新型农业经营主体的功能定位及整合研究

新型农业经营主体包括专业大户、家庭农场、农民专业合作社、农业企业及经营性农业服务组织等,各农业经营主体功能各不相同,科学界定各农业经营主体的定位与功能,协调好各主体间的关系,整合各主体间功能,发挥新型农业经营主体在现代农业发展中的主体地位尤为重要.构建相互合作的新型农业经营体系,需要强化资源整合、规范法律支撑、合理确定行业经营原则、重塑诚信体系等,以促进其整体功能的发挥.     

Convergence in US house prices

This paper analyses the convergence of US house prices. Our results confirm the existence of some degree of segmentation in the US housing market. We also provide robust evidence that the bursting of the housing price bubble has altered this market, observing different results when the sample includes information posterior to 2010. However, we appreciate different effects depending on the geographical level of disaggregation that is employed.     

How much nominal rigidity is there in the US economy? Testing a new Keynesian DSGE model using indirect inference

We evaluate the Smets-Wouters New Keynesian model of the US postwar period, using indirect inference, the bootstrap and a VAR representation of the data. We find that the model is strongly rejected. While an alternative (New Classical) version of the model fares no better, adding limited nominal rigidity to it produces a ‘weighted’ model version closest to the data. But on data from 1984 onwards - the ‘great moderation’ - the best model version is one with a high degree of nominal rigidity, close to New Keynesian. Our results are robust to a variety of methodological and numerical issues.

经济新常态下河北省高技术企业创新发展战略研究

经济新常态下,河北省高技术企业的发展面临机遇和挑战。利用2009—2013年高技术产业统计年鉴数据,研究发现：河北省高技术企业创新驱动发展特征明显,经济效益整体较好;但是,近年来增长速度逐渐放缓,不同细分行业发展不均衡。分析认为,调整企业发展结构布局、发挥市场主体功能、实施创新驱动和互联网+等战略措施,可以有效促进河北省高技术企业创新发展。     

A Diagnostic on the West African Monetary Union

Deploying the classical optimum currency areas (OCA) theory and recent developments in the monetary literature, this paper evaluates the appropriateness of West African Monetary Union (WAEMU) as a monetary zone. Nine macroeconomic dimensions are investigated under which the first four items are quantified against a reference economy, namely the United States, the eurozone or China, while the rest are measured in absolute terms for time periods before and after the 2008‐2009 global financial crisis. Results could signify relative dominance of the three world's largest economies to the West African region. In addition to inherent asymmetries across the union, findings suggest the emerging Chinese yuan as an alternative to the euro as the monetary anchor.
