以近年来对冲基金的迅猛发展为背景，总结对冲基金竞争优势的来源，在分析现行国际监管制度缺欠的基础上，探讨以完善基金治理结构、强化信息披露和实施以风险为基础的监管措施三方面构筑有效合理的监管制度，具有重要现实意义。

基于高频数据的深圳基金市场日内周期性研究

本文利用深市基金指数高频数据,采用Anderson和Bollerslev(1997)提出的弹性傅立叶回归(FlexibleFourierFormregression,即FFF回归)方法首次对深市基金市场进行了日内周期性的研究。通过对高频收益的定性分析,发现基金市场具有同股票市场相似的周期性,并对这一周期性进行了初步的理论解释。通过FFF方法,将该周期因子进行滤波处理以后,基金指数高频绝对收益不再具有明显周期性。FFF回归能较好地确定日内周期因子。     

社会审计委托代理分析

本文分析了社会审计契约中委托代理关系及审计信息不对称表现及形成原因,通过建立社会审计的委托代理模型,揭示了在审计人和委托人均完全理性的假设下,委托人可以通过激励机制鼓励审计人尽最大努力完成工作。在此基础上分析了我国社会审计收费制度的不合理性、转轨经济环境下社会审计合约具有的不完全契约特性,并提出了改革的设想。     

基于企业信息化的内部控制探讨

随着IT技术特别是以Internet为代表的网络技术的发展和应用，电算化会计信息系统面临向企业信息化的转变．由此给内部控制带来了新的思考。本文对此作出了一些探讨，以期对企业的内部控制设计带来帮助.     

Social learning with private and common values

Summary. We consider an environment where individuals sequentially choose among several actions. The payoff to an individual depends on her action choice, the state of the world, and an idiosyncratic, privately observed preference shock. Under weak conditions, as the number of individuals increases, the sequence of choices always reveals the state of the world. This contrasts with the familiar result for pure common-value environments where the state is never learned, resulting in herds or informational cascades. 本文从分析企业家社会资本入手,对社会资本的概念界定做了综述,进一步探讨了企业家社会资本的内涵,提出了企业家社会资本影响企业绩效的机理以及理论分析框架--企业家社会资本是通过获取企业所需的关键资源,再将资源通过内部学习和整合机制转化为动态能力,进而保持企业竞争优势、提升企业绩效.     

Reinforcing the Link Between Contributions and Pensions: The Effect of the Population Aging

In this paper, we analyze a majority voting process on the earnings-related part of pension benefits in a Social Security system with flexible retirement. We show that the aging of the population may make it easier to implement one of the proposed reforms to achieve a delay in the average retirement age of workers, to reinforce the link between contributions and pensions.
