由宁夏中部地区的资源开发看生态建设的整体性

宁夏中部地区是宁夏乃至全国的土地资源及能源的重点开发区域。但是，由于其生态环境具有强烈的过渡性、复杂性和脆弱性，以往的资源开发活动已经造成了森林退缩、草场退化、土地沙化、水土流失与土壤盐渍化等一系列生态环境问题。文章指出上述生态问题的产生也是人们在资源开发过程中非整体性行为的作用结果，为此，生态建设要作为一项全社会参与的“系统工程”，从生态经济建设、生态文化建设、生态体制建设与生态工程建设等几个侧面共同入手，只有这样，才能保有以往的生态建设成果，实现本区域生态系统的良性循环。     

Unemployment insurance: The role of electoral systems and regional labour markets

Levels of insurance against unemployment vary considerably across countries. Replacement rates, the ratio relating income from unemployment to what people earned when they were employed, are higher in countries with proportional electoral systems than in countries with majoritarian systems. Also, replacement rates are positively correlated with per capita income and negatively correlated with the countries' unemployment rates. I develop an electoral competition model that replicates these stylized facts.     

The long-run effects of the real exchange rate on employment and wages in Canadian manufacturing

ABSTRACT

The literature on real exchange rate effects on the labour market is dominated by short-run analysis showing that there is heterogeneity in the responses of firms or industries to a real exchange rate shock. Analysing data on Canadian manufacturing industries, I conclude that there is a common long-run equilibrium across all manufacturing industries controlling for their openness to trade after varying adjustments to a real exchange rate shock have taken place. This conclusion is important from the perspective of policy making because it helps to form expectations about the effects of a real exchange rate movement on the labour market. The results suggest that real appreciation leads to economically significant reductions in employment in manufacturing in the long run. Real wages decrease in industries that are highly engaged in international trade and somewhat increase in industries that are relatively closed to international trade. Both employment and real wages converge quickly to the long-run equilibrium.     

武陵山片区旅游节点交通畅达性研究

区域旅游节点的交通畅达性对区域经济发展具有强劲的推动作用,区域旅游节点的交通畅达性优劣取决于内部的连通性和外部的可达性。文章基于因子分析法分别就高等级公路、高速公路、普铁、高铁(动车)、民航航线等因素对武陵山片区内各旅游节点的交通畅达性的影响进行了评价分析,对各旅游节点的畅达性进行了排名;并选取2010、2014、2018年等3个时间节点数据导入GIS生成3个片区旅游交通图。研究发现:①重庆、武汉、长沙、贵阳四大中心城市的交通连线支撑起武陵山片区的交通网络,片区旅游节点之间的畅达性逐步提升;②处于武陵山片区外围重庆、武汉、长沙、贵阳四大中心城市交通大廊道上的旅游节点之间畅达性处于片区前列;③同一省市或同一传统旅游线路的旅游节点连通性较好,分属不同省市的旅游节点之间连通性普遍较差;④历史上,山高谷深、交通闭塞,各地市自然旅游资源丰富多样,文化旅游浓郁独特,近年来,武陵山片区旅游发展与交通建设相互推拉,呈现良性发展。     

民族地区经济可持续发展的障碍与对策探讨——以恩施土家族、苗族自治州为例

湖北省恩施州是全国30个少数民族自治州之一,属于国家西部大开发区域范围。实施经济可持续发展战略是该地区走出贫困现状的必然选择。加快制度创新,严格控制人口数量,努力提高人口素质,发展特色经济,调整和优化产业结构是实施可持续发展战略的基本对策。

本文揭示了“八五”期间广西乡村──城市转型发展的特征及其地理动力机制．预测未来15—25年内乡村──城乡转型发展的趋势、提出了促进乡村──城市转型与协调发展的一些对策建议。     

股权分置改革前后上市公司绩效变化的研究

选取了177家股改公司,通过对股改前后绩效的分析发现:每股净资产在股改前后不存在显著差异;每股收益、资产利润率、净资产收益率均表现为股改后第一季度指标值显著高于股改前的指标值、股改后第二和三季度的指标值显著低于股改前的指标值、股改后第四季度的指标值与股改前的指标值没有显著差异,并对该结论进行了简单分析。     

“中国丹霞”福建泰宁世界自然遗产地社区居民点发展模式评价模型研究

为科学优选自然保护地社区居民点发展模式，构建客观评价模型对社区居民点发展模式进行定量评价显得尤为重要。基于“中国丹霞”福建泰宁世界自然遗产地9个社区居民点的调研数据，采用序关系分析法，以居民点人口结构、居民点景观风貌与传统文化、居民点产业发展模式，以及居民点位于遗产地的位置4个一级指标和相应二级指标为评价准则，构建该遗产地社区居民点发展模式优劣评价模型。研究表明，该遗产地9个社区居民点发展模式中，4个为疏解型，3个为搬迁型，2个为控制型，没有发展型。研究结果可为该遗产地社区居民点科学遴选发展模式提供定量评价依据，也可为生态价值高的自然保护地社区居民点发展模式的遴选提供参考。     

天津市物流园区发展研究

基于国内各个城市发展物流园区现状和未来需求。论文着重介绍了物流园区的概念及研究意义，分析了城市物流园区的类型与物流园区的布置原则：叙述了国内外城市物流园区规划的典型案例：分析了天津市物流园区发展的特点及未来的发展目标：确定了以五大交通枢纽节点为依托的天津市综合物流系统的集聚发展区域：根据物流系统功能体系的划分及各自的服务内容．从国际物流和区域物流两个层次．分别论述了天津市各个物流园区的功能、相互联系以及物流园区与对外运输通道的衔接。
