管理信息系统在服务备件库存管理中的应用探析

文中以家电售后服务备件管理系统为研究案例,阐明企业建立基于计算机技术和网络技术的备件管理信息系统的必要性,探析几种典型管理信息系统在服务备件库存管理中的应用。     

淮钢企业物流发展存在的问题及应对策略

通过对淮钢企业物流运行现状的实地调研,明确企业物流发展的特点及存在的问题,并在综合分析沙钢集团淮钢特钢股份有限公司(以下简称淮钢)内外部物流环境现状的基础上,从建立物流组织、集成物流信息、构建电子商务平台、加强与沙钢的资源整合、推进与淮安新港的战略合作等方面对淮钢物流系统发展规划提出具体的意见措施。     

库存管理与国家石油储备

本文试用库存管理、"牛鞭子效应"、安全库存和库存成本等库存管理的基本理论,结合我国石油开采量与消费现状分析建设国家石油储备的重要性、迫切性和石油储备的相关成本。     

商品期货对资产配置的风险分散价值研究

基于BEKK-GARCH模型,本文考察了我国部分商品期货品种与股价指数收益率之间条件相关系数的动态变化特征,结果表明:商品期货与股价指数收益率之间存在较低的相关性;一些商品期货品种价格与股价指数的市场相关性呈长期减弱的趋势;而且,两者之间的相关性随股票市场波动率的增大而下降,股市波动幅度越大,商品期货与股价指数之间的相关性越低;这些都意味着商品期货对于资产配置有较好的风险分散价值。     

On structural inelasticity of modal substitution in freight transport

At the European level there is an increasing focus on how freight transport can be moved from trucks on roads to more environmentally friendly modes such as rail and ship. A large proportion of the transport services between OD pairs, however, cannot be substituted since there is only one alternative available. The paper investigates the magnitude of this “structural inelasticity” of modal substitution in freight transport due to a sparser layout of rail and ship-based freight networks compared to road. In the analysis we use a recent Scandinavian freight demand model covering more than 800 zones. We find that the structural inelasticity is very significant - in particular for transportation over less than 500 km. Moreover, the inelasticity varies greatly with commodity groups and between OD pairs, and it depends strongly on the port and rail infrastructure. The results suggest that pure charging instruments (road pricing for trucks) in many regions will have limited mode substitution impacts. However, if combined with structural changes in terms of improved infrastructure for rail and ship, impacts may be greater.     

Incomplete Credit Markets and Commodity Marketing Behaviour

We use a simple theoretical model of seasonal market participation in the presence of liquidity constraints and transaction costs to explain the ‘sell low, buy high’ puzzle in which some households do not take advantage of inter‐temporal price arbitrage through storage and sell output postharvest at prices lower than observed prices for purchases in the subsequent lean season. We test our model with data from western Kenya using maximum likelihood estimation of a multivariate sample selection model of market participation. Access to off‐farm income and credit indeed seem to influence crop sales and purchase behaviours in a manner consistent with the hypothesised patterns.     

借鉴国外经验 加快商品物流配送现代化步伐——日本、韩国物流配送特点研究及其启示

通过对日本、韩国物流配送业的现代化技术设施和管理方法的深入了解和研究,认为我国必须学习借鉴国外先进经验,加快物流配送业的现代化步伐。提出了加快我国商品物流配送业现代化的见解。     

数量折扣在供应链循环库存当中的应用研究

在简单分析数量折扣和循环库存的基本理论后,通过建立2种数量折扣的方案模型,对这2种模型进行深入分析,导出最佳批量,使得总成本实现最小化。文章在此基础上结合供应链循环库存自身的理论特点,对实施数量折扣的意义进行了阐述,并具体分析了数量折扣对循环库存所产生的建设性的影响及实施数量折扣方案的具体范围。     

《城市园林绿化资源调查技术规程》的研制

城市园林绿化资源调查是城市园林绿化行业管理的一项基础工作,是对现行城建统计制度的重要补充和完善。文章通过研制规程,建立了城市园林绿化资源的概念,规定了调查的内容、组织方法,调查因子的定义、分类标准与调查方法,调查图斑区划,前期准备工作,外业调查,统计计算,调查质量管理,调查成果报告等技术要求,并应用于2010年开展的徐州市城市园林绿化资源调查中,取得了较好的成果。     

基于信息融合技术的备件库存控制决策模型研究

备件在保证企业正常生产发挥着巨大作用。本文通过对备件库存决策信息的特征进行分析的基础上,构建了基于多源信息融合技术的备件库存控制决策模型,并对采用何种信息融合方法与策略进行备件库存决策分析做了一定的研究。
