论主流诗学对翻译的影响

翻译是两种语言文化之间的交流与融合,原著的文学光芒与艺术生命想要在目的语境中得以再现和延续,迻译过程势必受到译入语文化的影响。基于勒菲弗尔操纵论中诗学的相关理论,通过对王科一的《傲慢与偏见》中译本研究,探讨其文本翻译时译入语社会的主流诗学,从诗学的两类表现形式——措辞和句式——两个方面对译本进行分析,证实在一定的社会文化语境中,为保证译介活动顺利进行,译者受主流诗学观的影响,改写操控原文,使译作符合译入语主流诗学的追求和主张。     

论企业中职务消费纳入薪酬体系的合理性

职务消费过度、过滥问题十分严重。现行职务消费制度的不合理引发了一系列社会和经济问题,改革刻不容缓。将职务消费纳入企业薪酬体系是根本的改革途径,职务消费和薪酬体系其他部分本质上的一致性使它们能够组成一个和谐的整体。改革的基本思路是缘于“总额限定、节余归己”的激励性质的制度安排。可以从五个方面入手进行全面的改革尝试,即:对职务消费项目进行归类管理、严格预算和总额限定制度、授权管理、完善监督约束机制、建立健康的企业文化。     

对中国形成世界制造中心进程的冷思考

改革开放以来，我国迅速成为制造业大国，但还远远不是制造业的世界中心。只有认清我国制造业存在的预期利润低、结构不合理、产业链的低端定位、边际效应递减、研究与开发费用不足以及教育结构对制造业的瓶颈效应等问题，并对症下药，才能将我国的制造业真正做大做强。     

The optimal asset allocation of the main types of pension funds: a unified framework

The existing literature deals with the optimal investment strategy of defined benefit (DB) or defined contribution (DC) pension plans. This article’s objective is to compare the optimal policies of different types of pension plans. This is done by first defining an original framework, which is based on the distinction between the nature of the guarantee—which can be internal or external—offered by or to a pension fund. This framework allows to establish links between optimization programs of DC, DB and targeted money purchase schemes. The case of an internal guarantee appears as a standard portfolio insurer’s problem. The second kind of guarantee, not analyzed in the literature yet with regard to the resulting optimal policy, is characterized by the existence of an option in the final wealth definition. Four funds are present in the internal guarantee optimal allocation: the speculative component, the preference independent guarantee- and contribution-hedge terms and the preference dependent state variable-hedge fund. The external guarantee program, solved with an original method using the principles of standard options theory, yields an optimal policy incorporating the delta of the option embodied in the final wealth definition. The conclusion is that the resulting optimal portfolio policy becomes riskier.

Instructional Manipulation Checks: A longitudinal analysis with implications for MTurk

Instructional Manipulation Checks (IMCs) assess respondent behavior by, for example, asking participants not to answer a trick question. We find IMCs can be used to detect problematic response behavior in longitudinal surveys. This is important because a Latent Class Analysis based on IMC-failure in the two reported studies reveals that between 9% and 12% of respondents can be labelled Inattentive Stayers at the first survey-wave and between 13% and 17% at the third wave. The tendency of Inattentive Stayers to remain in the panel is particularly relevant for online panel services such as MTurk, with workers participating in many surveys over longer time-periods. We find IMC-failure to be mitigated by a warning to respondents that their attention will be checked early in the survey, but not by repeated exposure to IMCs, or a timer leaving questions on the screen longer. Respondent personality also plays a role in IMC-failure, which implies persistency of undesirable respondent behavior.

在某一地区设计和实施了养老保险制度后,必须对其现状和未来发展趋势进行综合评价和政策模拟,以便了解和掌握制度运行过程中出现的问题并及时进行调整。本文根据社会保障相关理论,建立新型农村社会养老保险综合评价指标体系及评价标准,运用粗糙集理论对相关指标进行属性约简,用模糊评价等方法对新疆新型农村社会养老保险的保障水平、养老金替代率、参保率、农民个人负担系数及综合发展水平进行实证分析及综合评价,并结合新疆的具体实际提出针对性的政策建议,以期为完善新疆新型农村养老保险制度提供参考和决策依据。
