民营企业参与新型城镇化中的制度经营多案例研究

本文以关于民营企业参与新型城镇化的7个典型案例和83个问卷调查为样本,采用了规范的多案例研究方法,揭开了广泛且公开存在的"制度经营"的神秘面纱,发现了民营企业参与新型城镇化的本质,即这些企业均采用了最高经营形态的"制度经营"的独特新商业模式。企业家通过四个层次和五个维度的制度经营形成了独特的制度资本,由于制度资本所具有的私人物品和公共物品的交叉属性,使制度经营既提高了企业绩效和经营利润,又推动了制度变迁与社会进步,而这又反过来提高了声誉资本、社会资本和政治资本,这些制度资本进一步提升了制度经营的层次和企业的绩效等。     

Resisting economic integration when industry location is uncertain

This paper analyses the political determination of transportation costs in a new economic geography model. In a benchmark case with certainty about where agglomeration takes place, a majority of voters favour economic integration and the resulting equilibrium is an industrialised core and a de-industrialised periphery. Allowing for uncertainty, a high level of trade costs may win the election and maintain the initial distribution of industry. The reason is that a coalition of risk-averse immobile factors of production votes for the status quo due to uncertainty about which region will attract industry if economic integration is pursued. Finally, the standard view that agglomeration is unambiguously beneficial to residents in the industrial centre is challenged by introducing costs of undertaking economic integration.

企业家模式的战略更新范式研究

战略更新是企业用经过修正的战略或新战略替代既定战略的过程。通过对战略更新的内涵以及企业家在企业中的重要性进行分析，提出必须构建基于企业家模式的战略更新范式，增强企业的执行力，建立战略实施的权变组织、战略沟通机制和战略支持型企业文化，为企业战略更新的顺利进行做好组织上和思想上的准备。     

家族企业家精神与家族企业发展

家族企业家通常兼具家长、企业所有人及经营管理者三种角色,是家族企业的灵魂。他们身上表现的个性特质、行为特质在家族利益的影响下,在进行家族企业的生产经营管理活动中形成了独特的家族企业家精神。家族企业家精神会影响企业的绩效、寿命和家产的增长,从而影响家族企业的发展。在家族企业内外环境的影响下,家族企业家精神形成后仍具有可变性。因此,要特别注意家族企业家精神的异化对家族企业可持续性发展带来的伤害,以及家族企业家精神巩固、丰富、提升和传承这四个关键因素。     

经营者激励理论与企业家成长机理

为了促进国有企业高层经营管理者向企业家的角色转变 ,文章建议 :设计年薪方案必须体现企业家人力资本价值化 ;高度重视高层管理者的现代知识培训 ;因事制宜地组合运用物质和非物质激励手段 ,提高其“公平”和“满意感” ;塑造尊重企业家创新精神的社会舆论氛围 ,褒扬和激励企业家“自觉努力”的敬业精神。     

Women nascent entrepreneurs and social capital in the process of firm creation

The main objective of this research is to study gender differences in the process of firm creation, especially in the gestation stage of that process when nascent entrepreneurs carry out the promoter behaviours. A second objective is to analyse if the cognitive and structural endowments of social capital exert an influence on the promoter behaviours and on the kind of firms created by entrepreneurs of both genders. To reach the objectives, firstly, a theoretical framework will be developed and secondly, an empirical analysis starting from a sample of nascent entrepreneurs in the Seville province (southern Spain) will be carried out. Due to women entrepreneurs being considered nowadays essential for growth and development everywhere, results obtained could help to improve the efficiency of policies that lead to the promotion and consolidation of the female participation rate in entrepreneurial activity.      

On the construction of enterprises innovation strategy decision capacity

The soul of enterprise creative construction is entrepreneur who possesses entrepreneur spirit. Entrepreneur spirit is the source of enterprise innovation strategy decision capacity. Enterprise innovation strategy decision capacity decides the direction of enterprise technology innovation. This paper put forward the formation mechanism of enterprise innovation strategy decision capacity according to the analysis of enterprise innovation strategy decision capacity formation process, and made a conclusion that the fundamental approach to accelerating the formation of entrepreneur spirit and promoting enterprise innovation decision capacity were the reform of government system and enterprise system and the improvement of entrepreneur quality.     

北部湾经济区企业文化建设的思考

深入贯彻科学发展观，建设先进的企业文化，是广西北部湾经济区以人为本、全面协调可持续发展的必然结果。文章分析了广西北部湾经济区企业文化建设面临的机遇和挑战，并提出如何建设与经济区功能定位相匹配的现代企业文化。     

产业集群创业人才素质模型构建

借鉴相关研究成果,结合对产业集群创业人才素质的理论分析,并基于"资本"的视角构建了由心理资本、关系资本和能力资本三个维度组成的产业集群创业人才素质模型。在此基础上,为验证模型的科学性,设计产业集群创业人才素质调查问卷,运用SPSS和LISREL软件对问卷调查数据进行验证性因子分析,因子分析结果支持产业集群创业人才素质模型的理论建构,并显示该模型具有较高的拟合度和稳定性。
