核心企业主导型创业生态系统构成与运行机制:以杭州云栖小镇为例

创业生态系统研究逐渐得到学术界重视,但缺乏基于类型学角度的具体探讨,一直处于抽象层面,这一研究现状不利于理论建构。聚焦核心企业主导型创业生态系统构成、核心企业在创业生态系统运行过程中的主导作用,实证研究国内创业生态系统运行机制,以杭州云栖小镇为案例的研究显示：①核心企业基于自身核心能力及网络中心位置,联合各类主体搭建价值网络体系,通过市场化的网络治理机制与跨界开放式创新,协调多主体在创业生态系统不同阶段、不同层次的复杂交互关系,服务于系统中创业企业发展;②在核心企业主导型创业生态系统平台搭建期,通过创业支持机制发挥主导作用。在组织运行期通过资源承诺机制、全链条孵化机制与网络嵌套机制发挥主导作用。在协同获取期,通过资源共享机制、企业协同机制发挥主导作用。     

The evolution of the monetary transmission channels in Turkey: evidence from a TVP-VAR model

This article investigates the evolution of the monetary transmission mechanisms in Turkey for the period from January 1986 to December 2016. To this aim, the impacts of monetary variables on the prices and economic activity are investigated with a time-varying vector autoregressive model based on. The evidences from the time-varying responses indicate that the adoption of inflation targeting policy has markedly affected the functioning of transmission channels. The results also suggest that local and global financial crises may magnify the impact of monetary policy shocks on the overall economy.     

区域中心城市创新生态圈要素架构、生态特征与运行机制

区域中心城市创新生态圈以生物学为隐喻,注重发挥创新主体的能动作用,能够放大区域中心城市发展优势。在回顾创新生态圈理论渊源的基础上,界定区域中心城市创新生态圈内涵,明确创新生态圈要素构成;以企业聚集发展为逻辑起点,探讨区域中心城市创新生态圈生态特征;基于生态学、创新理论等跨学科知识,构建区域中心城市创新生态圈演进模型,探究其运行机制。研究认为,区域中心城市创新生态圈具有开放式协同、动态自调节、多样性共生、自组织演化等生态特征,其运行机制由协同共生机制、风险识别与防控机制、利益分配机制和环境匹配机制共同组成。     

川东北地区线路铁塔岩石嵌固式基础应用浅析

四川盆地东北部地区,地形按地貌单元划分:主要为丘陵、低山～低中山。区内地层主要有第四系耕地层、残坡积粉质粘土层、冲洪积层(Q)、侏罗系(J)、白垩系(K)、三叠系(T)等砂岩～泥岩、灰岩,而以砂岩～泥岩、灰岩为主。线路铁塔岩石嵌固式基础在该区域内的大量应用,有不错的经济、环境、社会效益,同时,也是资源节约型、环境友好型—两型三新输电线路在工程实践中的具体应用。     

Forecasting bond yields in the Brazilian fixed income market

This paper studies the predictive ability of a variety of models in forecasting the yield curve for the Brazilian fixed income market. We compare affine term structure models with a variation of the Nelson–Siegel exponential framework developed by Diebold and Li [Diebold, F., & Li, C. (2006). Forecasting the Term Structure of Government Yields. Journal of Econometrics, 130, 337–364]. Empirical results suggest that forecasts made with the latter methodology are superior, and appear to be more accurate at long horizons than other different benchmark forecasts. These results are important for policy-makers, as well as for portfolio and risk managers. Further research could study the predictive ability of such models in other emerging markets.

MONETARY TRANSMISSION MECHANISM IN CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE: SURVEYING THE SURVEYABLE

Abstract.  This paper surveys recent advances in empirical studies of the monetary transmission mechanism, with special attention to Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Our results indicate that the strength of the exchange rate pass-through substantially declined over time mainly due to a fall in inflation rates and to some extent due to the so-called composition effect. The asset price channel is weak and is likely to remain weak because of shallow stock and private bond markets and because of low stock and bond holdings of domestic households. House prices may become an exception with booming mortgage lending and with high owner occupancy ratios. While the credit channel could be a powerful channel of monetary transmission – as new funds raised on capital markets are close to zero in CEE – it is actually not, as both commercial banks and non-financial corporations can escape domestic monetary conditions by borrowing from their foreign mother companies. The moderately good news, however, is that those banks and firms are influenced by monetary policy in the euro area because their parent institutions are themselves subjected to the credit channel in the euro area.     

基于集成论的创业风险投资产业与高新技术产业的集成机理研究

针对创业风险投资产业与高新技术产业集成所形成的集成体,从集成论的5个基本要素入手分析该集成体,并就如何促进该集成体更好更快的发展提出了建议。     

社会融资规模作为我国货币政策中介目标的有效性分析—基于M2和人民币贷款的比较

本文立足社会融资规模作为中介目标的货币政策传导机制,构建完善的货币政 策目标指标体系,选取M2和人民币贷款为社会融资规模的对比指标,基于向自回归（VAR） 模型,利用2002年至2017年6月的季度数据,通过协整检验、格兰杰因果检验和脉冲响应等方 法,对社会融资规模与货币政策最终目标、操作目标之间的关系进行实证分析。研究结果表 明,现阶段社会融资规模作为我国货币政策中介目标具有较高的有效性和合理性。
