基于信息共享机制的供应链融资风险管理研究

从信贷业务的共性和供应链融资的特殊性出发,指出了供应链融资面临的多种信贷风险,分析了信息共享对信贷风险的影响,并提出基于信息共享机制的供应链融资信贷风险管理策略。     

制度创新与社会信用

信用是现代市场经济的基石,也是优化资源配置的有效手段。本文认为,造成我国信用缺失的原因是多方面的,有认识上的原因,也有法律制度不健全、对失信行为处罚力度不够等原因,但最主要的原因是产权制度不完善。因此,进行制度创新,完善产权制度,是建设现代市场经济社会信用的必要条件,也是规范市场经济秩序的治本之策。     

A uniform weak law of large numbers under π-mixing with application to nonlinear least squares estimation

Abstract  In B ierens (1981) we have derived a uniform weak law of large numbers for stochastically stable processes with respect to a finite-dependent base. In this paper we show that this uniform weak law carries over to stochastically stable processes with respect to a, more general, φ-mixing base. This generalization will be used for relaxing the conditions for weak consistency and asymptotic normality of nonlinear least squares estimators.     

Sound Money and Sound Financial Policy

Anna Schwartz has long promoted a policy of stable money. She also has advocated sound financial policy. The financial environment, according to her work, is strongly influenced by the degree of aggregate price stability. In this article historical evidence for the U.S. is presented that shows a strong association between aggregate price movements and measures of financial distress. Even in an environment of aggregate price stability in the face of shocks, however, a monetary authority should follow the financial policies of a lender of last resort as advocated over a century ago by Walter Bagehot—to promote adequate funds to allay the public's demand for means of payment in the face of a real financial crisis. Other circumstances involving asset market reversals that Schwartz calls pseudo crises should not be the subject of the monetary authorities' actions.     

农药化工厂循环冷却水水质稳定试验

针对某农药化工厂循环冷却水水质特点和工艺条件 ,通过静态试验和旋转挂片试验确定了其水质稳定药剂配方 ,并进行了初步的技术经济分析。试验结果表明 ,采用 HEDP和 TS-6 0 9(浓度分别为 6 mg/ L 和 1 0 mg/ L)作水质稳定剂 ,系统阻垢率可达 90 % ,碳钢、紫铜和不锈钢 3种材质的年腐蚀率均可控制在有关标准要求之内。采用水质稳定技术后 ,该厂年节约水费达 1 90余万元。     

"退而更化":中国合作金融的改良之路

合作金融的现代化从社会哲学上看,涉及到如何处理现代化与传统之间的紧张关系;涉及到否定传统、移植西方体制的思维方式对错的问题.从回答这个基本社会哲学问题入手,检讨中国传统合作金融组织——舍会的珍贵遗产,申明白愿原则是合作金融的灵魂以及这个灵魂对当今中国合作金融的改良所具有的价值.在此基础上,本文提出了以组建中国农村合作银行为核心的政策建议,而中国农业银行出售非农业务、回归农村,与农村信用社进行资本重组与业务整舍,是现实可行的一条最佳途径.     

Pursuing financial stability under an inflation-targeting regime

We evaluate two main views on pursuing financial stability within a flexible inflation-targeting regime. It appears that potential gains from an activist or precautionary approach to promoting financial stability are highly shock dependent. We find support for the conventional view that concern for financial stability generally warrants a longer target horizon for inflation. The preferred target horizon depends on the financial stability indicator and the shock. An extension of the target horizon favoring financial stability may contribute to relatively higher variation in inflation and output.      

Information reduction via level crossings in a credit risk model

This paper provides an alternative credit risk model based on information reduction where the market only observes the firm’s asset value when it crosses certain levels, interpreted as changes significant enough for the firm’s management to make a public announcement. For a class of diffusion processes we are able to provide explicit expressions for the firm’s default intensity process and its zero-coupon bond prices.      

对中国信用卡消费群体特征的多元统计分析

本文在北京地区调查问卷的基础上设计了一套信用卡评价量表,通过多元统计中的因子分析、方差分析、卡方检验等手段分析信用卡评价变量与人口统计变量的相互关系,从量化的角度得出中国信用卡市场的基本现状和特点:信用卡各项服务的水平有很大的提升空间,开发潜力很大;信用卡的年费普遍过高;年轻群体相比于其他年龄群体对于信用卡的接受度、认同度、透支程度、及时还款程度都是最高的;信用卡的功能有待进一步开发;新功能的宣传所达到的效果较小;营销的细分市场应该主要通过透支额度和服务程度等来划分.最后文章还提出了相应的政策建议.     

Evolutionary dynamics on infinite strategy spaces

Summary. The study of evolutionary dynamics was so far mainly restricted to finite strategy spaces. In this paper we show that this unsatisfying restriction is unnecessary. We specify a simple condition under which the continuous time replicator dynamics are well defined for the case of infinite strategy spaces. Furthermore, we provide new conditions for the stability of rest points and show that even strict equilibria may be unstable. Finally, we apply this general theory to a number of applications like the Nash demand game, the War of Attrition, linear-quadratic games, the harvest preemption game, and games with mixed strategies.
