟绩效风险之间的关系具有显著负向调节效应,联盟组织之间的信任差异越小,联盟共同信任对于研发联盟绩效风险的负向影响就越大;联盟组织之间的信任差异越大,信任对于研发联盟绩效风险的负向影响就越小.     

基于博弈分析的供应链质量协调机制设计

本文以博弈论为研究方法,通过供应链质量协调的一般模型和无限次重复博弈模型的研究,分析了各参数对供应商S和制造商M战略选择的影响。同时,总结了制造商和顾客应该如何在供应链中发挥自身的监测作用,促使供应商提供高质量水平的产品。     

ASEAN Economic Community: A General Equilibrium Analysis*

The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is the largest integration effort attempted in the developing world; if realized, it will create a single market with the free movement of goods, services, foreign direct investment and skilled labor, and freer movement of capital encompassing nearly 600 million people. This study, a first attempt to evaluate the full benefits of the AEC, finds that the project could produce gains similar to those resulting from the European Single Market, amounting to 5.3 percent of the region's income. The benefits could be doubled if, as expected, regional integration also leads to new free trade agreements with key external partners. The whole region will share in these gains. There will be mild trade and investment diversion effects for some other countries, but the world will benefit too. Nevertheless, the AEC poses political challenges: the present study finds that the project will imply significant structural adjustments in several ASEAN economies.
