ASP.Net的发展现在已经日渐成熟了,ASP.Net调用存储过程也被广泛使用,它可以提高我们的开发速度,节约开发的时间,易维护,所以存储过程是很有用的。我们此次实验就是要应用ASP.Net调用存储获得输出参数和返回记录集的存储过程。

Conducting Online Surveys

The World Wide Web (WWW) is increasingly being used as a tool and platform for survey research. Two types of electronic or online surveys available for data collection are the email and Web based survey, and they constitute the focus of this paper. We address a multitude of issues researchers should consider before and during the use of this method of data collection: advantages and liabilities with this form of survey research, sampling problems, questionnaire design considerations, suggestions in approaching potential respondents, response rates and aspects of data processing. Where relevant, the methodological issues involved are illustrated with examples from our own research practice. This methods review shows that most challenges are resolved when taking into account the principles that guide the conduct of conventional surveys.

On selecting the best ofk lognormal distributions

Summary Fork lognormal populations, which differ only in one certain parameter Ϙ, the problem of finding the population with the largest value ofϑ is considered. For two-parameter lognormal families, several natural choices ofϑ are treated, where the problem can be solved, through logarithmic transformation of the observations, within the framework of estimating parameters ink, possibly restricted, normal populations. For three-parameter lognormal families, this standard approach of selecting in terms of natural estimators fails to work ifϑ is the “guaranteed lifetime”. For this case, a selection procedure is derived which is based on anL-statistic which has the smallest asymptotic variance. Of importance here is that it is location equivariant, whereas it does not matter what it actually estimates. Comparisons are made with other suitable selection rules, through the asymptotic relative efficiencies, as well as in an example of intermediate sample sizes. It is shown that only in the latter, the selection rule, which is based on the sample minima, compares favorably. 简介国外水利机构设置、国外水资源规划的内容,重点介绍英国、法国、美国、日本和澳大利亚水资源规划审批程序。认为可以借鉴国外的水利机构设置、国外科学的水资源规划审批程序。提出应充分协调好全国规划与流域规划、流域规划与区域规划之间的关系,同时加强与有关部门的合作,组织和动员各种社会力量开展规划工作,尤其需要提高规划的开放度和透明度,广泛听取社会各界的意见和建议,以完善我国的水资源规划体系,提高我国的水资源利用效率。
