供应链视角下竞技表演类体育产品协调机制研究

运用系统分析法和文献资料法对我国竞技表演类体育产品供应链内涵、市场特征、系统结构等进行研究,分析竞技表演类体育产品供应链失调的5大原因,并提出通过建立联合决策机制、综合考评激励机制、战略合作伙伴关系和契约机制、完善运动员的利益保障机制和供应链成员间信息沟通机制来共同协调我国竞技表演类体育产品供应链。     

基于组织生态理论的企业全面预算管理

价值最大化导向的企业全面预算没有完全考虑到生态资源的稀缺性,以牺牲生态资源实现企业价值最大。立足于企业生态足迹的生态全面预算是在企业生态足迹最小的条件下实现企业价值最大,主要由价值作业预算模块、生态预算模块与耦合预算模块组成,耦合预算是价值预算与生态预算协调预算。为了减少生态预算的执行难度,保证生态全面预算的实施与应用,须同时转变管理观念、完善管理信息系统与配套三维绩效评价制度。     

Factors influencing consumers' purchase decision-making in O2O business model: Evidence from consumers' overall evaluation

Online-to-offline (O2O) has become a rapidly growing e-commerce model worldwide, but the factors influencing consumers' purchase decision-making have not been examined well. After exploring the working mechanism of the O2O model, we extract eleven indexes of consumers' overall evaluation in the O2O model with Crawlzilla and R techniques. Social network analysis (SNA) is adopted to build social networks reflecting consumers' overall evaluation in the O2O model. Based on the modified social network and the extracted subgraph, this study (N = 768) reveals consumers' overall evaluation behavior patterns in the O2O model by calculating network density, central potential, edge betweenness. The results show that shoppers overall evaluate the eleven indexes, especially perceived product quality, online product price, promotion intensity, business reputation, and product brand, which reflects the significant associations between the indexes. Among all the eleven evaluation indexes, perceived product quality, online product price, and business reputation dominate consumers’ decision-making behavior. When making purchase decisions, consumers not only overall consider online product price, perceived product quality, and business reputation but also balance perceived product quality, business reputation, and promotion intensity. Finally, we make some suggestions on marketing strategy for e-commerce companies.     

华南地区浅圆仓控温气调储粮技术应用新思路

控温和氮气气调储粮技术是绿色环保综合储粮的重要技术,随着20世纪末国家一批新建粮库的竣工投产,国内粮食储藏条件得到改善,尤其是仓房防潮、隔热、控温、气密等仓储性能得到显著提高。中央储备粮广东新沙港直属库借中储粮总公司氮气气调扩大应用项目推广之机率先在国内浅圆仓开展了氮气气调储藏玉米的试验,通过实验,论证了氮气气调对虫害防治、霉菌抑制和脂肪酸值控制方面效果显著,氮气气调储粮技术的应用对改善保管人员工作条件,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率优势明显,初步得出华南地区浅圆仓使用控温和氮气气调综合技术储藏玉米安全可行,社会、经济等综合效益显著。     

世贸组织框架下反倾销制度与竞争政策的协调

针对世贸组织反倾销制度与竞争政策的冲突问题,国际上提出了三种主要协调方案。文章分析认为在国际层面即在世贸组织框架下对反倾销制度与竞争政策的协调应分步骤进行:第一步先将世贸组织反倾销制度作改良处理,作为近期目标;第二步则应用竞争政策来解决倾销问题,作为最终目标。与此同时提出了相关的政策建议。     

区域贸易优惠与最惠国待遇关系的冲突与法律协调——兼论我国之应对措施

区域贸易合作与多边贸易体制虽具有互补性,但彼此不能相互替代;区域贸易优惠与多边最惠国待遇实质上存在冲突,但它作为一项特殊例外存续于世贸组织体制之内。世贸组织规则确立了区域贸易优惠的合法性,从而为区域贸易提供了前所未有的发展机遇。分析区域贸易合作与多边贸易体制的关系、区域贸易优惠与世贸组织最惠国待遇的冲突,以及世贸组织规则对两者间关系的协调,有助于了解区域一体化发展进程,及时采取积极的应对措施。     

Co-ordination of land exploitation,exploitable farmland reserves and national planning in China

Land exploitation, as an important strategy to mitigate farmland loss and stabilize grain production, has been adopted to compensate farmland loss due to rapid urbanization in China. Bounded by the limited capacity and obvious spatial variations of national farmland reserves, it is essential to arrange land exploitation activities timely and reasonably. In this study, we propose an indicator for the status of regional land exploitation, the Exploitation Degree, to facilitate an overview of land exploitation programs in China at both provincial and prefectural levels based on project data from 2006 to 2012. To further our understanding of the regional features of land exploitation activities, we employ the Lasso model to identify and quantitatively assess influencing factors on land exploitation. Our study shows that: (1) contemporary land exploitation practices in China are significantly inconsistent across exploitable farmland reserves. Some areas are greatly over-exploited and such irrational land exploitation has been persistent; (2) related national land plans designed to guide land exploitation efforts centered on resource-rich regions and critical areas do not function as intended. Therefore, we suggest that China⿿s land exploitation policy shall be improved by reconsidering the orientation of land exploitation policy, coordinating land exploitation activities with productivity improvements and eco-system protection, and enhancing the power and scope of the plans in controlling and guiding land resource management.     

The transition crisis in Bulgaria

In 1996-97, while making its way through a difficult processof economic and political transformations, Bulgaria was hitby a severe economic crisis. This paper seeks to reveal andanalyse the underlying factors and causes of this crisis. Itfocuses on empirical issues but also highlights some basic causalitiesand interrelations between economic variables during the crisisas well as the role of economic policy. The economic turmoilin Bulgaria is addressed from three different perspectives:(1) the historic roots of the crisis; (2) the actual evolutionof the fiscal, banking and currency crises, and (3) the politicaleconomy of the transition in Bulgaria.

我国财政政策与货币政策协调配合问题研究

建立科学合理的财政-货币政策协调配合机制,是完善中国宏观经济调控所面临的一项重要任务.本文首先分阶段简要回顺中国财政政策和货币政策协调的历史过程,然后分析两种政策的协调配合存在的问题,认为集中表现为国债市场存在的缺陷以及财政投融资体系小完善这两个方面,最后有针对性地提出改善两种政策协调配合机制的政策建议.
