华南地区浅圆仓控温气调储粮技术应用新思路

控温和氮气气调储粮技术是绿色环保综合储粮的重要技术,随着20世纪末国家一批新建粮库的竣工投产,国内粮食储藏条件得到改善,尤其是仓房防潮、隔热、控温、气密等仓储性能得到显著提高。中央储备粮广东新沙港直属库借中储粮总公司氮气气调扩大应用项目推广之机率先在国内浅圆仓开展了氮气气调储藏玉米的试验,通过实验,论证了氮气气调对虫害防治、霉菌抑制和脂肪酸值控制方面效果显著,氮气气调储粮技术的应用对改善保管人员工作条件,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率优势明显,初步得出华南地区浅圆仓使用控温和氮气气调综合技术储藏玉米安全可行,社会、经济等综合效益显著。     

The transition crisis in Bulgaria

In 1996-97, while making its way through a difficult processof economic and political transformations, Bulgaria was hitby a severe economic crisis. This paper seeks to reveal andanalyse the underlying factors and causes of this crisis. Itfocuses on empirical issues but also highlights some basic causalitiesand interrelations between economic variables during the crisisas well as the role of economic policy. The economic turmoilin Bulgaria is addressed from three different perspectives:(1) the historic roots of the crisis; (2) the actual evolutionof the fiscal, banking and currency crises, and (3) the politicaleconomy of the transition in Bulgaria.

我国财政政策与货币政策协调配合问题研究

建立科学合理的财政-货币政策协调配合机制,是完善中国宏观经济调控所面临的一项重要任务.本文首先分阶段简要回顺中国财政政策和货币政策协调的历史过程,然后分析两种政策的协调配合存在的问题,认为集中表现为国债市场存在的缺陷以及财政投融资体系小完善这两个方面,最后有针对性地提出改善两种政策协调配合机制的政策建议.     

我国船舶产业安全状况及问题研究

船舶产业安全是关系到国家经济安全的重要组成部分。本文通过产业竞争力、产业控制力、产业成长性等产业安全评价要素指标对我国船舶产业安全总体状况进行了比较研究,从竞争优势、研发投入、能源消耗等几方面提出了我国船舶产业安全存在的主要问题,并对船舶产业安全未来发展状况进行了预测,最后给出了维护当前我国船舶产业安全的对策建议。     

新疆工业支柱产业选择的实证分析

在经济发展的任何时期,持续发展的动力都来源于一组支柱产业的带动和刺激。本文从静态和动态两个角度构建工业支柱产业的选择模式,以此对新疆工业支柱产业进行实证分析,最终选出石油及天然气开采业等六个产业作为新疆工业的支柱产业。     

Investment sequencing in the brick industry: an application of grounded theory

Since the work of George Richardson on the problem of investmentcoordination, the literature has focused on explaining equilibriumin investment games and neglected the problem of how investmentsare coordinated. This paper reports the findings of a case studyof the brick industry which used grounded theory techniquesto develop a new analysis of investment coordination. Our mainfindings indicate that, despite the high cost of excess capacityand the very clear signalling of investment intentions, brickfirms are reluctant to stand back and delay their own investmentswhen a rival firm is expanding. The fact that for the most partexcess investment is avoided is explained by reference to firms'heterogeneity and constraints to investment.     

调控我国内外均衡冲突的政策选择：基于政策搭配理论的研究

本文认为要解决当前我国以通货膨胀和国际收支顺差为特征的内外均衡冲突,在短期内,应该进行人民币升值,并与紧缩性财政政策和紧缩性货币政策进行配合;从长期看,应该进行外汇管理体制的改革,并且完善人民币汇率制度。     

我国农村扶贫政策的协调配套问题研究

扶贫是一项系统工程,扶贫效益的最大化有赖于各项政策之间的协调、配套。当前农村扶贫政策的协调配套问题比较突出,无论是财政投入、扶贫信贷资金投放、对扶贫龙头企业的扶持,还是对贫困地区人口自身发展能力的开发都存在着一些问题,某些惠农政策、生态工程以及社会保障等政策也还存在着对贫困地区关注不足的问题,因此,财政税收、金融、产业、人力资源、社会保障等各种政策的制定和实施过程中,都应考虑扶贫开发工作的实际需求,做好协调配套。这是提高扶贫效率的必然要求。
