修辞情景背后的动机说——以尼克松访华系列演说为例

演讲与修辞的渊源关系并未促进修辞视角下的外交演讲研究。就尼克松访华系列演说为例,学术界对其进行的修辞分析有所欠缺。分析尼克松访华演说所面临的修辞形势及其应对策略的同时,重点考察尼克松总统的受众意识。尼克松访华系列演说运用了娴熟的语言手段最大范围地争取了受众的认同、缓解了敌意,进而促使了受众接受访华举措。     

农地入股合作社的立法理念更新

兼顾土地承包经营权作为用益物权的自由支配属性和土地承包经营权的生存权保障功能,是当前学术界主张的农地入股的主流立法理念。但是,基于此立法理念进行的制度设计,既可能面临实施的困境和法理上的自相矛盾,也可能会导致入股者享有的农地增值收益权、融资担保权、征收补偿权和农地发展权严重受限或者受损。而将农地入股的立法理念更新为对农民生存权和发展权的双重关怀并以此构建相关制度,不仅可以弥补当前农地入股主流立法理念及其制度设计的缺陷,有化解农地入股中的一系列二元主义争议,而且还有充分的法理根据和现实依据,有利于实现农地入股合作社的立法价值。     

产业内贸易对劳动力市场调整的影响分析——基于中国制造业面板数据的SAH检验

随着中国经济全球化进程的深化,外贸对国内经济的影响日益显著。根据平滑调整假说(SAH),劳动力市场调整成本会随着产业内贸易水平的提高而降低。基于中国制造业22个细分行业面板数据进行检验,本文发现间隔3年的边际内产业指数最为有效,且产业内贸易水平对劳动力市场调整具有滞后效应,但回归分析结果并不支持SAH。随着产业内贸易比例扩大,劳动力的产业间调整增加,而并非产业内的调整。此外,劳动生产率和国内显性需求对劳动力市场调整有很大影响,在产业内贸易水平较高的行业内,劳动生产率的这种影响更加显著,而显性需求和产业内贸易水平影响作用较弱。     

The Retailer's Perspective on the Link Between Logistical Resources and Perceived Customer Loyalty to Manufacturer Brands

The objective of this study was to investigate the relationships between logistics and brand‐related resources, and assess their impact on the retailer's perceptions of customer loyalty to manufacturer brands. On the basis of theoretical underpinnings of the resource‐based view, this study explores the relationships among four main variables: (1) variety of collaborative logistics technologies shared between retailers and manufacturers, (2) manufacturer's logistics operations quality provided to retailers, (3) retailer's brand differentiation orientation, and (4) retailer's perceptions of customers loyalty to manufacturer brands. An online survey was conducted on 313 senior marketing and supply chain managers from retailer firms. The results of the structural equation analysis support a mediated relationship between logistical resources and perceived loyalty to manufacturer brands. The retailers believe that shared logistics technologies enable manufacturers and retailers to offer higher levels of availability and visibility of preferred brands to their end‐user customers. In turn, the end‐users become more confident with their decisions to repurchase the same brand offerings.     

城乡一体化背景下耕地社会保障价值研究——以安徽省怀宁县为例

当下农村改革不断深化,农村经济社会面貌迅速变化,城乡一体化引领农村发展进入新阶段。为阐明当前农村地区耕地社会保障现状和发展趋势,本文采用条件价值评估法(CVM)在安徽省怀宁县进行了耕地社会保障价值研究。在条件价值评估法下,利用二项回归模型分析了影响受访者受偿意愿的相关因素,结果表明:受访者年龄、家庭年收入与受偿意愿呈负相关;家庭收入来源、农地流转期限、新农保养老金发放级别与受偿意愿呈正相关;同时测算出怀宁县耕地资源社会保障总价值为9.91亿元,占当地2014年国民生产总值的5.68%,单位面积耕地社会保障价值为1 141.67元/667m~2,占当地征地统一年产值的71.95%。通过与他人相关研究对比分析,结论认为目前耕地在中部地区农村社会保障体系中仍承担着基础性作用,但随着城乡一体化趋势的不断增强,耕地社会保障地位正在弱化,农村社会保障多元化发展趋势明显。     

中美出版物和音响产品市场准入WTO争端案述评

美国就中国影响出版物和视听娱乐产品的贸易权和分销服务措施提出与中国WTO争端解决。本文对专家组裁定及上诉机构裁决做了归纳。最后就本案的核心问题(如对中国入世服务贸易承诺表的解释,GATT第20条例外是否可适用于中国入世议定书)进行了简要评析。     

Big Five Audits and Accounting Fraud*

We examine the association between Big Five audits and the incidence of accounting frauds allegedly committed by U.S. public companies between 1981 and 2001. Many commentators argue that the prominent financial reporting failures that led to major corporate governance reforms cast serious doubt on whether the large public accounting firms continue to supply relatively high‐quality audits, especially in recent years. However, in unmatched and matched samples, we provide strong, robust evidence that fraudulent financial reporting becomes less likely with the presence of a Big Five auditor. Importantly, time‐series tests suggest that the Big Five are consistently associated with a lower incidence of fraudulent accounting, including in the last five years of our sample period when the number of frauds soared. Moreover, we find evidence implying that these relations are causal rather than an artifact of endogeneity in auditor choice.

在“低碳”条件下,后发地区如何发展经济,造福一方百姓,是需要认真研究的现实问题。以湖北省黄冈市为例,提出四个转向：用“多元经济”取代单一工业发展模式;用“人口进城”取代单一GDP数字增长;用“项目招标”取代单一招商引资工作和用“就业创业”取代单一社会管理控制,用新的价值取向取代原有的社会运作模式。
