澳大利亚布里斯班创意集聚区效应分析及其启示

澳大利亚布里斯班创意集聚区被国际创意产业界誉为创意集群的昆士兰模式。创意阶层吸引效应、创意溢出效应、网络协同效应和用户驱动创新效应是布里斯班创意集聚区的主要效应。中国创意集群应完善生活设施配套,建立集群协调组织,制定集群准入制度,重视展示设施建设,以充分发挥创意集群的效应。     

Time-varying risk in the German stock market

This paper compares two specifications of the Capital Asset Pricing Model for a sample of German stocks. The specifications generate time-varying first and second moments by conditioning on past information. This explicit modelling of the time series behaviour of risk allows us to characterize the driving factors of variances and covariances of returns. In addition to a variety of diagnostic tests we evaluate the validity of the one-factor restriction in the CAPM. The main findings are that risk is time dependent and very variable and also that more than one factor is needed to fit the data set.     

Consumption smoothing in Russia1

Using a panel from the Russian Longitudinal Monitoring Survey (1994–2004), this paper investigates to what extent Russian households have been able to maintain their living standards while suffering income shocks. Consumption smoothing is modelled by means of an equilibrium correction mechanism, which disentangles short‐run dynamics and long‐run equilibrium adjustments. GMM estimation is used to control for individual household effects in the presence of dynamics. Additionally, we differentiate between food and non‐food consumption, positive and negative shocks, rural and urban areas, and several levels of poverty risk. We find that dynamics are important in the consumption equation, and that estimates are sensitive to imputation errors in home food production. No strong claims can be made regarding heterogeneity in smoothing behaviour.

Dual Technology Management Model of design and production utilizing CAE ＆ experiment

At present, one of the specific measures taken is an urgent improvement of intelligent productivity for the purpose of offering highly reliable products to create customer value in a short period of time. Against this background, the author focuses on the New Japan Production Model for establishing a development designing and production engineering system in the automotive industry. This paper presents the Dual Technology Management Model of design and production for establishing a development designing and production quality assurance system that is indispensable for CAE （Computer-Aided Engineering） and experiment in the automotive industry and its effectiveness is verified.     

基于PCAIDS模型的单边价格效应模拟——以国际铁矿石巨头力拓与必和必拓拟议的兼并为例

本文基于爱泼斯坦和鲁宾菲尔德提出的PCAIDS 模型,模拟了国际铁矿石生产和出口巨头力拓与必和必拓之间2007 年10 月提出的兼并的单边效应.研究发现,该兼并对世界铁矿石市场价格将产生重要影响,特别是兼并后形成的新企业将大幅度提高其产品的价格.兼并也会引起印度、巴西和南非铁矿石提价,尽管幅度要比"两拓"要小一些.中国的进口铁矿石主要来自于两拓、巴西、印度和南非,因此,如果"两拓"兼并将极大地提高我国进口铁矿石的成本.     

中国对外开放度和通货膨胀率关系的实证检验

本文通过建立误差修正模型分析我国对外开放度不断提高的情况下影响通货膨胀率的因素。计量结果表明:前期通货膨胀率、货币供给量和对外开放度是影响当期通胀率的主要因素。特别是,开放度的提高使得扩张货币的效应会更多的体现在更高的通货膨胀率上。     

加强商业银行市场营销组织建设构想

在西方发达国家,商业银行市场营销理论的发展与实践为商业银行赢得市场竞争做出了巨大的贡献.应当借鉴西方商业银行营销组织模式,分析我国商业银行营销组织的现状以及存在问题的原因,制定商业银行营销组织建设的对策.     

基于引力模型的中国东盟自由贸易区研究

与东盟建立自由贸易区是中国近来积极参加区域经济合作的一次重大尝试。本文通过运用引力模型,重点讨论了经济发展水平不平衡究竟以何种程度影响区内的贸易。研究结果表明,引力模型在本文的分析是适用的,提高四个不发达地区的经济发展水平和加快与这几个落后国家之间的基础交通设施建设是中国东盟自由贸易区建设的关键。中国应承担大国的责任,结合国内“西部大开发”的政策,积极参加自由贸易区的建设。     

人力资源开发角色的ASTD模型及其意义

对人力资源开发角色的分析是人力资源开发职业进入标准化阶段的必须准备,对建立职业规范和职业教育体系有很大作用。美国培训与开发协会提出的人力资源开发角色研究模型是该领域最重要的研究成果,本文对这一模型的主要成果进行总结,并说明了当今人力资源开发角色出现的新变化。对人力资源角色的深入系统研究,必将有助于中国企业人力资源开发规范化、职业化进程,促进人力资源开发这一新兴职业在我国企业的健康发展。
