基于模块化的企业价值网络及其竞争优势研究

以价值模块化为基础,传统的集合型价值链经过解构、整合和重建形成具有差异化竞争优势的模块化价值链。不同企业的价值模块和模块化价值链在共同的界面标准内交叉连接、融合贯通,形成企业价值网络。企业价值网络集聚各成员企业的优势资源,将各种能力要素协同在一个无形的网络平台上,通过不同组织模块之间的协作、创新和竞争,能够产生新的竞争优势。企业以价值模块化为基础,对自身价值链进行整合,融入企业价值网络,能够分享网络内成员企业的优势资源和技术创新成果,共享模块化经济,增强企业核心竞争力和抗风险能力。模块化时代,企业之间的竞争已经演进为企业价值网络之间的竞争。     

资产公允价值的信息含量及其计量——来自香港金融类上市公司的经验数据

2006年我国颁布的新会计准则广泛引入了公允价值的概念。本文以香港金融类上市公司为样本，主要研究香港公允价值的实施是否增强了会计数据的解释能力。实证结果表明，无论是按公允价值计量的金融资产期末价值还是公允价值变动产生的朱实现收益，都对公司价格和市场收益率产生了显著的增量解释能力。实证结果同时显示，投资者对公允价值计量部分资产的关注程度也要普遍高于非公允价值计量的资产。研究结果能有效消除准则制定者的顾虑，推动公允价值更为广泛的运用。     

A passenger demand model for air transportation in a hub-and-spoke network

This paper develops an air passenger model that deals with city-pair demand generation and demand assignment in a single framework. Using publicly available and regularly collected panel data, the model captures both time series and cross-sectional variation of air travel demand. The empirical analysis finds that pattern of correlations among alternatives can be described by a three-level nested logit model. Fare, frequency, flight time, direct routing, on-time performance, income, and market distance have significantly effects on air demand. Correcting for the problem of endogenous air fares using instrumental variables yields more plausible estimates of price sensitivity and value of time.

Contracts with endogenous information

I study covert information acquisition and reporting in a principal agent problem allowing for general technologies of information acquisition. When posteriors satisfy two dimensional versions of the standard First Order Stochastic Dominance and Concavity/Convexity of the Distribution Function conditions, a first-order approach is justified. Under the same conditions, informativeness and riskiness of reports are equivalent. High powered contracts, that make the agent's informational rents more risky, are used to increase incentives for information acquisition, insensitive contracts are used to reduce incentives for information gathering. The value of information to the agent is always positive. The value of information to the principal is ambiguous.     

Reconfiguration of the conceptual landscape: a tribute to the service logic of Richard Normann

This article is a tribute to the late Richard Normann, whose call for a “service logic” (Normann, Reframing Business: When the Map Changes the Landscape, Wiley, Chichester, p. 99, 2001) both parallels and enriches service-dominant (S-D) logic (Vargo and Lusch, J. Mark, 68:1–17, 2004a). Like Vargo and Lusch, Normann shifted the focus of the offering from an output to a process of value creation and perceived the firm as an organizer of this process, with the customer as a co-producer, rather than a receiver of value. He also argued that offerings are “frozen knowledge,” similar to Vargo and Lusch’s contention that the basis of exchange is applied operant resources (service) and suggested that the ‘dematerialization’ of resources increases their ‘liquidity’, which allows increased “density” for value creation. Thus, he suggested that firms need to “reframe business”—rethink the logic of value creation—to reveal opportunities in reconfiguring the value constellations of which they are part. This tribute explores these and other similarities and differences between Normann’s work and the evolving S-D logic.
