共同基金：中小企业融资途径新思路

中小企业对经济的贡献率越来越大，然而中小企业融资难的问题也越来越突出。本文设想多个企业联合建立共同基金以便于解决各自企业融资难的问题，并基于此思想而构造一种新融资模式。     

金融投资理论：一种基于动物精神和宏观对冲的框架

2008年全球金融危机后,金融投资理论在重新理解和抽象真实世界的基础上,对主流估值模型、投资者行为和全球宏观对冲等几个重要方面进行了深刻反思。总的来看,微观层面的进展,一是进一步认识到把投资者情绪引入传统基本面估值模型中的意义;二是利用动物精神理论发展了对投资者认知规律、决策过程和群体行为的研究。宏观层面的进展表现为提出了储蓄者和非储蓄者模型以及＂新常态＂和国际货币新体系的观念。

Abstract：

After global financial crisis in 2008,on the basis of reunderstanding the real world and putting it in abstract terms,financial investment theory has thoroughly rethought its keyaspects including mainstream valuation models,investor behavior and global macro hedging,etc. In summary,one of the developments in the micro perspective is the further realization ofthe significance of integrating investor sentiment into traditional fundamental valuation models,and another development lies in the research on investor perception,decision process and herd behavior based on the theory of animal spirits. Development in the macro perspective resides in the introduction of the model of saves and dissavers,as well as the ideas of new normal and new international monetary system.

The structural balance of an economy and the economic policies that influence its development are shown to be determinants of the volume and structure of hotel supply. Similarly, these features of an economy are also shown to be determinants of the volumes of domestic hotel business and leisure demand.     

The Exchange Rate and Inflation in Argentina: A Classical Critique of Orthodox and Heterodox Policy Prescriptions

In this paper we present an alternative framework to neoclassical theory of international trade and exchange rate determination. Our model, inspired in the classical tradition, provides support for the assertion that an exchange rate policy aiming to improve national competitiveness and to bring about a sustained trade surplus is a viable option. In fact, the success of this strategy does not depend on the effectiveness of monetary sterilization —as many argentinean heterodox authors claim— but on the ability to overcome the boundaries imposed by the evolution of the domestic wage rate and the potential emergence of competitive devaluations. In the particular case of Argentina, the introduction of export taxes on land-intensive commodities, in which the economy has absolute advantages, brings an additional policy tool that can make both the exchange rate target and the workers claims consistent.     

“国军”福利品供应站顾客消费特性及营销策略之研究

本研究首先经由文献探讨，界定“国军”福利品供应站在业态别中的角色，应类似于超级市场的综合商品零售商的角色。而後透过问卷设计调查，SWOT分析及深度访谈等方式，提出福利品供应站在经营及营销策略上除了强调商品售价低廉外，也应着重于强调保证商品质量的宣传力度，并以更具弹性的手法来引进或汰换商品，并且尽可能提供更多的商品选择性，而後利用邻近小区或都会区的营区来增加责场地点或以租赁场地方式采用小规模小区型售场的方式大量展店，并以更多元的方式促销，建立完整顾客数据库，提高宣传效率及全面开放信用卡消费等积极性方式作为推动策略。     

以集成供应链推动农业循环经济发展研究

以海林农场发展循环经济为研究对象，探索农业循环经济发展的推动模式，通过解析海林农场以加工企业为核心的供应链组织集成模式．以集成供应链理论分析了推动循环经济发展的内在动因．探讨了以集成供应链核心企业为中心的循环经济体系的建设与发展对策。     

现阶段我国的市场均衡问题探讨

进入买方市场后,我国一直存在内需不足、经济增长乏力、失业压力日益加大、物价持续下降等一系列经济不景气的现象,政府虽然采取了一系列措施刺激消费需求,但社会经济发展失衡的根本原因--总供给与总需求的不平衡现象一直未能从根本上得到解决。本文主要对我国经济目前市场存在的问题作一探讨并提出相应的思考与看法。     

基于平衡记分卡的供应链绩效评价

平衡记分卡作为供应链绩效评价的手段，以战略目标为出发点，把企业各部门的任务、决策、流程转化为既独立又相互联系的目标，然后再把目标分解成多项指标进行评价。基于平衡记分卡的思想，结合主成分分析法和数据包络分析，建立供应链企业绩效评价模型，全面反映供应链的绩效，为供应链的持续改进提供帮助。
