生态旅游是我国也是广西正兴起的一种旅游活动,它鲜明的特点决定了它在旅游业中的重要地位,然而在开发中存在诸多问题。需采取相应对策：增强旅游意识,建立法规、条例,先规划后开发,合理控制旅游活动量,加强管理力度,注重信息、掌握动态和适度开发,才能使广西的生态旅游有序快速发展     

Entrepreneurs and the context of cooperative organizations: A definition of cooperative entrepreneur

We focus on the role of entrepreneurs in organizations that are structured as cooperatives. In considering the similarities and differences among various forms of entrepreneurship, a comprehensive definition of the cooperative entrepreneur is formulated. A model illustrating four variations in the manner in which cooperative entrepreneurship contributes to the creation of cooperatives is also presented. These contributions help to more clearly frame future research and lend visibility to the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in the cooperative context. Copyright © 2013 ASAC. 基于风险控制的高校经济责任审计流程初探

高校经济责任审计随着高校规模的扩大和经济活动的频繁和复杂显得越来越重要。鉴于内部审计的特殊性，经济责任审计还存着着诸多问题，其中由于审计流程不规范引起的审计风险不容忽视。论文从规范高校领导干部经济责任审计流程入手，结合高校经济责任审计的现状和问题，分析审计各阶段的审计风险，提出完善审计流程的方案和防范审计风险的措施。     

对小微企业贷款“个人化”的风险控制问题探析--以吉林省吉林市为例

小微企业作为我国国民经济和社会发展的重要力量，在保持国民经济平稳快速发展方面发挥了重要作用。但一直以来，小微企业普遍存在贷款难问题。为解决小微企业贷款难的瓶颈障碍，部分小微企业采取通过“个人化”贷款方式获取融资的模式。本文以小微企业贷款“个人化”的主要特征和出现的背景为切入点，剖析小微企业“个人化”贷款产生的风险问题，进而提出风险控制的政策建议。     

La importancia del empleo para reactivar el crecimiento y reducir la desigualdad

La crisis económica mundial ha frenado el crecimiento y aún más la creación de empleo. El deterioro de las condiciones de trabajo exacerba la tendencia a la desigualdad. El crecimiento sin empleo obstaculiza el crecimiento de la producción debido a una peor distribución del ingreso. Los salarios son costos para la oferta, pero también ingresos que sostienen la demanda; el crecimiento impulsado por los salarios es pues complementario del impulsado por los beneficios. Crecimiento y empleo se retroalimentan. Con más empleo y de mejor calidad disminuirá también la desigualdad. Si las políticas macroeconómicas se centran en crear empleo y no en los precios y los presupuestos, el empleo reavivará el crecimiento y reducirá la desigualdad.     

The reversing influence of involvement on the framing effect: The role of emotions and negativity

The Asian disease problem (ADP), as a demonstration of the framing effect, revealed a preference reversal between options perceived as risky and those perceived as certain. This research identifies individuals' involvement level as a moderator of the framing effect. The framing effect in the ADP consisted of emotional choice outcomes regarding human lives. Two studies in this paper demonstrate that when based on emotional choices, the framing effect in high involvement conditions increases in size. Interestingly, this influence of involvement reverses when the framing effect is based on rational choices. The studies reveal that the negativity invoked by the certain loss option is instrumental in the underlying mechanism of the risky choice framing effect, such as that demonstrated by the ADP. Normativa de empleo,teoría de juegos y representación laboral insuficiente en las economías liberales

Se analiza el impacto de la normativa europea de información y consulta en los niveles de representación de los trabajadores en dos economías liberales (Irlanda y Reino Unido) a partir de tres postulados teóricos y del dilema del prisionero de la teoría de juegos. Sobre la base de datos cualitativos de 16 empresas recabados mediante entrevistas, los autores evalúan los postulados y explican por qué las normas nacionales de transposición son ineficaces para promover la cooperación en beneficio mutuo en economías liberales, aportando así un modelo teórico a las investigaciones previas sobre el tema, fundamentalmente empíricas.     

民办高校内部控制研究

随着我国教育事业的蓬勃发展,民办高校越来越被人们所熟知.如今,民办高校已经走过二十多个年头,在其认可度不断走高的同时,其暴露出来的问题也不在少数,不少民办高校内部管理松弛、监督不力、会计控制薄弱等问题层出不穷,一套科学有效的高校内部会计控制制度的出台迫在眉睫,以规范校内经济秩序,保证民办高校事业健康持续地向前发展.本文结合民办高校的特点,围绕内部控制五要素对民办高校内部控制进行研究,发现民办高校内部控制环境、风险管理、控制活动及信息沟通、内部监督等方面的不足,并从完善民办高校内部环境、风险管理、强化民办高校控制活动、加强民办高校信息与沟通建设、加强民办高校内部监督等方面提出相应建议,旨在加强民办高校的内部控制.     

Job Classification for the Purpose of Making Optimal Decisions Concerning Management Control

The job classification literature has been dominated by a micro‐level orientation reflective of the needs of specialists in human resources. In contrast, we take a multidisciplinary approach involving both micro‐ and macro‐level variables to propose a relatively simple system comprised of four job classes. Our model isintended to inform management as to the type and mix of controls (e.g., centralization, formalization, and various human resources policies) that could be applied to different job types to optimally promote the overall goals of the organization.
