运用4W1H分析框架,从社会保障的目标体系、分配基础、项目或福利品类型、提供策略、资金筹集方式五个维度探讨美国社会保障制度概况,并结合其特点,为我国社会保障事业发展和改革提出可供借鉴之处。     

Sn掺杂对Zn4Sb3热电输运性台皂的影响研究

在5-310K温度范围内，研究了Sn替代对化合物Zn1-xSn沁b3的低温热电性能的影响。研究结果表明相对于无掺杂的Zn4Sb3，（Zn1-xSb3（x≠0）的低温热导率明显降低，并且随着Sn掺杂含量的增加而不断降低。实验结果也发现，掺杂Sn后化合物的直流电阻率和热电势都减小，且随着Sn掺杂量的增加而不断减小。     

西安市护城河无机污染性离子的分布规律研究及其防治措施

利用离子色谱仪针对西安护城河河水中的污染性的无机阴阳离子——NO3-、PO43-和NH4+在河水中的浓度和分布规律进行初步的研究;并对三种离子的来源和转化进行初步的分析,同时提出改善的方案和建议。     

Endogenous tradability and some macroeconomic implications

While nontraded goods play an important role in many open economy macroeconomic models, these models have difficulty explaining the low volatility in the relative price of nontraded goods. In contrast to macroeconomic convention, this paper argues that the share of nontraded goods is endogenous, a time-varying product of macroeconomic shocks and trade costs that are heterogeneous across goods. A simple open economy model demonstrates that trade cost heterogeneity and a time-varying margin of tradedness dramatically reduces the volatility of nontraded prices. This also reduces the ability of real exchange rate adjustments to dampen current account imbalances.

Price volatility of south-east fishery's quota species: an empirical analysis

This study investigates the autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity (ARCH) and generalized-ARCH (GARCH) effects in the price series of Australian South-East Fishery's quota species. It is found that in all cases significant ARCH and/or GARCH effects are present. To search for the origins of these effects a weakly exogenous variable (trading volume) is introduced to the conditional variance equation of the ARCH and GARCH models, provided that such effects are observed in the first stage of investigation. It is found that in 14 cases the estimated coefficients of the trading volume are negative. In all cases, the 'trading volume' variable does not contribute to the removal of the ARCH and/or GARCH effects. Finally, the policy implications of the findings are discussed.     

INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL TEST SCORES AND ECONOMIC GROWTH

Hanushek and Kimko's analysis of the relationship between growth and schooling quality, as measured by scores in international tests, suffers from potential endogeneity as schooling quality is not always measured at a date strictly prior to the observed growth. To address this problem we treat the data as a panel, relating growth only to test scores at earlier dates. The estimates of the effect of schooling quality on growth are similar to those obtained from cross‐section regressions.     

Political economy and the closet: heteronormativity in feminist economics

Abstract

Returning to a question raised by M. V. Lee Badgett in the first issue of Feminist Economics, this paper traces the persistence of heteronormativity in feminist economics to assumptions that kinship is organized around conjugal bonds. These assumptions let “the family” stand automatically for a husband, wife, and their children. “Heteronormativity” is not a synonym for heterosexual privilege, but rather names tacit conceptions about what is socially normal, conceptions that make it possible to think of heterosexuals or homosexuals as essential categories of people. Critique of heteronormativity makes visible a pattern of state repression that makes proper citizens by opposing them to improper ones, a process that simultaneously shapes gender, sexuality, citizenship, and race. Such critique opens the opportunity to better understand gender, integrate scholarship on lesbians and gays, link gender analysis more directly to racializing processes, and reopen the category of heterosexuality.     

The relative impacts of banking,infrastructure and labour on industrial growth: evidence from Indian states

This article analyses the impacts of outreach of banking services, infrastructure penetration, and labour market rigidity on the growth of manufacturing industries across 14 major states in India in the post-liberalization period (from 1991–92 to 2002–3). It documents that the outreach of the banking sector as well as infrastructure penetration has a significant positive impact on the growth of industries. Interestingly, the counteracting effect of labour market rigidity does not appear to be significant, if the effects of infrastructure and banking services are controlled for. This article also assesses the relative magnitudes of the impacts of these three institutional factors on industrial growth.
