湖南农产品品牌营销问题初探

在新农村建设中,湖南作为一个农业大省,对农产品的市场营销问题,特别是农产品品牌问题的研究,有着十分重要的意义。本文通过对湖南农产品市场的调查分析,运用现代品牌理论和营销理论,分析了湖南农产品品牌营销的现状和存在的若干问题,并提出了一些解决湖南农产品品牌营销问题的对策。这为促进湖南农产品市场发展、提高湖南农产品竞争力提供了一些新的理论。     

An exploratory study of gender in project management: Interrelationships with role,location, technology,and project cost

This study explores whether gender differences in project managers are related to gender differences in their team members. Gender differences are explored in the context of project managers' and team members' location to one another, the project team's use of technology, and the cost and size of the project teams. Using log‐linear analysis of 563 project team members' responses, several significant findings are reported—including the likelihood of same‐gender project manager and team member dyads as well as gender differences in project contextual factors. Implications for organizational and project management researchers and decision makers conclude the article.     

A Model of Expatriate On-the-Job Adaptation to Overseas Assignments: A Communication Perspective

ABSTRACT

This paper presents an empirically based model that describes the process of how successful expatriates adapted to their overseas assignments. Tracing the adaptation process over three stages, the model describes both internally and externally focused adaptation activities. In internally focused activities expatriates (a) implemented management systems and approaches suitable to their organizational units and (b) maintained and developed relationships with corporate headquarters and other enterprise units. In externally focused activities the expatriates concentrated on tasks that integrated their organizational units with the exterior environment.

银行品牌经营具有赢得客户、适应买方市场形势下的金融竞争、实现可持续发展等经济效应.我国银行机构品牌经营存在品牌开发的随意性、品牌管理的无系统性、品牌营销的无差异性、品牌建设无深度等诸多问题,成因有:经营理念因素、品牌投入的当前性与产出的远期性之间的矛盾、金融机构业务管理集权与品牌管理分散之间的矛盾、金融市场的不发达和竞争的不充分.加强银行品牌经营应该确立品牌核心价值观,实施品牌个性定位并进行品牌特征塑造,加强品牌创新和品牌延伸,加大品牌营销力度,做好品牌危机管理.     

我国银行危机救助法律制度的缺陷及其改进

银行危机救助法律制度是有效化解银行危机的一个重要保障机制,是金融安全法制的有机组成部分.本文分析了我国银行危机救助法律制度存在的问题,在借鉴国外相关立法与经验的基础上,提出了改进我国银行危机救助法律制度的措施,即改革中央银行最后贷款人制度、完善对危机银行的接管制度和尽快建立明确的存款保险制度.     

基于TAFE模式的高职中澳合作办学面临的问题与对策——以苏职大会计专业中外合作为例

近年来,基于TAFE模式的高职中澳合作办学得到了快速发展,通过合作办学,引进了澳洲先进的教学理念和丰富的教学资源,促进了我国高职教育的发展。但是在中澳合作办学中存在很多亟待解决的问题,如学生生源问题、教学管理问题、沟通协调问题及学生升学问题,对此,可以采取拓宽生源,践行终身教学理念;延长学制,增加实际教学环节;细化沟通,提升教学工作质量;帮助学生实现学历的提升等措施来应对这些问题。

传统建设工程中以纸质媒介为主进行的点对点式的信息沟通模式是建设过程中诸多问题的根源所在。项目信息门户通过信息的集中存储与单一入口，提高了项目信息沟通的稳定性、准确性和及时性以及信息的可获取性和可重用性，为在互联网环境下进行工程建设过程重组提供了强有力的支持。     

Using explanations to manage impressions of performance appraisal fairness

Based on the post hoc sorting of the narrative comments given by supervisors of their subordinates' performance, four major substantive categories of performance explanations emerged. Explanations focusing on the meritorious aspects of performance were typically used to explain high ratings, and apologies typically accompanied the administration of low ratings. Average ratings typically received no explanation. Perceived as fairest were ratings that enhanced the subordinate's self-image. The present results demonstrate the importance of explanations in enhancing perceptions of fairness.
