用可编程逻辑器件设计PC串行通信接口

本文了使用ispLSI(in-system programmable large scale integration)器件设计的PC串行通信接口，给出了电路设计思想及具体电路结构。该电路可用于双机或一对多机通信之中。     

有毒高危液体化学品运输风险分析模型-以氟乙酸甲酯为例

针对有毒高危液体化学品在物流运输过程中容易出现运输事故和危害搬运工的问题,提出了一种基于模糊逻辑理论的有毒高危液体化学品物流运输风险分析模型,通过对氟乙酸甲酯运输风险分析的实证分析检验,验证了模型的可行性,同时检验结果也表明,该模型可以对有毒高危液体化学品在物流运输过程中发生风险的地段和发生风险的时间点进行分析和预测,可以帮助有毒高危液体化学品在运输过程中及时降低和减少风险发生的概率,提高有毒高危液体化学品物流运输的效率。

Who Gets on the News? The relation between media biases and different actors in news reporting on complex policy processes

Abstract

Having a voice in media is important to gain power and legitimacy in policy processes. However, media are biased in transmitting information. Using a quantitative content analysis of ten years’ news reporting around water management policies in the Netherlands, we study how much media attention different groups of actors receive and how media biases relate to this attention. Executive politicians get on the news because of their authoritative position; less authoritative actors getting on the news is more related to information biases. Information biases can thus function as a form of checks and balances in news reporting on policy processes.     

基于S7-200系列PLC系统的滑动轴承对接平面拉床技改设计

内燃机等设备中的对开滑动轴承加工工艺关键工序之一是对接平面拉削加工,提高该专用拉床加工质量和效率的技术要点是使启动上料、工件定位、清扫拉屑、执行夹紧、定位复位、拉削、夹具松开及退料等拉削过程中所有动作正确无误。本文在简述对接平面拉削工艺流程的基础上对采用S7-200系列PLC进行全自动对接平面拉床控制系统技术改造设计的过程予以分析阐述,并对相关技术问题给出说明。     

生态利益分配的法治考量

环境治理上的困境也是环境法进化和发展的机遇.生态利益分配的失衡导致区域环境不正义问题、城乡环境不正义和群体环境不正义现象.生态利益分配的失衡与失范是生态环境问题的实质.生态利益的分配不是利益的剥夺和限制,其是以利益的维持和增进为目的,法律上权利是利益分配法律实现的惯常路径,利益是权利的核心要素,权利行使以保障利益实现为目的.因此,生态利益应以权利为路径来建构相应分配机制,要借助权属制度,确立权利的享有、权利的行使以及损害赔偿请求权制度来实现生态利益的法律实现.     

基于村庄类型的全域土地综合整治研究

研究目的：从功能视角揭示村庄类型的复杂性与多元性,形成“目标导向—问题导向—效果导向”下村庄分类与全域土地综合整治内在逻辑建构框架,提出基于村庄类型的差异化全域土地综合整治实践路径,为开展全域土地综合整治和全面推进乡村振兴提供理论与实践参考。研究方法：文献法、归纳演绎法、空间叠加分析法、案例法。研究结果：（1）中国乡村可分为集聚提升类、城郊融合类、特色保护类、搬迁撤并类、生态保护类5种类型,不同类型村庄的全域土地综合整治内在逻辑有很大差异,需要坚持目标导向、问题导向与效果导向相结合,考虑村庄的自然本底供给条件和社会经济发展需求,开展差异化的全域土地综合整治;（2）分析整治潜力与整治需求空间匹配,生成基于村庄类型的差异化全域土地综合整治实践路径,包括土地整治+融合发展、土地整治+现代农业、土地整治+乡村旅游等。研究结论：不同类型乡村实施差异化的全域土地综合整治实践有利于优化国土空间开发保护格局,促进农业农村高质量发展。     

Changing the conversation on evaluating digital transformation in healthcare: Insights from an institutional analysis

The global health sector is engaged in significant digital transformation. Evaluating these transformations is important given the major investments involved and their major potential consequences. However, studies have critiqued both the quality of evaluations and the quality of evaluation research. The persistent lack of progress has led researchers to ask deeper questions about what is actually occurring when teams evaluate the benefits of digital transformation. This translational research essay explores how institutional theory offers a lens for understanding the complexities of evaluating digital transformations in healthcare and provides insights for improving it. In particular, we show how institutional theory can explain behaviors observed in the literature and in our own case study. We also show how institutional theory can benefit from the insights observed in evaluation work. Motivated by these opportunities, we suggest an agenda through which practitioners and researchers can jointly improve work in this area.     

Determining the causal relationship among the research streams of the operations management course

Due to the rapid changes in technology, there have been dramatic changes in manufacturing systems and techniques in almost all industries. In this sense, higher education institutions have become more important as they play a key role in ensuring the labor force in the industry. In the present study, the research streams for operations management course were established, then fuzzy total interpretive structural modelling technique was employed to analyze the causal relations and influences among the factors. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationships among the research streams of operations management course.
