大学制度文化是大学文化的重要组成部分,制度设定与文化内核密不可分。大学制度文化建设只有确立止于至善的道德标示、贯彻平等正义的法治原则和以人为本的终极关怀理念,才符合大学制度文化的建设使命。     

论生态文明观的价值向度

本文从科学发展观的角度，将生态文明观纳入自然、文化、经济、社会和人自身发展的视野，探讨了生态文明的内容和本质，认为以人为本，和谐、协调、可持续发展是生态文明观的价值向度。     

Moldflow在盒盖翘曲变形优化设计中的应用

本文以盒盖为例,借助模流分析软件Moldflow,对盒盖进行翘曲变形分析,得出产生翘曲变形主要是由取向不均和收缩不均引起的,通过对不同方案浇口位置和数量的比较,优化浇口位置,改善材料熔体的流动方向取向,调整保压曲线,有效地减少翘曲变形,达到了预期地变形目标值,为模具开发提供了依据。     

浅议现代风险导向审计及其应用

从风险导向审计模式的产生与发展、内涵与特点对风险导向审计进行适应性分析,并提出了推进风险导向审计运用的一些建议。

高校新生入学教育是每一年的常规工作,也是一项极其关键的工作,是大学生迈入学习殿堂接受的第一个环节,新生的入学教育就是要让学生了解大学生活的特点,懂得专业极其发展方向,认识自我和成才途径。做好新生入学教育工作,对学生健康成长具有积极的导向作用。因此必须加强新生入学教育工作这一环节。针对新生的特点,入学教育模式应做好以下几个方面:抓好军训工作;构建有计划有步骤系统化的体系;利用好校园文化这一有效的载体。     

The impact of corporate governance on employment relations in South Korea: the shareholder versus stakeholder perspectives

This study empirically examined the impact of corporate governance on employment relations outcomes utilizing a comprehensive data set drawn from 214 Korean firms. The study contrasted the stakeholder and shareholder perspectives of corporate governance in investigating the impact of corporate governance on employment relations outcomes. The results showed that the stakeholder corporate governance orientation (as compared to the shareholder orientation) had positive relationships with education/training expense, the level of average employee tenure and industrial relations climate, and had a negative association with number of strikes. Overall, the results implied that the stakeholder orientation of firms led to more beneficial effects for employees and more consensual relations with labor unions than the shareholder orientation did.

预算调整分为全面调整和局部调整,本文仅分析局部调整。预算调整决策权配置结构主要取决于立法机构的预算监督导向。文章认为,我国应以绩效导向的人大预算监督制度为长远目标,结合国内外的预算调整决策权配置经验,分阶段构建我国预算调整决策权配置制度。     

招商引资——税收减免竞赛

近年来,地方政府超出法律范围制定优惠政策尤其是税收优惠政策来吸引客商的现象时有发生,给我国带来了消极影响。税收在招商引资工作中应如何发挥作用成了摆在我们面前的一个重大问题。十六届三中全会提出的科学发展观对我国各项事业的发展都具有普遍的指导意义。本文正是从科学发展观的要求出发,重新定位了税收在招商引资工作中的角色,并试着提出了相应的措施。

本文从发展经济学角度对两岸从进口替代转为出口导向这一关键时期的发展路径作一比较。首先分阶段分别分析台湾与大陆各自外贸发展战略的演进历程,然后就两岸从进口替代到出口导向在路径上的异同方面进行比较。     

How supply chain oriented is the port sector?

The current literature recognizes the relevance of supply chain orientation for ports and terminals. However, there is very little empirical study on the issue, particularly in relation to whether in fact ports are supply chain oriented. This paper contributes to the empirical literature by considering the port of Incheon as a case in point and by measuring the degree of its supply chain orientation based on certain valid indicators drawn from the current literature. Further, unlike the previous empirical literature, this paper examines both operator and user perspectives. The findings of this study have significant strategic policy implications and shed more light on the role of supply chain orientation in practice.
