所有权安排与监事会治理效率——基于中国上市公司的实证发现

以2002年到2004年中国A股上市公司为样本,本文发现国有上市公司的监事会治理绩效要劣于非国有企业.但是,在国有企业中,随着第一大股东持股比例上升,监事会治理绩效逐渐增强.而在非国有企业中,随着第一大股东持股比例上升,监事会治理绩效则有轻微下降的趋势.这表明,监事会制度是一种依赖于产权安排的相机治理机制.     

Korean American Males’ Serious Leisure Experiences and Their Perceptions of Different Play Styles

This study examined Koreans Americans’ serious leisure experience with different racial groups. Interviews were conducted with 15 Korean male basketball and soccer players. A key finding was that participants recognized different styles of play between Korean Americans and other racial groups. While some participants cared little about other players’ race/ethnicity, other participants played exclusively with Korean Americans and preserved or promoted their ethnic identity. While Stebbins (1982) argues that serious leisure provides eight durable benefits, our findings suggest self-identification may be another durable benefit, at least among ethnic and/or racial minorities.

Editorial: The long Road to Publishing: A User-friendly Exposé

This paper describes the 5 year adjustment process followed in one university when formative objective test (OT)-based assessment was introduced into a second level course in order to support the student-centred use of a proprietary CAL package. It then compares the performance and background characteristics of students on two of those years. It finds the OTs identify a different ranking among the students compared to traditional essay-based assessment, that learning styles have an impact upon performance on OTs, finds evidence to suggest that students with low levels of learning styles may be disadvantaged when faced with a need to change their approach to learning and concludes that any explanatory study of student performance should includelearning styles as an independent variable.     

European banks’ executive remuneration under the new European Union regulation

We review how the new European regulation of bank executive compensation could affect the future of banking in Europe. Although there is no conclusive empirical evidence on the relation between bank executive remuneration and the financial crisis, authorities have intensively regulated the compensation of bank managers to eliminate risk-taking incentives in the financial industry. However, the new regulation could have unintended consequences of creating an adverse selection problem at European banks, reducing the number of best-performing managers available for European banks, and motivating an excessive increase in fixed remuneration over total remuneration, altering the way incentive systems work.

评介德国劳资共同决定制的形成过程及职工监事的选举制度,其目的是为完善我国职工董事、监事的选举制度提供一个比较、参考和借鉴的目标,以防止我国职工董事、监事因选举程序不具备可操作性而被形式化。     

青年消费者决策型态研究——兼谈中外大学生消费决策行为的差异

消费决策型态体现了消费者的决策个性和消费价值观。调查结果显示，中国大学生消费决策型态呈现多维性，并在经济实惠型、粗心冲动型和信息利用型三个方面与其他国家大学生呈现明显差异。中国大陆和台湾地区大学生消费决策的族群特征具有很大的相似性，同时与其他国家大学生消费决策族群有差异性。

能力的培养已成为当今高校教育的重大课题,学生如何把在学校里所学到的书本知识高效地转换为在社会工作中可以真正运用的技术,是每一个大学生所关注的问题。在高校教育中,不能忽视了学生主观能动性的作用,而且要在教育教学中充分发挥它的有效作用。     

Las incapacidades de aprendizaje organizacional y su relación con los estilos de aprendizaje organizacional en la Mipyme

In this study, we examined 200 micro, small and medium enterprises from Durango City, Mexico, in order to find the possible relationship between learning disabilities and organizational learning styles, and its impact on organizational learning. To achieve this we applied a measuring instrument to the aforementioned companies, it was duly adapted to the context, tested and validated, and the responses were analyzed using a linear regression model, which used the seven learning disabilities as predictors of the four learning styles. We found statistically significant evidence that there is a relationship between learning disabilities and learning styles in the studied enterprises.
