Full Likelihood Inference in Normal-Gamma Stochastic Frontier Models

The paper takes up inference in the stochastic frontier model with gamma distributed inefficiency terms, without restricting the gamma distribution to known integer values of its shape parameter (the Erlang form). The paper shows that Gibbs sampling with data augmentation can be used in a computationally efficient way to explore the posterior distribution of the model and conduct inference regarding parameters as well as functions of interest related to technical inefficiency.

“三元双日”物流配送中心常温库仿真及优化——利用taraVRbuilder建模

运用德国引进的taraVRbuilder物流仿真软件,对于选定的三元双日食品物流公司的常温库进行建模仿真。研究中仿真了常温库的配送出库作业流程,并对其作业流程增加了转向分支用于区分不同去向的货物,同时增添了传送带系统。另一方面,充分运用该软件的一些统计分析功能比较了优化前后的方案。

Research on e-commerce transaction networks using multi-agent modelling and open application programming interface

We provide a formal definition of an e-commerce transaction network. Agent-based modelling is used to simulate e-commerce transaction networks. For real-world analysis, we studied the open application programming interfaces (APIs) from eBay and Taobao e-commerce websites and captured real transaction data. Pajek is used to visualise the agent relationships in the transaction network. We derived one-mode networks from the transaction network and analysed them using degree and betweenness centrality. Integrating multi-agent modelling, open APIs and social network analysis, we propose a new way to study large-scale e-commerce systems.

大断面强流变软岩硐室加固技术相似模拟试验研究

针对鹤煤九矿井下硐室出现浆皮开裂、底臌等类似现象,采用相似模拟的方法,以鹤煤九矿31采区避难硐室临近硐室群实际地质资料为基础,研究分析了给定应力环境下不同支护方式时硐室围岩的变形破坏情况、失稳过程。作者认为,随着顶部压力的逐渐改变,顶板裂隙逐渐增加,裂隙深度和宽度逐步增加,巷道出现离层、底鼓,进而呈现大面积破坏。该结果对区段巷道布置与加固方案优化有一定的参考价值。     

Can Banks Self‐Regulate? Voluntary Agreements,Intrinsic Motivation and Games

This article argues that lessons on how to achieve a sustainable financial system can be learnt from the work done on sustainable commons (on common‐pool resources – CPRs – where there is no ‘tragedy of the commons’). Existing approaches to financial regulation may not give proper attention to available solutions. The article proposes that innovative solutions could be tested using experimental methods commonly used in CPRs: repeat run, feedback driven games.
